Slow Wake Coffee and Donuts

Cute coffee, donuts, and breakfast spot! Located just inside the Wyndham hotel. I like to stop here often for a good matcha latte or some good coffee. Food is great and I am always greeted with big smiles and good drink and food suggestions. Abbi, Chevelle, and Andrew are always helpful and welcoming. As a local I?m always looking for good coffee spots and this is one to try!

This gem is the morning half of the manatee bar for lunch and dinner. Both excellent food! I would have to say one of the best burgers I have ever had! So that is saying a lot. Staff Holly and Merlin?s and Shevelle ALL friendly and top notch hostess/servers. If you are at the hotel the food and pricing can?t be beat AND you can stay by the pool or on your beautiful balcony! Can?t beat that view!

We were looking for a breakfast spot for the family since our hotel didnt offer breakfast. This place was AMAZING. I expected a basic donut shop- but no. The breakfast sandwiches, donuts, cinnamon rolls, and burritos were amazing and great quality. Highly recommend. The staff were so kind and patient and there was a steady flow of customers. Honestly if I could rate it higher then a 5 I would. Staff is Amazing. Andrew took Great care of us. He makes the World's Best Kids Hot/Cold chocolate. Highly recommend if You have Children and want Quality food and Drinks for a Great price. If in Fort Walton I suggest getting that morning cup here.

The service was kind, efficient, and incredible. Seriously the best matcha I?ve ever had. I also Got the BLT and it was delicious.

Slow Wake is located in Wyndham Garden as soon as you walk into the lobby, it's easy to find so please don't let it being in the hotel deter you from coming and checking this place out. We were on vacation from Tennessee and made this our morning breakfast stop for the time we were in the area. Tiffany was our server and she was great! She had wonderful coffee and food suggestions and both lived up to the expectations she set. We will definitely be coming back for breakfast while in the area. I had an apple

This week has been an excellent experience. Starting the day off with genuinely happy people puts you in a great mood to enjoy your beach vacation. The breakfast and drinks are impeccable as well. The breakfast burritos, BLT, tater tots, donuts, coffee, and chai teas were all fantastic! Additionally, the team of staff members works as well as I've seen a team work. What time I walk in they?re beautiful smiles everywhere laughter in the air and such a pleasant filling and environment. This is something I would highly recommend recommend. I don?t know about the rest of the hotel but this place has something special. Abigail Louise we?re so hilarious so funny and had such bright personalities. It was amazing.

The food, and coffee was absolutely amazing! We ate here to majority of the mornings of our 16 day vacation and tried several different things all of which were equally amazing! Highly recommend!

My sister and I woke up and needed coffee and a pick me up and that was exactly what we got. We went to the coffee shop and Merlin was pure entertainment. She was training and still had time to acknowledge everyone that walked in and was comical. She had a great personality it was a nice way To wake up.

Probably the worst espresso drinks I?ve had in a long time. They tasted like water. We got the croissant sandwich and a breakfast burrito and both were average at best and verging on the bland side. Definitely not worth $10.50 ea. It was a $30 breakfast that was absolutely not worth it.

The barista ? Andrew ? was legendary!!!! Matcha latte was better than Starbucks.

Was there at 7:10am. Only cold old day old donuts available and it took forever to make my breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was ok, the bacon not fresh at all. The lady at the counter was very nice. Unfortunately, my experience did not match the rest of the reviews.

Merline has given me the best service with a smile the last several days when I?ve been here on business travel. She?s such a joy, and a talented baker to boot! Definitely recommend this place for an early breakfast.

It was yummy, the workers were very nice and helpful. You order at the bar and go find a table and they?ll bring it to you. It is attached to a hotel so parking can be tricky. Donuts are good? but you also wouldn?t be missing out on much if you decided to pass. We were walking on the beach and stumbled upon it, and decided to give it a go. They have yummy coffee!! I also recommend the croissant sandwich.

Best matcha Latte I?ve ever had

This little coffee shop is located inside the Wyndham on Santa Rosa Blvd. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The southwest bowl was amazing and well worth the price. The amount of food was pleasantly surprising for such a little shop. I did not get a donut but they are made here and look so good! The iced latte was so good! I will visit this place every time I come this way! Make it a part of your trip!

Right inside Wyndham, this gem has the best flavored crispy outside tater tots, breakfast sandwich was big, looked fresh and my husband keeps saying yum! The coffee was delicious and I sure enjoyed the glazed donut holes and filled donut. Staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Don?t understand the hype, just a hotel lobby coffee bar. No view, awkward atmosphere, dry donut. Coffee good

Abby is the BEST BARISTA!! This coffee is so much better than starbucks. The espresso is so smooth and Abby just whipped it up perfectly. Antoine service was fantastic and super responsive. Upon walking in, all the workers look like they hate working there, and I don't remember being greeted. We looked at the menu for around 5 minutes and then when we started to order some breakfast food they informed us breakfast ended at 11. They give us the lunch menu for The Manantee next door, which has crazy prices, which is $18 for a burger. Our barista, Deb, was nothing short of amazing. We ordered an iced white mocha all week and each day it tasted more amazing than the 1st. The donuts were an added bonus. Overall, great service, great food and excellent hospitality.

Purchased donuts here Monday morning. They were so stale. Unsure if they were still selling Sundays leftovers. Tossed after one bite. Would not recommend. Ended up going to Publix, where the donuts were half the cost and didn?t taste stale. Positive would be, friendly faces and service.

This place is great! It is a little hard to find but it?s located inside a hotel lobby and they stop serving breakfast at 11. Cichaia (our waitress) was extremely helpful and kind. We came here both mornings on our weekend trip for coffee. Highly recommend!

A great breakfast stop in side of the Wyndham garden in. I had the breakfast Burrito and it was amazing and big (could share with 2 people) as also comes with hush puppies. The best part is the amazing service and friendly staff. The donuts are $2 and look like works of art - will have one on my next visit.
