Star Pizza

If you're craving pizza and tired of your basic chain restaurants, this place is a must. They have a large variety of pizza, pasta, subs, salads and more. Great atmosphere and the service was amazing. Prices are reasonable and the food was delicious. I ordered a medium pizza but I'd compare it to a large from most other pizza restaurants. Can't wait to go back and try out some of the other menu options.

We love this place! The quys who cook always remember us when we visit. They take pictures of patrons and hang them on the walls. It's fun to go and see yourself.

I've always had good meals here. I've ate there for lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly and know their menu selections very well. I had their Meat Stromboli and it's one of my favorites.

Had a cheese pizza for the first time here. Excellent pizza! Definitely the best anywhere close to them. Only reason for the 4 stars was the cornmeal on the crust. Flavor, cheese, sauce, service and price was excellent! Other than the cornmeal the crust was good crispy and thin!

The environment was welcoming, and our waitress was pleasant and patient. The food (pizza and fries) were delicious! The prices were down to earth! I like this little family oriented place. Tried to do a multi person order for delivery 6/21 at around 830 in the evening. The lady who took the order did a great job, she separated the individual orders and was in the process of giving us individual totals when the manager (possible owner) started giving her a hard time about the order.... He rudely gets on the phone and starts demanding that the entire order needs to be paid on one transaction, or needs to be called in individually.... We ordered a meat lovers pizza to take home. The pizza was pretty decent for a local mom and pop/small town pizza shop. I would order again if I was local but wouldn?t go out of my way.

Excellent, locally owned pizza shop. They have excellent salads that are huge! Also one of the better cheesesteaks you?ll find. Also love their Star Deluxe pizza or just the plain pepperoni pizza. I make the 30 minute drive just for their pizza when we crave one. Would certainly recommend to anyone I know.

This place is amazing! We always do delivery, everyone is friendly. The party pizza is amazing! Great price! The food is so good and it?s all affordable! I really love getting the cheese steak with extra cheese! The fries aren?t the best though. So I always get onion rings instead.

I enjoy my food to be fresh and kosher Star Pizza has never let me down. The salad is always fresh as crisp and my entree hot and so delicious. I am going to credit this to the owners actually managing every shift to ensure that you receive only the best.

They always delivered to Stoneville now every time we call it?s no not tonight. They need to get their act together the food is ok but they need a better system for delivery and if they don?t want to pay drivers use door dash

Food is decent, I enjoy their veggie pizza. However, I think they keep their phone off the hook on a regular basis. It's almost always busy when I try to call and place an order. When I say it's busy I don't mean you hang up, try again and there they are. I mean you can try to call for 45 mins straight and it'll be "busy". Yeah right. Really seems like they're riding on the fact they're local favorite so they don't care how they treat their customers.

I love this place because it's as close to REAL New York pizza as I can get without having to travel to the ghetto in Greensboro. Their delivery drivers are AMAZING! They need to be tipped more! They say 30-45 minutes and they're to me in 15! Please be kind to them!

We ordered their massive 28in party pizza; there were 4 adults and 2 kids. Pizza was delicious and the price was very reasonable. We still had about a large pizza left over. It was well worth the visit and we will certainly return for more.

I had to give 1 star just to be able to put up review. If they had negative stars I would rate it at -5! Worst calling in experience ever by far. Said they can't deliver if ur more than 3miles away I'm 2.4 miles away and wouldn't take my order to deliver. We went on a Sunday. Not too many people. Big party in the back. Definitely a local spot. Ordered hot dogs and a meatball sub. Both were good but the dogs were deep fried (A pet peeve of mine) and we saw no less that 5 28" pizzas going out the door while we were there. The service was what we expected for a small local place. Will we go back? Yes. This is the kind of local place that we enjoy.

I lived in Philly for a few years and loved the cheese steaks. I have tried for years to find one close to the ones up north. Star Pizza has beaten everyone hands down. Lots of meat and toppings. We also got one of 28" pizzas to feed everyone when we moved our business across the street from them. It fed 7 people with take home left overs. They do not skimp on sauce or toppings. Very good service. Nice folks. I will probably gain 10 pounds being so close.....

