Always love Shipley's and this is a good location. Quick in and out with large selection and has a drive thru. Easy access and this area has a couple of Shipley's around new location down the street from old Bingle location.

Came here around 830am on a Saturday morning. This location has a convenient drive through which is great. It is quick and easy to order. The only thing is you need to come prepared with your order! I grew up in SB and the shop used to be on Bingle. I miss the location being there. You could see them making the donuts and there were always the usuals there. Kolaches used to taste better, in my opinion and the donuts were definitely bigger! My favorite was the plain cake donut. It was just the right amount o

Was THE BEST SHIPLEY'S LOCATION EVER... Had to drop their rating. To often their twist aren't cooked by 6:30 am and an inconvenience. Their donut twist is of a higher caliber than any other location I been to. Their products are more authentic tasting than their commercially created counterparts. It's like they use more doe on their products to make them fluffier, more fulfilling and just heavenly!! Please go here and you won't be disappointed. Their staff is wonderful as well.

I went to the drive through on Sunday morning and waited 15 minutes in the line. That wasn?t an issue for me but when I got to the window I ordered a dozen donuts and the lady insisted on me getting down and going to the front counter to order. She made me park and go inside to order after I had waited 15 minutes in the drive though line. I didn?t want to get down that?s why I had originally gone on drive though but this lady gave me no option, she said that if I ordered in person I could see the donuts the

My dad has been going to this Shipley?s for a coffee and a doughnut almost every day for the last 5000 years. Or at least 30. Maybe more. The staff has been consistently amazing and he?s watched some of them grow up there. This place, not only supports. The community is respectful and kind to its patron, and always treats my dad like a rockstar. They noticed when he doesn?t come in and they ask how everything is going. it?s hard to find businesses like this anymore. Well done, Shipleys!

Great service, delicious donuts, and those kolaches are so good! ???? They have a couple of small tables to dine on and an actual half-and-half for your coffee instead of the powder junk. This was my first time visiting this Shipley and it won't be the last. Yum!

this was probably the worst experience i?ve had ordering from somewhere they got my order completely wrong the first time and the second time around they gave me a replacement for something that they were out of but hadn?t mentioned that to me when initially ordering. it shouldn?t take this many tries to get a correct order from a place that has very limited options. Even at 5 am when I go in there to get a couple of donuts. I ask if they are hot and fresh and they say yes when I get in my car and on the road they are very cold. I will go th the location on 43 rd instead of this location because there donuts are always hit and fresh the bingle location was better and they where hot and fresh when I asked not at lounge point location it seems service has just gotten very poor

I usually like this location but today I have decided not to return due to the lack of hit do-nuts Everytime no matter what even if you ask if they fresh. It's really not ever hot so I'm done with this location. It's nothing like the one on Ella and 34th st. Now they have good hot and fresh do-nuts no matter the time.

I have been coming to this Shipley?s since they opened it? but last time I came they gave me an expired chocolate milk and it had been ok expired for 2 weeks I don?t really understand how could this happen? This is by far the most awkward and horrible location ever. Came by to this Bingle location and the donut shelves were almost empty. They didn't have a huge selection of donuts as other locations. Then they have these 2 guys making the kolaches where they can been seen through a glass window and they are not wearing gloves. Better than average Shipley's location. They were packed today and still managed to serve people will. Large window into the kitchen where you can watch them make the donuts. Neat place.

Shipley?s Do-Nuts is always a good spot to grab breakfast on the go! Sadly, this location is a pain to get into the limited parking lot. You never know if your food will be cold and hard or warm and freshly cooked. Even if the line reaches the door, workers quickly prepare the orders like clockwork. There is not a drive-thru at this location.

Ordered 2 dozen Kolaches Friday morning and 1 dozen donuts for office, the attendant was talking to a customer personal info waited almost 10 minutes to get served? She wasnt friendly at all and spent $40 and not even a than kyou Wow! I am going to stick with the Shipleys on Gessner . Not recommended or going back! Best Shipley?s out there! I have been coming here for 2 decades and majority of the workers are still there! You shows you the kind of company Shipley?s is, and how well they treat their employees. I hope they never fix up this shopping center, I love it! I also go to la plaza and use the mechanics!

The lady here is super rude, it's like she was running out of patience just because I was choosing what kind of donuts I wanted. They have good donuts and food but the customer service was horrible! I stopped by this morning for a donut and cup of coffee. As usual the food/drink is good but at this location, the service was poor! I approached the counter and the lady just stared at me. I ordered.. she said nothing.. I handed the money, she returned change.. and said nothing. Pretty poor service!

This one has drive thru and seems to always take much longer than the location that closed down the street (Bingle). That one spot was always packed but quick. 15 mins been waiting in drive thru just for a coffee shop ????

always good coffee and kolaches yum. New post the new location only has a couple of tables so you can't visit or enjoy hot coffee and warm kolaches anymore guess that's a sign of the times so sad.

Born and raised in Spring Branch and always visit when I come into town. Today was not a great experience. I had to repeat my order 3x?s to her. Not sure how anyone can get this order wrong. One dozen mixed, glazed and chocolate glazed only. She had the nerve to call me a PENDEJA when I turned to leave. Some white people know Spanish...... FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES!

The location is not very nice. The roof leaks and the place itself is shoddy...BUT they have the best Shipley kolaches around. Some Shipley's make their kolaches super doughy. They come out like big rectangle bricks but this place makes them more tapered and torpedo like. Much better dough to meat ratio. And sometimes there is a lady outside who sells tamales. Nothing better than rolling into work with kolaches and tamales.

This particular Shipley's is definitely one of the worst that we go to. The one on Gessner is always VERY accommodating, this one however, will give you the product that has been sitting there all morning. Even w hgv en asked for hot, fresh donuts the response will be, you'll have to wait 20 minutes. If it's taking them 20 minutes to cook a batch donuts of donuts, it's time to replace some employees. The donuts were good but they don't warm them for you. They do however offer the pink glaze which was delicious.

So happy this has opened up here IN the branch. Great quality as you expect, see habla espa?ol, and hope people keep it clean and alive.

The jalape?o kolaches are very good,it's a very small place with 3 tables and a few chairs, the atmosphere is awesome the lady's that work there are very friendly staff and it's fun watching them make donuts with the machines and kolaches by hand .
