I really wanted to enjoy these donuts. This was the second time I have been to Sublime. The first time I went the donuts were a bit on the dry side. Though the donuts were quite pretty, they were also quite stale. I typically like to give a business a couple of chances. I had the same experience the SECOND visit. Sadly, I won't come back for a third time. Why even bother selling old donuts?

I?m obsessed with the donuts from this place! They?re always super fresh, whether I grab them in the morning or late at night. So soft, fluffy, and the variety is amazing. The strawberry-filled one is my absolute favorite ??it?s seriously so good! I also love that they?re open 24 hours

There's literally zero reason to ever come here with all of the other amazing donut options available in the city. Sublime's donuts are consistently dry, stale, and their management doesn't care at all. Best part is they just recently raised their prices without fixing any of their quality issues! The girl at the front is extremely rude. I was trying to decide between 2 donuts/cake and I asked her how is the red velvet cake and she responded it?s a cake that?s in a donut I responded yeah I know but how does it taste and she responded like a red velvet cake. I tried Sublime for the first time during my stay in ATL since it was the closest donut shop. We sampled a variety, and the Nestle Crunch was a standout for me.

I saw a tiktok and ran to Yelp for reviews, l've been thinking about these donuts all night. They were a TOTAL letdown, the verity sounds better than the actual taste. On top of that I picked a peach fritter as part of my 1/2 dozen order but was given a damn cinnamon roll instead. I used to love their donuts when I first moved to Atlanta, but unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill over time. During one visit, I purchased donuts and was shocked to find bugs in the box. When I called the store, the employee who answered didn?t seem the least bit surprised and casually offered to replace them. No thanks. This is one of my favorite black owned donut shops in Atlanta! Every time I visit they never disappoint! Right now they are still open & taking both to go and delivery orders. Got some birthday donuts Togo and they were amazing. Each flavor has a very you need taste and flavor the icing always adds a little extra unique creative twist to the flavoring of the actual donut or whatever flavor donut you may get. There's so many choices and so many flavors they're absolutely wonderful!

This used to be one of my favorite doughnut shops, because they had unique, beautiful doughnuts. After being away for a few years, I stopped by with a couple friends. A very sad donut shop, extremely unhappy workers and their donuts are actually quite bad. She was so unhappy and couldn't even give me a minute, literally one minute so I get to choose a donut. I just picked one because I really wanted to try them and the donut was stale, unfresh and tasted really bad. You get better costumer service and donuts in donut chain stores... I don't recommend this store, you'll be disappointed.

Sublime used to be a good place for donuts. It?s gone downhill though since it turned 24 hours. There were gnats flying around the donuts a couple weeks ago and the employee did not care. This time the donut filling was sour. Just not my happy place anymore.

Doughnuts were rock hard. Clearly had been sitting out for days. Used to come here frequently, and the doughnuts were fresh and very good. I hope that they will work on improving the quality of the doughnuts, so that this will be a good spot again.

Excellent donuts, helpful staff, and great service. The place is super clean and modern. Asked the lady to surprise me and she picked 6 of their most popular donuts/ones she liked. Wasn't disappoint. Each one was fresh and tasted delicious. The donuts are more cakey instead of mostly air and I like that. Each donut is individually priced though, I wish they had a set price for a dozen/half dozen.

This was our first time visiting Sublime Doughnuts. The selection is heavy on the sweet side so expect fillings and flavors that are reminiscent of candy bars and cakes. Being open 24 hours a day is wild but if you have a craving for the strawberry and cream at 2am you'll be glad that they can oblige. I can attest that it was worth trying and WOULD RECOMMEND. I went here for the first time and was not disappointed. They have a nice selection of doughnuts. The prices are around 1.95 and 2. I got the cheese danish (cinnamon roll with danish topping) my favorite of the ones I got. A carmel apple fritter, mocha cream, Bavarian cream and the orange dream (cream cheese filled). Since I got 6, I got 1.00 off my purchase so it was 12.31 total.

Price have increased dramatically and the quality of the product has gone down. Would recommend to buy donuts someplace else

This is easily my favorite donut shop. Everything is always fresh, and it is open 24/7! It is more expensive than your typical donut shop, but it worth it! My only complaint is you cannot chose which donuts you get when you have them delivered through Postmates or Ubereats.

Staff is always friendly, no matter what time of day or night you stop by. Dulce de leche and reese's peanut butter cup have been my favorite for years now!!! It never dissapoints.

Just left and two of the donuts I got Were super dry. I called and the girl argued with me that they?re fresh. I?m like, there?s no way these two are fresh. They were the driest ones. Why isn't the price of the box factored into the cost??? If I wanted only one donut, would I have to pay for a box?
