Our favorite donut shop! Tried the Dubai chocolate holes today and they?re delicious.
Went for tacos, and decided to order their potatoe, egg, and cheese option. Boy to my surprise they're stupendous!!! Perfect ratio of potatoes to egg and amount of cheese! The lady was excellently gracious. Helped me with my order and had just awesome customer service! I was short on my card and had to split the bill, she blessed me with $4, I only wish I could've tipped, but ends are tight. However, that didn't stop her from doing her best!! she offered salsa as I walked towards the door. Andi excused myse
Service and food used to be really good here.. I think this will be my last visit. $9, and it looked like yesterday's food. The croissant sandwich was cold, and the taco was sad.
The horchata smoothie was the best thing ever. The lady at the front is super sweet and I watched her treat everyone with a lot of kindness.

This is a nice little local donut shop in Sienna. Not sure if it's independently owned or part of a chain, since I saw another Snowflake the other day in the middle of nowhere, Texas. The donuts are awesome, better than Shipley in my opinion. Not as good as Krispy Kreme, which are my favorite. They make them fresh each morning and when they sell out, they're gone. Service is consistently bad! The 3 times we've gone, I was disappointed with the woman behind the counter. The final visit there were Flys all over.. We left without ordering. Will not be back, and it sucks because we don't have any other options in Sienna.
The place was clean Customer service was okay. The jalapeno kolache was not good i need more jalapenos and the cinnamon roll need icing on it. I won't be back.
Sad, sorry service... Ordered breakfast tacos and had to wait for the staff took care of the donuts orders..then started working on my order and but stopped once again for the donut orders. Cancelled my order and payment for this sad service. I will let all my friends and coworkers not to stop here to eat.
Gave the best birthday smile to my son this year. My son is allergic to eggs and doesn't eat cakes so every year we celebrate with regular donuts. This year we saw that this donut shop makes birthday donuts and we wanted to give it a try. Boy, we were surprised with the quality and taste. Loved it. Thank you for making my son feel special even during a quarantine....
Terrible customer service. They say they are open at 5 but nothing is ready until 6am. The day before, I placed an order for pickup at 5:30am and paid ahead of time only for them to tell me they are too busy and I will have to wait 30 minutes. They did nothing to try and make the situation better and were rude when I showed them proof of my order.
The good: The menu has good variety Everything I have ordered has been good Service is pretty quick Prices are good Where they need to improve: They say they open at 5, but even during the 6 o clock hour, most of their menu is unavailable. I have tried a few times to come at around 6:15, and everything I want to order is "in the oven."
At 7 am, there should be a much better selection of donuts than what I saw today. This isn?t the first time this has happened. That being said, when they have donuts in stock they are really good.
Snowflake Donuts is awesome! I order from them all the time and I am never disappointed. They are great with their attention to the small details, and they are our go-to place for Sunday mornings.
