Extremely friendly staff. My order is always ready when I pull up, always made on point. Donuts are great as well. Everything about this place is better than over rated/priced Dunkin Donuts. Try it I promise you won't be disappointed
Sticking with our family's tradition of getting local donuts, I was fortunate to actually find a place. What is it with all the DD here? Have to say, it was worth the drive. Everything was good. Loved the chocolate frosted, whether it was raised or cake, they were awesome. The birthday cake was really good (my daughter crushed them). The glazed were honey glazed, something different from what we are used to, but good. Support your local place, not an overrated franchise.
This coffee shop reminds me of an antique dunkin donuts. The chain never evolved from the 90?s. The food is real good (I ordered sausage/egg/cheese on everything bagel). Service is great and staff is kind. Coffee is better than most places. Prices are comparable to DD which makes me wonder why the place has rusty table and chair legs as well as wood on the walls. The establishment is old but they continue to acquire customers because food and service are great.
Well for the umpteenth time ... I get home and my order is wrong. We go there every Saturday and Sunday and 3 out of 5 times my order... not my partners his is always correct.. is wrong. I always get a chai tea and a sandwich. Yesterday I ordered my chai and a plain croissant, no problems... happily enjoyed.. but today... ordered chai tea and sausage & cheese on toasted buttered english muffin NO EGG... my partner got home with a regular coffee and a egg and cheese on english. Bring back the styrofoam cups for iced coffee!! They?re slippery and the ice melts so fast! This is why a lot of people go to sip n dip!
Young with face tattoos on the phone with a friend, and extremely rude to customers. Also, she was vaping while giving my order.
editing my review! always came here since i was a kid, coffee is great and the prices are very reasonable. tons of flavors to choose from. had some inconsistencies with coffees and was charged incorrectly a couple times, but i informed another worker and she immediately let management know. and they even offered me two free drinks to make up for the mistakes. very thankful for this employee( the woman with the glasses, forgot to catch her name) and management for being kind and helpful with the situation. w

10+ years now I been enjoying their ice coffee :) caramel chocolate or mocha (their ice coffee is better than Dunkin I just wish they would come to Portsmouth or Middletown!)
This place literally has the best coffee ever! I'm not a coffee drinker and coming here has made me want to stop by every single day and take one with me on the way to work. I always grab a chourcio roll or croissant when I'm there. Morning crew is definitely on point all the time especially the sisters that work up there. Never had a bad experience and honestly deserved a review from me earlier. I will continue to brag about this Sip and dip to my friends.

The coffee here is by far the best in Southern Mass. The staff is courteous and friendly, the environment is welcoming and clean, and as you become a regular here the staff will memorize your order. Definitely A+++ service.
I've been coming here since the place opened ,Sue ,Dina ,Sabrina,Kaytlen who is no longer here and Debbie who is great ..Coffee is excellent only coffee I drink I have 1 extra large and now someone new is there my coffee is never correct all the rest of the crew are excellent I tip every day at least a buck ..If your coffee isn't right it sucks sometimes I end up ditching it

Been coming here 2 years. Used to be great friendly service. Now everyone has an attitude. Wheres the food at 6:30am. U can't get an egg n cheese on anything cuz nothings ready. Yet u advertise it for 99 cents with med coffee. Thats false advertising!!! All they have out for food is stale donuts and overcooked muffins. ??!! They need to restaff this place.

Never usaly any problem at all but came at 3pm and the food was closed for the day store hours close at 5 I understand a little earlier but kinda much. I?m not going to say who was working Becuse I allready feel like a Karen but I was craving it lowkey ???????..adding on a year later this place has gone down hill bad from quality of food to closing times switching every other week owners need to get a grip
They got a good variety and coffee flavors of only had their coffee or smoothies I will soon try something else drive-throughs a little awkward but other than that great service

I love Sip N Dip vs other coffee shops. But Fall River and Tiverton (So. Main & Main) locations don't seem to know how to make the crazy mocha cold "hot chocolate" the way the original Bristol and Warren locations do. And none off them have send to taste the same. No two alike, and nothing like the originals. It's more of a Dunkin pure syrup look and taste to it. Very disappointing considering I moved and even tho F.R./Tiv are closer to me now, I'm willing to drive 20 minutes just to get my correct coffee,
I really like the smoothies and the staff are really nice, one time I spilled a coffee and they just gave me another for free.

For such a small business , the doughnuts we're actually good ! Was definitely NOT expecting them to be so good yet they WERE ! GREAT service and EXTREMELY sweet people working there. Keep up the great work and the great service !
This is why I dont like the trays. Trays plus styrofoam cups with thin lids are NOT a good combination. Now I have coffee in my passenger seat and sticky hands. Please ask your customers if they want trays next time.
It's okay but I don't recommend... one day I got a shake from there and I asked for strawberries and the strawberries were expired ???? not just that but I found a hair in my smoothie another time I went there!

Went in ordered a ham egg and cheese. Paid for it but got a egg cheese instead. Paid for the ham tho. About a dollar and change more. Couldnt go back because was at work had to work. So i either starve and shake all day till i eat or eat the food they messed up. So i eat it. I came back to inform them and she said she put it on and also said i should have called. Didnt compensate me or even offer to. I am going back on the sip and dip boycott.
I try to go every Saturday morning with my son for breakfast. The staff is always awesome and the boy enjoys his sprinkled donut and milk lol
Pistachio coffee is where I come here. Half the time it's not in stock. Almost always 1 worker on. Whoever owns this place stop being cheap and put on a second worker. You're going to burn out your employees.

Holy cow the language in here today is horrible swearing nonstop while taking a customers order like wow I?m so glad my kids weren?t with me . Your at work getting paid you need to show respect for your job and the customers swearing is not ok your not at home your in public
