I have only experienced these amazing donuts via delivery but I will say they are incredible! Enough so that I?ve caught my self ordering them 30 minutes before close because waiting til morning seemed.. well far too long. Getting there to visit and try in house is at the top of my list of things to do!! ? ps the coffees are amazing as well!!

First time there and it lived up to the hype I've seen on social media. The gals working were so nice and helpful for new customers! Even gave us some samples! Nice variety of flavors to choose from, from donuts to ice cream to coffee. The store was clean and adorable. And most importantly, the donuts were delicious!

This was my first visit, but it not be my last! I met the owner when I went in. She was so nice and gave our family free samples, which was smart because once you taste one of their donuts you want to order an entire box. The place is very clean, the donuts are addictive. I also ordered a sausage roll which was delicious. Check this place out if you haven?t been before.

The people working there were super friendly and helpful and made a first time walk-in very comfortable. Apparently they don?t have donuts ready to go like every other donut place in the world and the wait is LONG even if there aren?t other customers in there, so be ready for that. You can also order ahead but that didn?t seem to help the people who were coming in to pick up their orders because they also had to wait. I loved it! I went for my first visit and was immediately given samples and helpful advice on which flavors were popular. The staff were friendly and helpful, not only to me but to each other. The donuts were delicious even the next day.

Heard about this place from a FB group, and definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth. As soon as we got there we were greeted, and informed about what they offer, and that we can do any flavors on our mini donuts which were phenomenal. Very clean place and kid friendly, but I ordered 12 donuts with chocolate glaze and powdered sugar and the other was chocolate and strawberry, super good! Reminded me of a funnel cake but better.

Never been there before- we even told the 3 people who worked there. Didn?t know what to expect. The doughnuts were good with the ice cream but not alone. I also got a caramel macchiato and it was the worst I ever had. I did ask about their llamanade- let?s face it not all lemonade is the same? and the cashier was annoyed, over asking just 1 question, but I didn?t know it was pink lemonade- and I don?t care for pink lemonade. We stepped in after doing some shopping. We ordered the 36 count donuts and they made them hot fresh right then. There is a lot of flavors to choose from. My son also ordered a flavored latte. It didn't take long for them to have our order ready. Definitely go check them out!

This has to be the best thing I stumbled into in a long time. My Lawd. These donuts are made FRESH when you order. The flavors and selections are on point. Costs aren't out of control. After hearing amazing things about this place I decided to try it out. Personally not a fan, the donuts are too sweet, they take too long to make for what they are, and the coffee is very bitter. At a donut shop you expect to get in and out, but you don?t here. The shop itself was decently clean, but I do happen to pay attention to ?small? things and the donut fryer is disgusting. Hard eating the donuts after seeing what they are made in and how much grease is produced by them.

Placed a to-go order to take to work and share with co-workers. They had it ready right at my pick up time. The donuts were fresh and delicious. Everyone at work loved them and I liked the variety of flavors they had. It made it easy to get something everyone might like.

OMG!! So worth the drive across town. My wife had coffee with a friend and they wanted to go here since it?s ?new?. I have been in here a few times and slowly tried a variety of flavors of their mini donuts. First and foremost the staff is always fantastic. Second, they have like, mini donut theater and it's one of those oddly satisfying things in life you didn't know you needed. Third, all 9 of the flavors I have tried are so good. Can not say enough great things! The ladies working were amazing, the donuts were amazing and the presentation was amazing. I can?t wait to come back for more and to try a coffee too! We are not from around here but had a sweet tooth. Our first time and the employees were amazing. They helped explain things without being rude or irritated cause I didn?t know what to do. And the doughnuts are amazing!

The mini donuts here are made fresh when you order, right at the counter. So many different flavors to choose from! Cookies and creme and Boss Hog (maple frosting and bacon) are favorites with the kids. Also had a "Llamanade" with cherry that was just the right amount of sweet and sour. Service is friendly and the donuts are served within just a few minutes of ordering.

