You can go inside to order or use the drive thru. They also have seating available inside. They are friendly and the donuts are really good. (I think they taste better than dunkin donuts). I like the ?clairs, blueberry cake ones, and the donut holes with icing. They open at 4:30, but if you want the donut holes, then go around 5.

The coffee is ok, the donuts are EXCELLENT!!! Flavorful without that sugary after taste. Well worth the visit. Plus the girls working here are very nice.

These are overpriced for what they are. The flavors available are fine, but they taste like they've been sitting out for half a day. The kolaches are tiny and around $3/ea. Nuts. There are better places around Grapevine to go.

Came here to try some donuts for a large catering event. The staff member who closed today (12/20) was so kind and helpful! She took the time to explain and show us the different options/ flavors? We will definitely be ordered from here now! As always, delicious donuts!

Doughnuts are very fresh and tasty but atmosphere wasn't pleasant. Rap music being played very loud and another visit on top of music pans were being thrown around which was very loud.

My review consists of four (4) visits to this same location in Grapevine. From employees that aren't helpful and having a language barrier to not filling the $4 long johns all the way today. This is after I specifically asked.

This was so disappointing. There was hardly any frosting on our doughnuts- possibly the worst I?ve ever had. The jalape?o Koloche WAS the worst I?ve ever had. The bread was not very fresh, it was like a hot dog and didn?t even have jalape?os in the meat. It just had jalepeno slices placed inside the bread around the hot dog. I couldn?t even finish it. The lady at the window was very friendly and they got it out quickly, but Walmart doughnuts are literally 10 times better.

Service fee? Absolutely great Donuts ! But what's up with the service fee ordering online? Clearly states that there is no service fee but, when you go to pay it adds a $2 service fee. Not only that, no Bavarian when you go to pick up the order!

Kolaches here are great, and our family enjoys the donuts! Getting pretty pricy for donuts now, and customer service seems to have gone downhill. We still go every so often for a treat, but not nearly as often as we used to!

I used to like going to this place to eat but with recent hires they have made the overall customer experience has gone down hill. To be more specific I order a coke & the kid behind the counter did not put ice in it & proceeded to get an attitude when i kindly asked him to give me some ice. They have the best glass donuts on the planet. I miss Shipley's as we don't have it up north...just the average gourmet donut shops or Krispy Kreme. This Shipley's is always great for service. There's cinnamon roll seem to have something special above and beyond the normal cinnamon roll. It's just like the cinnamon is all the way through and through and not concentrated in one ring.

Little depressing to bite into one of your big kolaches only to see its mostly air. The sausage inside was so tiny that more than half the kolache deflated when I bit into it.

This establishment does not accept medical exemptions and completely discriminates against individuals with any type of disabilities. My husband who is a 20 year veteran with 6 deployments overseas was yelled at on Veterans Day by the staff and humiliated for having a medical exemption. It's sad how some businesses like these treat their customers.