The waiters did not wait on us good at all. Our suds came to our table really good but the French fries came to us later after I eaten half of my sub. The French fries was cold we ask the lady to take them back. I ask for my mt dew three times. She was to busy talking and playing with a kids. I'm really dispointed

Amazing pizza! Have some of the best I've seen so far. The inside is kept clean, and the people who work there are very nice. The prices are pretty good too. The pizzas are giant! With it being only a few minutes away, we come here quite a bit. Definitely come here for good pizza!

Food is usually good but the wings are just gross. The meat quality is poor and seasoning is greasy butter hot sauce that doesn't stick to the wings. Also,Alfredo has large chunks of garlic that aren't great. Pizza is good though!

The food was good and the atmosphere would have been tired in the 80s! ?? I got the chicken parm sub and found it odd that it was served with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The place could use an interior decorator but the service was pleasant. They do make a massive pizza our church uses for large events. There's never any leftover! My wife needs to eat keto and we were very pleased to see a crustless pizzas on the menu! Gluten free folks will appreciate this option too!

I have to say, this is the best of places for comfort food, to include the pizza selection, their salads are amazing, and the steak and cheese subs with fresh chips is the best hands down. I really do appreciate the fact that the food is prepared the way that they would expect and want it themselves. They take pride in the quality given to anyone and everyone. They have decent food however service needs much improvement have gotten ordered wong 3 times in 6 weeks this is the only pizza place that delivers however this time I am choosing to drive 15 mins to town to get my pizza from Tiaonos because the order person refused to deliver to me over 2.00 even tho I order every weekend!!!! I even offered to give additional money for tip which is free money to the restaurant I guess they should retrain on common sense when taking orders.

Excellent grilled chicken salad. Requested feta cheese which was perfect. The big block feta. House made Italian dressing was superb.

When I visited it was take out only. Did not feel like eating pizza in the car so will wait until they allow dining in.

I have never in my life had the utmost disgust in doing business with the owners of this restaurant. The greed that these people thrive on is utterly deplorable. I've seen them treat their staff horribly too. The exact opposite of what it means to be a brick and mortar business.

Felt like I was a hog being slopped! Said "thank you" several times to the waitress, but never got a" your welcome" back. The order was not read correctly by the cook so of the two orders taken only one came to the table. When the second finally came ( barely warm in the center of the lasagna ) she put it on the table, and walked away without apologizing for the mistake. Needless to say our "tip" reflected this. WE will not be back!

The sloppy wings sweet and Hot is a must try. I've never thought I could eat pizza in another state other than NYC. But I was wrong this is the best pizza I've ever tasted out of state. Even better than some pizza spots in NYC.

Apparently the air conditioner was broken because it was very hot . The waitress was slow and unfriendly. The bathroom was filthy. The order was wrong and had to be corrected and the waitress said, "Not my fault." And on top of all that the food was not very good. When we paid, the cashier told us that she had just been cussed out by a customer over the phone. I can see why. We will not return. Had reserved the party room and upon arrival it looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. Only had one waitress to run the entire restaurant plus the party room on super bowl weekend. Took forever to get food and a few in our party did not get food until everyone was done eating. Really felt bad for the waitress but thought management was really not worried about it.

Tried to call for 2 hours to place and order and the phone was ALWAYS busy. It was really disappointing because the food is great! It's really sad but they don't seem to like delivery orders and something's always wrong with the delivery.

Great pizza just make sure you get there an hour before they close because they shut down the grill early during the week. A little disapointing that I got there at 9:30 when they close at 10 and could not get a steak salad.

I ordered a deluxe steak grinder from stars pizza, not only did they forget to put lettus and tomato on it but there was hair in it as well. When I called the owner "sam" and told him what was going on he began to yell and get very upset with ME because they forgot to add lettus and tomato and there was HAIR in my food, he yelled at me and told me he wouldn't reimburse me or remake it. The waitresses need to write things down so they dont have to ask u 10 times what u ordered. My food was cold so had to send back and there wasnt much meat in them

I love this place! Everything we've tried, which has been several different options, it's always good, great amount and price.

Not as good as to used to be. Chef's salad was huge and good, Cheese Fries were limp, unseasoned and bland, Cheese Steak Deluxe Calzone was ok.

Called got a sub and some fries asked if the sub came with cheese they said yes. Once I got to work to eat it was no cheese on the sub also the bag my fries was in had fell apart from what seemed to be grease
