Oh my goodness! So impressed. Warm bite size donuts. We chose the cherry bomb, lemon bar, blueberry pancakes and sopapilla. Every flavor is my favorite. We also tried the caramel craze ice cream. Oh so delicious! Highly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Tried this place for the first time. Best doughnut holes I?ve ever had! So many flavor combinations. I ordered 6 of the Total Turtle. Hot and soft holes, drizzled with chocolate and caramel. The chocolate is not the syrup type but more melted fudge. Delicious! The owner was a little edgy this evening. No one in the store or behind us and she stood at the register and asked three times ?what can I get you.? The donuts are good but customer service wasn?t the best this time. I wanted to get ice cream but it seemed like they were just in a rush to close. Every time I asked to sample the ice cream the girl kept running away from and then I didn?t even end up ordering the ice cream because when I sampled it she just ran away again. It seemed like I was just bothering her. I?ll stick to the other location next time.

Ok. There really doesn?t exist adequate words to describe this deliciousness!! My husband and I went to Sugar Llamas in BA yesterday for the first time AND WENT BACK TODAY!!!! These donuts are soooo good!!!! And the prices are fantastic!!! My favorite donut is the Hazlenutty; my husband?s is the Sopapilla!!! The environment is fun, too!!!! We already look forward to the next time we are back in BA because this is now going to be a big part of our visit!!!

Sugar Llamas is an experience that everyone should get to enjoy! I have been to the Tulsa location and Broken Arrow, which were both equally wonderful and kind staff! In addition to that these donuts being insanely addicting! The cinnamon sugar is my favorite! I enjoy their ice cream a lot also! We will certainly be visiting again in the near future!!

Incredible helpful friendly staff! They recommended the coffee that we ordered and it was very good. My husband loved the banana pudding donuts. My favorites were the plain cinnamon and sugar but the lemon bar donuts were yummy too! We?ve eaten them day-old and they?re not great. One of the employees told us we could heat them up for 10 seconds in the microwave which we didn?t try but will next time!

They were very attentive and gave exactly what I needed. Their Service was prompt and the order was great! I purchased donuts for the kids and drinks for the parents! Everyone loved their treats!

Their frappes are the absolute best ones we have ever had! We drive from Claremore to Broken Arrow at least a couple of times a month just to get a frappe. They are always very friendly and provide great service.

Fair warning, the prices they advertise is not what they will actually charge you. The sales clerk informed us after consulting with her, the posted menu and having placed our order, that the actual prices have increased. They are not posted, and could only tell us from their side of the register, but either unable or unwilling to show us the true cost.

What kind of coffee shop doesn't allow public wifi and only takes cash? Annoyed because I settled down, got my laptop out, ordered something, and then later found out I can't even do what I need to do on my laptop. At least tell me beforehand when you see me take out my electronics like how you told me how you only take cash. It wasn't busy either, it was dead. Literally they were just staring at me.

Love this Place! They support our Veterans and Local Law Enforcement. The best thing is, they have AWESOME local owners! This business is local and supports local. If you haven't had fresh mini donuts... you are missing out on one of life's greatest indulgences. I beg and plead, do yourself a favor, live a lot avoid the drama and visit the the sweetest llama!

Caramel Macchiato wasn?t too bad. Coffee flavor was very light tho. Mocha Frappe wasn?t good. The donuts were oily and was VERY VERY sweet.

Me, my husband and son came in Sunday and the owner Cindy helped us pick out our mini donuts. Everything from the donuts, coffee and service was amazing! Will definitely be back soon.

This is my second experience. First was in store, second was through door dash. Im not lying when i say they do NOT disappoint! Naturally in the adorable shop for the first time I opted for 6 cinnamon sugar doughnuts and my son had 6 powdered sugar. These are made to order and came out quickly. I have to say everyone knows sugar llamas for their delicious donuts but if you haven't tried their frappe you are missing out! It is the softest creamiest most amazing frap I've ever had and I live right between so many other coffee spots this will be my go-to place from now on! I'll also add in the customer service there is amazing!

The girls working were GREAT. Everything was made fresh to order. I ordered 25 donuts and a redbull mixer and they were ready for me in just a few minutes. I also found out their drinks come with a free donut on top!

First time in and I was unsure of how to order or what to get. The girls behind the counter were very friendly and gave good advice on how many to order. (25 for 2 people let us try 5 different kinds and have leftovers for later. Perfect!) She made them in front of me and they were excellent! My fave was the banana pudding, my wife?s, the turtle. Will absolutely be back.

