Depends on what one you go to for service. Some people are great. Places are all crusty and meet major updating and even more cleaning. I have been pretty loyal due to church on Sunday.

Looked for a donut shop came across sesame donuts. Need a dozen donuts for a morning training. They had a great selection and priced well also

Popular spot for donuts, every time I go here there is a bit of a crowd, sometimes a bit of a wait but well worth it! The raised glazed donuts are mostly what I get, tho I have tried some of their other donuts and they are delicious ?? There is a wide selection of pastries to choose from. Tasted like dirty grease with each bite from assorted donuts. Could not find anything that tasted fresh! The frosting was old and cracked. The simple glazed donut was stale and the glaze cracked from drying out after the first bite. Never again!!

Wandered upon this shop in our Portland adventures a few weeks ago. We loved it. The breakfast sandwich with sausage was delicious. Probably because it was not American sausage but Lebanese. Super yummy donuts too. The gentleman that was at the counter was so fun to talk to and he gave us some great places to hike and see while in Oregon. This place was way better than Voo..... in my opinion.

Stopped at 2 in the afternoon on Father's Day. The fellow working was very kind, pleasant, and they had everything I wanted even that late on a special day. The donuts were good, as they always are. I've been to the ones in Tigard and on Scholls Ferry, and live near the one in Sherwood. They are all equally great!

I'm not a big donut person, but I actually really enjoyed these. My preferred donut is the light, airy, flakey donuts (think krispy kreme but less sweet), or an old-fashioned/cake style donut. These were neither as I got one dozen variety all raised donuts, however, I actually really like them. They are not super dense and not overly sweet, though you can get that if you desire. Great variety, and they still taste great on day two.

I love coming here with my son. And from the looks of it so do other parents. There is always a line that moves very quickly. The service is helpful and friendly and the donuts are so good! My favorite is the twist and I have it on good authority that all the fritters are delicious. They have a huge selection as well!

I don't eat donuts but I do eat croissants and Sesame Donuts has absolutely the best croissants in the metro area! Get there early because they go fast! They have great coffee too, and the people that work there are just as nice as they can be. I highly recommend Sesame Donuts in Tigard Plaza.

They have some of the best donuts I've ever had. They outshine krispy kreme and voodoo donuts.....and they are friendly and always pleasant. Amazingly they are open until 10pm, which is really nice because all the retail stores close at 9pm, so this gives you the opportunity to grab a yummy donut as you head home, and if your lucky, some nights they offer an end of the night special on their donuts ....which is cool, but their donuts are so good that I think people could care less if there's a special or no

Just bought these about an hour ago, paper peeled the frosting right off (best part). Sad.

The donuts are exactly what you'd expect from this delicious local chain. I had one apple cider and one pumpkin spice. Both were still warm! The coffee, however, is not the same as at other locations. They brew it on the weak side (watery).

Always great donuts and service! I Highly recommend the powdered cream-filled if you need serious sugar. My favorite is the blueberry glazed donut and crossiant. I know the guy who owns this sesame donuts is really great guy. Highly recommend the fruit smoothie too. Peach-mango is my ?? fav.

I love Sesame!! They are very tasty (lots of frosting) and the service is friendly. It's small and the bathroom is kinda scrunched, but still a great place. Prices are going up though... Locally owned, so that's good.

Products are amazing. There isn't a donut that we don't like. Went in and asked for them to pick out the dozen for us. They have their pumpkin spice donut, and it is sooo good. Moist with the tight amount of spices and pumpkin to flavor.

Good, no nonsense donuts and coffee. The service at this location is really pleasant, the coffee is always hot, and the donuts taste fresh each morning. These aren?t $4 donuts you?ll get from places downtown, but I think they taste better.

Staff was rude which isn?t usually the case. She was in accommodating to a tefund request due to medical need. And refused to tell me when management was going to be in. Will tell all my friends to pick a different sesame doughnut location. Never choosing this one again!!!

Raspberry jelly donut holes always a winner for me, hubby likes blueberry cake and daughter loves pumpkin spice donut. My son usually orders flavor of the day and hasn't complained once. They have a happy hour dozen special which we take advantage of but are more than willing to pay full price for these fresh yumyums. Employees are always friendly and nice clean atmosphere

Great selection, friendly service. Only downfall is they are so close to the office that everyone in the office stops to get donuts regularly. Constant supply of donuts it seems. I'm not even sure that can even be deemed a downfall. My only concern is that I saw an employee sweeping the floor behind the registries pretty vigorously and the Donuts were only about 2 feet from the floor on display, is there a concern about dust and dirt being lifted into the air possibly getting on the food? First time I have ever been there. I could have gotten better tasting donuts from Fred Meyer, Safeway or Walmart. The chocolate tasted bitter, like it was mixed with something else. The donut holes were on the dryer side too... but the customer service is nice.

Best donuts in town! IN RESPONSE to the reviewer with the question about sweeping: Health Code requires all food to be at least 6" off the ground. Bakery display cases must be approved by the OR Health Authority. Restaurants must mop floors daily and keep floors free of dust and debris with proper ventilation. Sweeping between display case & counter keeps particulates out of the air that would otherwise be kicked up by the movement of servers between the counter & display case - it's a good thing! :)

The girl that works there thinks she has so much power and authority over people. She thinks she is a doctor and has the right to give medical advice about masks aka muzzles to control, divide and conquer the population. She needs to be fired asap! Having eaten here many dozens of times over a handful of years, I have never had a stale donut, the coffee is always hot, and the staff are remarkably patient and pleasant. I came in and asked for a bacon, egg & cheese on a toasted raisin bagel. I was told that they only had raising bagels on Thursdays. So I said a plain bagel is fine. Please make sure it is toasted. The donuts we're interesting and maybe even good but its hard for me to recall clearly as the bad service was at the forefront of my mind. I'm not really a fan of frequenting establishments who's employees make me feel as if I'm a bother. Try Tigard donuts, common types of donuts but very good and friendly faces every time I go.

The donuts are never fresh at this location. I don't think they're cooked in house, but brought from another location. Go for the donut holes or the fritters, everything else is a crapshoot. 60 donut holes for under 9 bucks is a good deal though.

This is by far the BEST Donut shop in OR. When my husband, our three year old and I moved to Beaverton we came to Sesame Donutseeds nearly everyday. Obviously the Donuts themselves are beyond amazing, but the staff are what is really amazing. Today I bought 3 donuts for less than five dollars and gave the women behind the counter a ten dollar bill and let her know that there?s no change needed. I went in about 8:45 on 5/30/20. I ordered a dozen doughnuts. They were the worst doughnuts I have ever bought in a doughnut shop. They were ALL over cooked! I got, maple, chocolate and the mixed bars.... all browned ( dark brown, almost burned), the cake doughnuts were dense, really dark and greasy, the devils food cake doughnuts were dry, , over cooked. I live Sesame Donuts! Are they very similar to Dunkin? Yes - which is part of the appeal for me, having grown up in the midwest. No one else has vanilla cream filled doughnuts (except KK but they are waaaaay too sweet). Also, Sesame has what I consider to be a genius invention - the jelly-filled doughnut hole.