The family has an unhealthy obsession with doughnuts and this hits the spot with all of us. Restaurant had a very clean and organized presentation. It's a great place too cool down in the summer. They keep their air going! I love that they gave me my coffee first with a little sample while I waited for the donuts. The donuts are warm and soft. They don't have chucks of fruit in them which is a bonus for picky kids. Such a neat place! You place your order for your mini donut then you can watch them make them, and they taste so good. The coffee here is great. We had a caramel macchiato and a house blend both were amazing. Tip: buy more donuts than you think you need! My family of 6 devoured 72 mini donuts and could have done more!

Just tried Sugar Llamas with my son and Whoa baby these are some good mini donuts, they melt in your mouth and are bite size, incredible selection of flavors, we tried the cinnamon roll and season chocolate chip banana bread and some free samples, very delicious and super kind staff. Location was very clean and upbeat feeling.

We had heard about this place, but had never been. We were overwhelmed by all the donut flavor options, but finally made our decision and weren?t disappointed. We suggest the cookies and cr?me, blueberry/lemon and French toast. Highly recommend if you?re in the mood for fun bite sized donuts!

I was kinda skeptical about trying a "mini" donut shop. I really thought this place had like a bunch of Hostess mini donut pack they opened just to spruce them up with drizzle and toppings. Condensing this review to include info from several updates: Gone several times now, and have enjoyed the donuts every time. Very tasty donuts, wide selection of toppings, and quite a large coffee selection (and also ice cream for good measure). For being made fresh they were very quick. Had some struggles with shape/undercooked donuts early on, but they quickly figured out the issues and have been consistently good ever since. Overall worth the trip to the west side. Picking the flavors was fun, and the donuts were made fresh in front of us. The people behind the counter were quick to explain how ordering worked and polite. Had fun taking selfies with the neon llama. Can't wait to come back for ice cream!

How will I ever finish 100 donuts by myself? We had 10 people attempting to finish this in one sitting but we could only finish a little more than half. So many delicious flavors to pick and even some special flavors not on the paper menu. Give it try. The French Toast flavor was surprisingly my favorite eventhough I was picking it at random. I also liked the snickernoodle flavor and peanut butter/chocolate.

My wife & I decided to come to Sugar Llamas the other day, and while the donuts were decent, the owner's attitude left much to be desired. The owner wasn't outright rude, but she was definitely not friendly or welcoming. It felt like she was just going through the motions and didn't really care about the customers. It wasn't the worst experience, but it certainly wasn't great either. A little more effort in customer service could go a long way in improving the overall experience.

So I actually wound up walking in here because I was going to the building next-door but then the name caught me and I remembered somebody sharing it on Instagram. They give you a free donut, and then I suppose after you eat the doughnut, you?ll want more donuts. I bet they were delicious donuts but donuts are not good for healthy eating but it?s obviously a personal choice but if you are having trouble staying away from sugar, it?s not easy to stay away from sugar when people are literally pushing it on you. This was my second time ordering and they are always so nice when I'm in the drive thru because I get a little overwhelmed with the menu. This was a treat for my son doing great for his haircut. ??. This was my first time actually stopping by Sugar Llamas and I got an iced French Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Caramel latte and I got my kids 3 mini donuts each. On the menu it says they allow you to pick one flavor per 6 mini donuts but the nice employee said since they were slow she was okay with me getting two flavors! They were fast and she even gave me a cinnamon sugar donut sample. Great service and my kids loved it! ??

I had one of the worst experiences at Sugar Llamas this past week, and it was all due to the manager's appalling attitude. From the moment I walked in, I could sense tension in the air. The manager, who was supposed to be leading by example, was instead barking orders at the employees in a condescending and rude manner. These are so good and so addictive. I do feel the price is on the upper end of fair. The only downside is the wait for larger orders, but I believe that is just due to the equipment. Hopefully, the business grows enough to get another and/or faster machines. If you haven't tried these yet, I highly encourage you to give them a shot.