The lady there was very friendly and helpful in me choosing what of the many flavors to pick from. Very sugary donuts though in comparison to normal donuts so it's a bit different but in a good way.

It was the location off 75 but couldn't find that one to leave a review for that one...Got an iced coffee with almond milk with white mocha, tasted like caramel and see pics for how watered down it is. Saw a sign for voted best coffee and wanted to try it out...the worst coffee i have ever had! see the pic for how it just looks like brown water;(

Girlfriend and I came in for a sweet treat about 15 minutes before closing. We felt extremely bad and didn?t want to be those people, but the workers made us feel welcome and a man even took chairs out of the stack for us to sit on while we waited. The service was speedy and we witnessed the workers letting customers in with less than 5 minutes in their business hours. Amazing!

As a sales rep. I buy a lot of Donuts each month and nothing compares to Sugar Llamas. I ordered 5 boxes today for the first time and won?t go anywhere else. The service was great, coffee is top notch. The donuts are melt in your mouth good and my customers loved them. I definitely recommend buying a box. Not to mention it?s a locally owned business which I feel good getting behind.

I?ve been coming here regularly for the espresso ice cream but they have changed it!! The coffee flavor is not as strong any more and the coffee cookies have been replaced with chocolate chips. It is now just an average ice cream with a hint of coffee flavor. I am so disappointed

We went in and ordered 100 count of donuts ten different flavors and we were told that it would be 20-30 minutes so we walked down to the others stores to waste time. Came back 30 minutes later and they had just started on my order. Consistently fails to make orders correctly. Called and expressed my concern to the shift leader last Saturday. She said her manager would want to know of the concerns and insisted her manager would reach out to me. Took my name and number - manager never called me. Steadily gotten worse over the last few months, not worth the disappointment any longer.

Second time visiting, gave the first visit a benefit of the doubt so I revisited and it was worse and I will not return! The donuts are excellent except how they were placed in the box, so messy and no organization! AND the service was trash, I didn't receive a complimentary donut either times I visited! I will visit Tulsa Hills next because the donuts are soo good and praying I get better service!

Just now left Sugar Llamas Broken Arrow. My daughterwnted to go there for her 5th birthday. 2 younger ladies were working. We were not greeted at all when walked in. We were seen because they looked at us. We walked up to the register. One girl (long brown) turned around to fill an order. The other darker girl was frying the donuts in the fryer right in front of the register. Neither one acknowledged we were there even after looking right at us! We stood there for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged...

We've been in to Sugar Llamas 3 times now, & I've just been so pleased each time. The staff is super friendly & has remembered me each time I've been in - that makes me feel special & I love it! The quality of the donuts & coffee are great as well - just today, my 3 year old bit into his powdered sugar donuts & hollered "MMMM! This is SO GOOD!" He's a bit contrary at times, so that is quite the high praise from him ??. Keep up the good work!

I've probably been in to the BA location 3 times. When I first visited it was great. The 2nd time I bought donuts for a girl who works at Dutch Bros. They were dehydrated and looked small/expired. I said nothing. Today I went in to get a variety box, I asked for 3 flavors the girl said they don't have that. I turned to the guy who was with me and said you got a variety box last time and he said yes. Again the girl stood there looking bored and said nothing. Mind you there was not one customer in the store.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in the Tulsa metro. They have made to order donuts with a wide assortment of flavor toppings. My daughter loves the Llama theme, and we love how friendly everyone is. Come try it for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Omg This place amazed me with my order this morning. It was my 1st time ever trying sugar Llamas I ordered via door dash & I have to compliment them on the amazingly delicious donuts & shake that I ordered. I got the coco loco shake (full blown silky chocolate delicacy) & I was immediately hooked on it. I got 16 of the donuts 4 peanut butter cup(tastes just like reeses cups!)4 cherry bombs(tastes just like a chocolate covered cherry!) 4 banana split(taste just like the real thing) & 4 of which I'm not 100%

Love this place the fresh donuts and the flavors but I put in a mobile order this morning and arrived at the said time. I had three people come in after me and all got there stuff before I did all while I watched a girl not in uniform make 5 large boxes of donuts for herself and then walk out while I?m still waiting for an order I placed 40 minutes ago. We come here for the mini donuts! They are soooo delicious and very affordable. Sadly, we don't like their coffee here. I've had several cups and the shots are always very bitter. But that doesn't stop us from enjoying their amazing donuts! Our favorite flavors are strawberry, cinnamon sugar, and cookies and cream.

