The staff is wonderful and the selection is always full, even in the last hour before they close. This is our go to for donuts even though it is not the closest to us.
This was a pretty good place to go, the donuts were fresh and hot. The coffee was made fresh also, and the staff was very friendly and did not take long to get the order ready.
This store seriously needs a health department inspection. If you doubt these words just walk inside and use your eyes to look around. Twice I?ve been in here. The first time I found I purchased spoiled chocolate milk and the Kolach, both boudin and jalapeno n cheese were no edible. I stop by like a year later and try again. The bottlesd coffee had a foreign cleaner taste to it. Both Kolaches smelled like rotten axx crack. The donuts were so so but not delicious. Someone really needs to do something about t
This is an assorted dozen from this Shipleys. 3 chocolate, 2 glazed, 2 sprinkle, and 5 cake donuts. I may just be picky but that?s why I didn?t give a 1 star. You kind of just expect to get something that?s an actual variety maybe a filled or two not just sprinkled chocolate instead of regular chocolate.
I always have such a great experience when I go to Starhouse donuts! All the staff is super nice and friendly! The food is always fresh and delicious. I love all the options they have from the donuts, to the sandwichs and even the cold drinks!
Nothing against the people but I figure you should be able to speak the language of the people you sell too. Took them 5 tries to get the correct donuts after I told them repeatedly which ones I wanted. The person in front of me had the same problem. I also noticed they keep their eggs unrefrigerated and on a shelve really low to the ground which doesn't seem hygienic. Won't go back here for donuts or anything with eggs for sure!
I love this little shop. It's right around the corner from. My parents house and I frequently stop there. Fresh, soft donuts w such flavor. They also offer a variety of hot sandwiches for breakfast. The lady that always works the drive thru window is such a sweet lady. Great break fast, great service. 7 incredible thumbs up.
You aren?t sick or imaging things! The chocolate icing for the donuts, really does taste like GASOLINE!! I?m not sure if it?s an ingredient they use that?s gone rancid or if it?s a chemical reaction of some kind; but the owners definitely need to figure it out! Do NOT eat anything made with it! I went two separate times, one on 4th and yesterday; BOTH times I had to throw them out bc of it! I said nothing to the other people who also got donuts, but they all agreed something was bad and threw out theirs
Wow I?ve been doing where for years and never had issues until today got a lg biscuit gravy. A the biscuits was so hard I couldn?t break it with my fingers an my mother try to eat it and it pop out her denture!
I asked for 2 regular kolaches, and I was instead given the spicy. I also ordered a coffee that tasted like they had used expired milk in it. It was awful, and I don?t think I?ll be back.
Starhouse donuts ?? ?? is my favorite. The donuts are fresh and the service is great. The cinnamon sugar twist is my favorite, the maple bar with cream is my husband's favorite, and the huge cinnamon roll is our son's favorite.
Barely edible and very greasy. Didn't eat hardly any of our order.
I eat biscuits and gravy here almost daily. This is THE BEST DONUT SHOP IN TOWN! ????????One day my card was declined and they let me have my normal breakfast with the promise of pay the next day. Not many people do that anymore. Thanks ladies and gents for the good food and service ??
Just tried this place and I have to say they have the BEST donuts in Cabot! Their blueberry cake and old fashioned are so soft and flavorful. I will definitely be back and telling friends!

Our doughnuts holes were great even hours later since we didn't get to eat them fresh due to horrible Cabot traffic in the morning lol but we enjoyed them after school just the same Staff was friendly and all smiles. We are making it a monthly reward for our kiddos to get breakfast here ??
My favorite place for Donuts!! And the only location that I have found the Cookie and Creme' Blended Ice Coffees at. They are the best drink I have ever had. And I am not a coffee drinker. They are so yummy!! If u haven't tried it, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Great place. Nice and clean and the Staff/Owners are great folks....Best of all are the donuts! they are fresh and cooked right. You can tell they change the oil. It makes a big differance
I am very disappointed! I usually love eating here but today I was just refused service bc apparently they r open at 430 am but only the drive thru which it does not clarify anywhere. My car window doesn't roll down so at 440 in the morning he refused to open the lobby up for one person. So with that being said they lost a customer for life hope they r proud of themselves.
The food is okay but the past few times we?ve been, the donuts are cold and not fresh. I bought two sausage egg and cheese croissants, and they were warm on the outside and cold on the inside. It was disappointing. The Shipley?s in Sherwood?s donuts were always warm and fresh so I thought that is how they are supposed to come.
My food was cold, and stale, the lady at the service window couldn?t understand a lick of English, and so I spent 10 minutes trying to tell her what I want, half dozen glazed donuts and a monster, and after all that had to get the manager or shift lead who kinda spoke English and I finally got my food for it to be cold
Fast service, but I get the exact same thing every single time and it's always a different price. We go at least twice a week and week before last they forgot to give us our Gatorade, so I reminded her the next time I was there. She said so sorry then charged me again. Poor customer service especially for someone that frequents their business. We also saw a dead RAT in the drive thru!
The best donut shop in town, the staff is very friendly and the wait is never too long. Their donuts are the perfect fill for a sweets craving, and if you aren?t big on sweets, they have many other breakfast options to choose from (i highly recommend the kolaches, they are my fav).
I've tried donuts everywhere. Because I moved west...and realized....Shipley's is now a piece of my soul. Eaten them for as long as j can remember...almost 30 years. I set alarms so I can go at open and get a box of pure happiness. Hands down....beat thing I've ever had in my mouth Owners are wonderful and prices are unbeatable. I just realized I can go in 2 hours so it goes without saying I'mma be first in line

I absolutely love this place, but for the past few months, the chocolate icing has tasted like nail polish remover. Not sure what they make it with, but it is just terrible. Everything else is fantastic, though!
This is the ONLY donut shop in Cabot worth visiting. Great service, great donuts! I drive all the way across town, past two other shops, to get my donuts here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
GREAT breakfast croissants made to order! Huge! Dinoughts are fresh and can get filled with very tasty custards, jams, jellies or cremes.
I go here often and the food never disappoints. Always delicious. My personal favorite is the kolaches. Even the most picky eaters in my family love it.
Thier chocolate has had a metallic taste to it lately. I know they are aware because on a community FB page many people have noticed it. Otherwise prefer Shipley to Daylight Donuts.

I am making a complaint. We had stopped by because this was our favorite donut place but now that we had a roach cooked in our food. We will not be eating there again.