I placed my order online a day in advance so I could swing by 30 minutes before work and pick up my order. Here I sit at the time my shift is supposed to start waiting in a smokey shop still waiting. Very disappointing.

I went to Sugar Llamas this morning, purchased a box of 36 donuts. Donuts were great as usual. Service was not so good. The young lady that checked me out was new but she was fine. I ordered a white chocolate frappe, received a mocha frappe but the young lady who made the frappe was so Down that I just took it and left. Just couldn't do that negativity. A smile or pleasantness would be a big benefit to get your customers to return.

I visited sugar llamas recently and was appalled by the way the owner treated their employees. The owner was constantly yelling and belittling the staff in front of customers, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It was clear that the employees were stressed and unhappy, and it's no wonder with such poor management. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially in a workplace. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really put me off from ever returning. I hope the owner takes a hard look

We were looking for a desert shop and happened to find this place tucked away. Went in, not expecting much and we were blown away by how reasonable the prices were and the quality was amazing. They make the donuts fresh when you order and they are to die for! We will be back and will be recommending to everyone! Also, they have a drive thru.

The donuts are so good. They are fresh and make them right in front of you. It?s nice because if you have kids they can watch them cook and then cool down on the moving wire rack. They also have drinks and ice cream as well. The workers are nice and have a pleasant smile on their face. There is a few tables to sit down at inside. It is nice having a little sweet spot on the west side! I would highly recommend trying them out!

I ordered ahead at 7:20 am and it said that my order would be ready at 7:45-50am. I even got there at 7:55 and didn?t get my order until 8:15. I get that it may not be ready if they were busy but I was the only one there. What?s the point of order ahead if you?re still waiting that long

Wanted to take my girlfriend for a sweet treat so I googled and suggested Sugar Llamas we ordered a strawberry shake and a blended soda it took over 30 minutes. Only 2 employees there working and in absolutely no hurry for anybody. People ordering doughnuts were more priority over us and getting their orders filled even when they were behind us in line. Not sure what the deal was but we were not impressed and it really tainted what I had hoped for a nice sweet treat surprise for my girlfriend

WOW. If you like donuts, these are a buffet of donut delights! Each kind we had?8?were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! The owner was super friendly, and her staff helpful and courteous as I struggled to select from all the choices available, but each one we had?amazing! First time customer. Was given a wonderful sample of a cinnamon and sugar donut. It was hot, and fresh, and delicious. I ordered the maple pancake donuts. When they arrived, they looked very nice, and tasted okay, but they taste very different when they are not hot. When they are not hot, they are just like little donuts, with lots of sugary stuff sprinkled on top. If there is any way to get your donuts hot, do it! They are delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the establishment was clean.

These mini donuts are so good! We have been a few times. The first times the Donuts were perfect and warm. Surprisingly it was Very awesome that the last time the worker wasn?t pleased with how the batch was cooking and would not serve them to us. They remade the batch for us. That was above and beyond. (I personally wouldn?t have even noticed and they made sure it was right.) And delicious.

This place is fantastic. Lots of different flavors of drinks donuts, and ice cream, with several seasonal flavors rotating through. Everything was delicious, and they even let us try a sample of donuts during our first visit before we purchased. Definitely worth a stop in.

Soo good! We found this place on a whim on our drive back from Tanganyika. The staff was very kind and helpful! They answered all of our questions, have recommendations, and even gave us samples to try. They make the donuts fresh when you order so they are super delicious. We did their dessert boxes which are a great deal and include 3 mini donuts and a scoop of ice cream. We had 3 types of mini donuts. French toast, hazelnutty, and one with sprinkles. All fantastic but we especially liked the French toast.

Good variety of flavors. The more you buy the cheaper it gets. They sell ice cream and donuts, the ice cream is good but nothing remarkable. On the other hand, the donuts are great, crispy on the outside and soft inside with a variety of topings and syrups to choose from.
