Sugar Llamas - Fort Smith

I wanted a new place to try with my son so we treated ourselves to Sugar Llamas. I liked that I downloaded the app and got a free six-piece. The treats are inexpensive and the s'mores were delicious; however, the other flavors were just okay. Super greasy- like fair food. My son liked picking from so many options. Presentation of food is very cute.

Kaitlin is absolutely amazing! Tried these for the first time at a cousins birthday party, and had to order some! Kaitlin helped us and actually listened to our likes and dislikes. Wanted to try a flavor if donuts but it was actually a drink flavor, however, Kaitlin made the flavor in to a donut for us. Will be returning and suggesting Sugar Llamas to EVERYONE. The best doughnuts I?ve had in memory. And for any coffee lovers out there, this is one of the best cups of coffee I?ve had in Fort Smith. So good!!

We had a great experience our first visit to Sugar Llamas. The staff was so kind and friendly, my kids loved playing with some of the games, and the donuts were delicious. We have plans to come back soon!

We brought my niece into the shop as part of her birthday treat today. It was our first time and we'll definitely be back. The treats were great but it's the service that stuck with us. The individuals working were so patient and kind. They took time to walk us through the options and recommend things. As we were leaving, we heard them yell "hold on birthday girl, we have a surprise for you!" They handed her some fresh mini donuts covered in colorful sprinkles. This place is ok. However there are definitely some health concerns their building fills up with smoke and they said this is normal. This really aggravated my asthma tonight and caused a flare up. It?s like a grease smoke of having their oil way too hot. Because of this I probably will not return. It was so smokey tonight in there, my whole outfit now smells like burnt oil. Seriously the smoke was so bad it about triggered an asthma attack for me which isn?t ok for a restaurant grade place, I think the heal

By far my favorite place. I love they have fun movies playing. The service is always top notch. Sometimes it takes a bit to get your order but that just means it's FRESH! The chocolate donuts and the cinnamon sugar donuts are the best! Great value for the perfect snack!

Been here twice already. Not sure how you can give them lower than 5 stars. Great customer service and delicious donuts. Can?t beat hot donuts and icecream. Will go back and try their drinks. Will update my review when I do.

Went to Sugar Llamas Fort Smith today for a birthday date with my bestie and oh my god. I?m so glad this isn?t closer to where I work because I?d be here every day. Left to right is cinnamon roll, strawberry shortcake, totally turtle and I forget the last one but might have been banana split. Not pictured is the cotton candy flavour and our dirty sodas. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. We?re planning to go back again to try some more flavours

The atmosphere is adorable! The staff is super friendly and the mini donuts are to die for! I can't believe it took so long for me to bring my kids here but you can bet it won't take nearly as long for us to return!

Expensive as heck for mini donuts. They are so so so sweet so unless you can handle diabetes giving type sweets then this place is so freaking sweet. I had 3 donuts and my blood sugar went so high I was shaking!! It's not this place's fault, and the flavors were great it's just so sweet omg ???? the coffees are really good though

i was really excited to try this place! My rating of it wasn?t very good. maybe it was just a bad worker at the time i went but these donuts look nothing like the pictures they posted. they were so tiny and burnt almost, i wouldn?t recommend. i waited inside for 20 minutes while they got everyone else?s order around me.

Super sweet people! Welcomed us with samples as soon as we walked in and loved everything we tried.

Came here today 11/08/24 the lady working was so frappin sweet , the donuts was fabulous, and our frappes was a 100 out of 100 everything was so freakin good I will def be here again ! And if you were the sweet lady working today thank you for being so sweet and making our stuff to perfection !!

Went here for the first time last night and got a dozen donuts. They were so, so good. Warm and fluffy with so much flavor. The workers were really nice and helpful and offered great suggestions. I will go back and probably way too often.

These are delicious no matter when you have them, but when you stop in?they are fresh and perfect. I had expected a ?pick and choose? from a display glass set up but I was pleasantly surprised when they made them to order. In the last week that I have discovered them, I have already made two stops and taken some more home with me ??

SOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!!! The Sugar Llamas in Broken Arrow, OK is phenomenal so we drove out of our way to come to this Sugar Llamas. We?d talked it up to the people who were with us. The donuts were smaller and dark brown as if fried in old grease. They were not good at all!!! The staff were indifferent and couldn?t care less that we were there. My party was so disappointed; we were curious how this Sugar Llamas could be so different from the one in BA! We will never be back here. :-(

Taylor was the only employee working this morning. She was completely slammed with orders. She was getting them out in a timely manner and never lost the smile on her face. What a fantastic employee you all have!

I have to say this was a impressive place it's different which gives its edge to bringing something different to the table of breakfast. They do have a drive thru which when I made the comment that they needed to slow the prompter down because the Menu is Huge.. (meaning a very large selection to go through) they told me they just got it up and running which is understandable. Me and my husband came today 11/08/2024 for the first time ever and I will def be back ! The lady working this morning knew exactly what she was doing made the best donuts I?ve had ever and then made 2 caramel frappes perfect just as well it was a 10/10 for sure so good and perfect she was super sweet the little shop is adorable as well ! My favorite place!! Love trying their flavors of the week, this week?s pineapple and bacon was an oddly perfect combination! Keeps things fun, new and refreshing!

Went there because they were so new wife got a slushy drink. My kid enjoyed it but the donuts seem like they were over oiled. I didn?t really get any flavors from it but the oil the staff was super friendly and the inside was well decorated and very clean.

Just came in for a drink here and i will admit, at first i thought this was just another pop-up instagram place where the food and drinks were pretty but overpriced. I was so wrong. s o very wrong. They were so nice, gave me 12 minidonuts for free since it was my first time here and i cannot thank them enough because they were absolutely delicious! Sugar Llamas is such a great find! Not only do they have amazing sweet treats, but they also really care about their customers' needs. I?m watching my carb intake, and the staff was super helpful in pointing out which options that would work for me. They even offer carb and sugar-free drinks, which is a total win! It?s so nice to be able to enjoy something tasty without the worry. If you?re looking for a fun spot with something for everyone, this is the place to be!

Mocha frappe was overly sweet. Good underlay flavor but if you like less sweet this isn?t it.

Sadly. Some adult supervision is needed. Young staff not yet trained how to make change (cash) or to make drinks. Great concept and in time no doubt will improve. Yikes somebody help these kids

Genuinely some of the best donuts I have ever had the pleasure to experience the staff was beyond nice and amazing and you get a free 6pack on your first visit if you get the app will definitely be coming back
