Absolutely love this place! The owner is always so friendly and welcoming, it makes every visit feel personal. You can tell they really care about the customers. The donuts and kolaches are consistently fresh and delicious, every single time. Whether it?s an early morning stop or a quick treat during the day, everything tastes like it just came out of the oven. Easily my favorite donut spot in town. Highly recommend!

Donuts are good, and Logan was friendly. They also do a military discount. Will go back and get some more.

We've lived in the neighborhood adjacent to this Shipley's since it opened, and it's always been great! Food is fresh and the staff is friendly. For anyone who's teenager needs a job, this is the place to apply. The owner hired my oldest when he had just turned 15 and has done a remarkable job of training him in how to be a good employee - priceless! So huge props to this shop for not just having great donuts but also for being a great member of the community!

Everyone was so nice & greeted you once you walk in. Got here a little late at 9:30 but still had a pretty good selection. Even have a drive thru

Just yuck! The Kolaches were pathetic, might want to go to Buc-Ed?s and see how it?s done. The devil?s food filled donut was dry, with a glob of filling in one small spot. They have one of those cappuccino machines like you find at convenience stores, charged Four Dollars for a small! They had no straws for the coke. The dude behind the counter had about as much personality as a speed bump. Total waste of 12 bucks. And when you only two sizes of drinks it?s small and large, not medium and large. It?s

We love this Shipleys location! We get Do-Nuts here every Friday as a treat for the family and are always happy with the selection & how fresh they are. The blueberry cake donut is my favorite. This place is horrible. Anyone who thinks their kolaches are delicious has never had a good kolache. I got a sausage and cheese kolache and a French vanilla cappuccino. The colache dough was stale and rubbery, the ?sausage? was more like a tiny hot dog, and what little cheese it has was tasteless. The ?cappuccino ? was one of those gas station machines using sugar powder and water (and they charges $4 for this small serving of liquid sugar, can get one of these at a gas station for under $2. I grew up on Shipley donuts in Houston. These are a great shot of nostalgia. You have to request the glazed hot, but everything here is delicious.

I?ve been coming here for years and the owners are amazing people that will do their best for you. Food is well prepared and they make sure it stays warm (not all locations are as lucky). I?ll go out of my way to pick up stuff from here instead of going to a Shipley?s that might be closer, it?s all about the effort and the details. I recommend the Shipley Bold?s!

Amazing service, the girl that helped me was so kind! I called ahead to reserve some blueberry donuts before they ran out and they put them aside for me. So nice. The blueberry cake donut was good but nothing else was. The donut holes are not actually rounded individual balls but more like a donut cut up but glazed all together. I did not like the flavor of the apple fritter. I have had the fritter at 2 other location and loved them. The kolaches were not proportioned well. Tiny sausage in so much (very dry) bread. This is the worst Shipley donuts location I've ever been to. I do not recommend this location all the donuts I got where cold, hard and probably at least a day old or more ill never waist another dollar at this location. Here is a picture of the horrible donut holes.

Avoid this location! On multiple occasions, the employees working the closing shift decide to close before the designated time of 5:30pm. Why bother adding the closing time if they close when they want!

We catered Shipleys for a church wide event on Fathers Day and I have never received so much positive feedback about donuts! Everyone LOVED them and Pina was wonderful to work with! The entire staff was wonderful.

Shipley's is one of our favorites because their donuts are made fresh daily. Their selection is nice and it feels like what we expect is what we get, so that's nice. The kolaches are a bit too bready but they're made fresh and nice when on the run or need a quick small bite. It's a small space but is kept clean.

Great service and extremely sweet staff. Came here for the first time via the drive thru on the way to the airport to pick up my mother. The gentleman who was working the window was super sweet, made sure I got a fresh donut to bring to my mom. That's the kind of care and service you want out of a place like this. Worst customer service. They mess my order and I get home 15 mins away and they ask me to come back instead of issuing a refund for what was given or a credit for a future purchase the lady wants me to drive back to replace donuts. Ridiculous, it?s not like their donuts are cheap that you can pass on poor Customer service to customers who come back to you all the time. They have definitely lost a customer in us.

Everything is always hot and fresh. The price point is okay! The service was a wee bit slow, but there were a lot of cars in line, and their orders were accurate! The attendant double-check the order at the window to make sure it was correct! She even told me which kolache was which due to having ordered several different types. My experience was perfect!

Decided to order seven dozen donuts to thank the construction workers Ive been taking temperatures of for two months. I called on Wednesday to place the order and the woman that answered the phone was beyond sweet and even gave me a 10% discount! Donuts are fluffy, they have great texture and just the right amount of sweetness. The employees and the staff are nice and have great customer service. While the doughnuts are good . I found the staff rude . The manager was very rude and was bothered by our presence in store . Just walked out of this Shipley store, here off Collin Mckinney Pkwy. Seemed like a new employee at the register and was truly doing his best. But it was the woman training him that really gave me bad service and the fact that she's training him doesn't seem like he will learn "good" customer service. Last and only time I will go here.

Shipley?s is the absolute best when it comes to donuts. They have kolaches as well. The facility is very clean and the customer service has always been beyond extraordinary. In many visits, I have never had a poor experience. Come early though as they can run out of some really good options. I prefer the chocolate cream-filled donut.
