2025 update: The Best Donut shop is open again and has been remodeled!! The new owners are great and so are the donuts. No funky after taste anymore!! The glazed donuts have the perfect sweetness and texture.

Incredibly friendly people here and the donuts are wonderful! I stopped into the drive thru with my kiddos in the need of something tasty and quick- and they even threw in some donut holes which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely be back!

This place is the greatest donut shop I've ever been to! The donuts were PERFECT, and the bread on the kolaches tasted homemade and fresh. I ate so much food I went into a food coma (I couldn't help myself it was too good). Would rate it 6 stars if I could! ??

I recently visited StarLite Doughnuts and was thoroughly impressed. Despite not being a usual fan of kolaches, the spicy sausage kolache stood out with its perfect balance of bread to meat ratio. It was so good that I would definitely return for the same order. Additionally, the gentleman at the counter provided quick and friendly service, enhancing the overall experience. Five stars!

Awesome little donut shop tucked away. Donuts are fresh. Nice friendly lady behind the front counter. They also have some pretty good kolaches and breakfast sandwiches as well.

Excellent Southeast Asian family owned donut place. Easily one of the best in the area and obviously much better than the chains like Shipley, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, etc and I would say even better than Top Donuts. Give it a try, you can't go wrong with local family owned donut shops really.

Xay?s kolaches are seriously the best! And you?ve gotta try the Vietnamese coffee?it?ll keep you going all day. The shop is always nice and clean, and if you stop by often, you might even score some IT tips from the best in the game!

I am astounded. The old owners' donuts tasted like wax, but the new owners take it to a new level! The donuts are balanced and fresh (go when it's really early). Great donut place, better than Shipley's! Update: place is back open and remodeled.

Omg! These donuts are amazing. I haven't had an apple fritter in what seems like a decade, but the ones here took me back. The blueberry donuts are so moist and buttery! The donuts here are so much better than anything I've tasted at any donut chain and truly worth the visit. The employees are so warm and welcoming, and that is how a donut shop should be.

I love this place. The customer service is top notch. The donuts and kokaches are so fresh & delicious! I left my wallet and the gentleman working there offered to just take care of my donut but I told him next time! That is great customer service & always come here a few times a week!!

Really happy we stopped in for the first time. I had my eyes on the blueberry cake donut and it was the best I?ve had to date! You can tell they have perfected the texture and flavor. So good, I should have bought some to take home but we?ll be back! I also tried a croissant breakfast sandwich and it was perfect, also made fresh to order so no displayed items. Would highly recommend the visit for some fresh baked goods and friendly service.

2025 update: They are BACK and BETTER than ever!!! YEAH!!! My favorite donuts and kolaches in the Cypresswood area! I hope they reopen soon! I would be heartbroken if the hurricane robs us of this local spot

These are some of the best meat kolaches I've had. Tried the Angus Beef & mozzarella, Chapel Hill sausage, chicken and spinach- all supreme. You can tell just looking at them that they put a lot of love into it. Also tried the glazed old-fashioned donuts, perfect consistency and were just sweet enough. Great family place, the owners were wonderful.

My mom and I went to get donuts for the family one Saturday morning. We went through the drive through and the lady didn't recognize us and explained the whole menu to us. She was so nice and friendly and took her time and didn't rush us, gave us samples to try. She even warmed our food up for us. We have been back every weekend since then. Love this place and the food is great!

Ms.Ann is amazing. Not only is she so kind she makes an amazing variety of kolaches (not so small might i add) and donuts that you would never see anywhere else. I absolutely love this place and wish i could go more often but i Live a bit far. Xay's donuts are really good. Kumon Thong liked the donut hole. Sompong says the Chapel Hill kolache was spectacular. For me the ham and swiss kolache rolls was excellent

This place has good donuts but has all really good croissant breakfast sandwiches. The staff go out of their way to make you have a good experience. When they were out of a particular donut that my children wanted they threw in extra donut holes free of charge.They are wonderful and we will come here again and again.

These are the BEST donuts Bar-none!! The owner is so kind and takes time to talk to the customer a bit, making the visit even more remarkable. My favorite donuts used to be from Krispy Kreme, but StarLite has bumped them down a notch. Go get yourself some donuts or kolaches!! You won?t be disappointed.

This is my new donut shop! Walked in for the first time this morning and was blown away from the number of kolache options. The customer service was amazing! They were so sweet to my little boy which was such a nice plus.

I stopped in to try this quaint dounut shop for some kaloches and wow I was impressed. They have a nice variety to choose from donuts, kaloches, and other pastries. The kaloches were excellent. I had the chicken and spinach and a boudain. The bread surrounding the meat is very good. Matter of fact I have been 3 times in a week and a half. The service is great they make you feel wanted and appreciated as a customer. I don't know her name yet but she remembered mine that made me feel special. I love to suppor

Our regular donut place was closed today so we needed to find a new place. We bought donuts from a national chain and they were rude and pushy and the donuts looked horrible. The people who run it are very friendly and welcoming. Everytime I've gone they either give you free donut holes or a free donut. They will make on the spot any Kolache or Crossoint they don't have in their display case.

About average donuts. The old fashioned donuts are a bit too cake like and need to be denser. The apple fritters could use more apple and cinnamon.