Sugar Llamas is by far one of the best stops in Broken Arrow! We discovered this place on the way to a concert and haven't missed a chance to come by! It's an hour away from home but a must stop spot for a sweet treat. The staff is friendly and always smiling.

So the food was great and most of the support staff was helpful. The only reason for a 3 star was the young person who was closing said ?I don?t know if you all know this but we close at 9:30 so take your time but hurry up and leave.? That?s a quote. My youngest daughter always raves about Sugar Llamas, so I thought I'd go in for a look. Turns out they were just...okay. My coffee was not full and they forgot the donut that was SUPPOSED to come with it. The coffee wasn't very good either. Probably won't be going back.

Pushy sales tactics, sub par ice cream, and you can get better donuts at Walmart. The oil was old, and donuts were soggy because it couldn't get hot enough because you don't change it often enough. Take a little pride in the finished product and quit toeing the franchise line. There's nothing special here, the toppings on the donuts made them even soggier. Save your money.

I come here weekly with my 4 year old. Today we made the 20 minute trip, like usual, to get doughnuts. My kid loves this place and requests it when we decide to do a dessert date. Unfortunately today we had a bad experience at this location. They are ?open? until 9pm. Today they decided to close at 7:30pm unannounced for a staff meeting. My kid and I got there at 7:25pm. The male owner opened the door and turned us away. I get back to my car and my kid is crying because he expected to get his favorite place

First Impressions are very important. Donuts are amazing and the coffee. But where is the manager?? It's 745 on a Sunday night and you've got 4 kids who are in highschool running the place. They were packed and I felt so bad for their employees. I almost went back there to just help! There wasn't an adult in sight to help these kids, no guidance.

Stopped by the BA location and the staff were not very friendly. The donuts are good but found out they microwave their sausage rolls. So do not get them unless you are ok with them being microwaved.

Walked in the same time as another family. Walked over to the register and one guy was taking orders and the other 2 employees were chit chatting with each other. The 2 employees kept chatting with each other while the other employee walked over to help the family that walked in first. Very upset at the service that was there tonight. I ended up just walking out since the employees that were talking to each other couldn?t be bothered to take an orde and continued conversing with one another.

We went in and it smelled amazing, the food was amazing quality and we were served quickly.

This place is great. Took my 3 yr old and 11 month old here for some doughnuts! Super sweet and they only have mini doughnuts, but you are able to dress them up any way you like! They have lots of toppings. And you can even watch the mini doughnuts be made! The staff was amazing and sweet to my loud kiddos!

I was the only customer, ordered a medium VANILLA Frappuccino & got a Turtle. I ordered 16 donuts & instead of making 5 of 2 flavors & 6 of 1 flavor like I asked they told me they couldn't do that because they were in rows of 4 so I had to do 8, 4 & 4. You see what I mean? OH MY GOSH! I'M NOT SURE THAT A 5 STAR RATING CAN TRULY EXPRESS THE DELICIOUSNESS OF THE FOOD THAT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DISHES OUT. Every since they opened this store a couple months ago just two blocks from my house, I have had to go and purchase myself a new pair of jeans. I swear that you will not find another place that cant come anywhere close to the donuts that they make right in front of your eyes. Definitely one of my favorite places to treat myself too.

We were at the ice cream counter for a good three minutes. One young lady behind the counter was working, making a coffee. The other 4-5 were standing back there chitchatting. We were never asked if we wanted to try anything and was only acknowledged as we were turning to walk out. We took our service elsewhere.

Really good and delicious donuts and the strawberry shortcake coffee was super delicious

They make the best mocha frappachino's anywhere amd their whipcream is homemade! Excellent customer service and the donuts are all so yummy! My favorites are the strawberry shortcake, oreo and cinnamon and sugar!

Walked in. Stood at the counter for 3 minutes while no less than 6 people behind the counter acted as though they were in the commons area in high school. As my wife & I were walking out, I finally heard someone say ?Are you ready to order?? I replied ?Was!? We then went 2 miles down the road to Rose Rock Micro Creamery, where they greeted us with smiles & got a $20 from us for their trouble.

We love coming here! The staff are all so friendly and the donuts are always delicious even when we order delivery.
