The donuts are really great. They have such a wide variety and nice flavor. The bonus is the customer service. You don't feel like a customer, you almost feel like family. It is a true pleasure to stop in and get a couple of donuts a cup of coffee and a smile. Keep up the great job.

The glazed donut was absolutely delicious! Also the employee went out of his way in the area of customer service. We had car problems and were at a gas station across the street and he allowed us to use the restroom and gave us water because it was extremely hot out. I feel like he went above and beyond and we truly appreciate that. Plus we love the donuts!

On Father's Day, I called to see if they were open their typical hours - I got the answering machine and a recorded message that said they were closing at noon. Totally fine. Donuts are pretty good. Soft, not too sweet, I like them! However, the owners were shouting, baby screaming in the back, and the man was very aggressive and rude when my mom asked if they had a long john. We all left and felt like we needed an Xanax! Very fast but stressful experience. We love going to mom and pop shops and have found some really great places. This one was good food. But not worth the stress.

The donuts that were made today were good, but I got some peanut butter cream filled ones that appear to be from the day prior. They are very stale and hard on the edges. I?ve never seen a place sell old donuts before unless it?s giant eagle that have them on discount.

I avoided this place for years due to the though that a potato donut would be gross. Gave it a shot a couple of months ago and tried it again two times after that. Their donuts were consistently delicious and very fresh. Only gripe is, I wish there were some non glazed or lightly glazed options. Mostly everything was covered a little too thickly for my taste. So maybe having an unglazed crueler with a light chocolate drizzle on the top might be something they can add in the future for those of us with

Ordered a half dozen donuts. Not only was the server very unpersonal, but the biggest flaw was that I bit into 3 strands of long hair in the same donut(strawberry frosted). I couldn't believe it. I've been coming there for over 2 decades, and never had this issue. Not sure what to do but I thought I'd vent here. Maybe wear a hair bonnet when preparing the grub? Thanks

The lady working this morning was fast, friendly and seemed to actually like her job. Which is always hard to find in customer service work. Donuts were good. Price is a little higher than I?d like but then again everything is getting more expensive.

I've been to several different donuts shops in the area, and I can CONFIDENTLY say this one is by far the best one. My first time going there, the worker was very attentive and extremely polite, the donuts are fantastic and bigger than any donuts you can get at other shops.

Yes I echo Stacy Primack?s review. This place is very clean I can give them that, but the donuts tasted bland and fake. They should start using more all natural organic ingredients and real organic fruits for their fillings. That will have people lining up for miles just to get one donut. After reading stellar reviews, and I was craving something fluffy, I stopped in. Cases were full of fresh donuts, on a Thursday at lunchtime. Back in the day, using potatoes in your donut meant a much fluffier airy donut. So, I get why they do. Here's my gripe. They are fat in size, but somewhat meh in flavor. Terrible customer service. The young kids worker were very rude and I was embarrassed my children saw people acting this way while representing a business. I also felt after the terrible experience that the donuts were stale.

My all-time favorite donut shop on the Westside. quality is consistent every time I go there. all the donuts look awesome. service is friendly and fast. This is a nice little donut shop that has all the basics and a few creative donuts to choose from. Their textures are nearly perfect: the raised donuts are thick and fluffy; the cake donuts have a good amount of moisture with a crunchy exterior. Though I haven't been blown away by any one particular donut, everything seems to be consistently good. I'd definitely recommend giving Spudnut Donuts a try.

Let me say they have amazing donuts. However when I walked in the 2 girls up front were helping other customers so as I stood there waiting another customer came in and stated talking to one of the girls that were working. As the staff member finished up she then went to help the customer she clearly knew. The customer even told her I was there first and she told her it was fine I?ll help you right in front of me. As I stood there still waiting.

The donuts are great however I have to give a 3 star rating because I got a dozen donuts today and it was $24!! That is insane. Prices for ingredients for donuts are not that high. We don't live in New York or California. I go here once a year for my wife for Mothers Day and the kicker is when I checked what I paid a year ago, it was $18. Prices went up $6 in one year. The greed has to stop.

Saw on Google that the store closes at 6pm. Was there at 4.59pm and heard the young man behind the counter say to the customer in front of me that they close at 5pm. I said but your google page says you close at 6pm and he lasted at me that he's not google and he wants to go home for dinner. He was not only rude but lacked any sense of customer service. My favorite place to go to when I want to get a delicious Donut. Probably some of the best donuts I've ever tasted. Not a line some days, but other days it can be very busy. I'd suggest to anybody that u try these donuts

New to Berea, we thought we'd visit. Got 2 coffees and donuts. I've never ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and had someone else prepare it perfectly without even asking how much of each! But they prepared it perfectly! Donuts were amazing too!

They're almost twice the price they were a few years ago, and this time they're smaller and of less quality. Even the fiillng has been reduced. 5 years ago a dozen was $12. Today, a half dozen is $10.

Smells amazing as soon as you walk in, display case full of fresh donuts, even in the afternoon. Got the key line pie, French crueller, and sour cream donuts. All 3 were freshly baked and so flavorful with great texture. Staff was very friendly as well and quick service too.

Love spudnuts! Yes they do run out of donuts and they are pricier than Dunkin. The fancy donut place in Cleveland Brew Nuts has 12 varieties. Four are priced at $3 and the other 8 at $4. Costing well over $30 a dozen. A donut is a treat for me not a food group. So I do not mind paying a little extra for a good donut.

Best donuts! Large variety of donuts.

First time customer today and i am blown away. Not only was the staff delightful, but the owner or employee(not sure) was kind enough to buy us 2 complimentary donuts on top of the dozen we purchased. One was the cake donut with orange juice glaze and fruity pebbles flakes. You can taste the orange juic not overly sweet and the fruit pebbles add a nice crunch. The second was the blueberry cake all very good. Thank you for the great experience you have a new customer.

Been going here since highschool. The donuts are always fresh,etc and usually good size/taste really good. But I can't believe they're $21 a dozen now. I understand things are more expensive these days and potato flower,etc can be a little more than regular flower and usually they're more expensive than a regular bakery, but $21 a dozen is almost insane. That's more than a good stake at the grocery store lol

We have gotten donuts for years from Spudnuts, but this time they were not as good as the past. They were dry and the filled donuts had about a teaspoon worth of filling. Really not worth $24.

This has always been my favorite donut shop since I was a child. The best donuts I have ever had. The staff was so kind during our recent visit and made a special cinnamon role with maple and nuts for me. It was my favorite and it really made my day to have it!
