I ordered special cupcakes for our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Servatii's did a beautiful job in decorating the cupcakes from a picture I provided them. All the guests said they were so beautiful and tasted wonderful.
Today is my birthday. Although I received a beautiful appearing cake from this location as a surprise, the experience my friend went through while even placing the order ruined my taste for it. They told me how they really didn?t even receive proper customer service and how the woman who placed the order was highly unprofessional. Our cake was awesome, moist and the icing was just right! The service was great accept for one older lady when we first came in to inquiry on their products, she was not friendly and seemed not to want to offer any suggestions, her younger coworker stepped up and delivered good service!

I took my grandson with me to get some goodies. Had a great time. The lady gave him a small cookie with sprinkles on it. He thought he was in heaven. Way way way way way way overpriced. This store in particular is not good. Expensive, and they are a little kooky. They still have covid signs up and ask you to mask. You can clearly see the staff and ownership is a little bit aggressive with their politics and let it show. Go up the street to dunkin. You'll spend half and not have to wear a mask or be made to feel bad cause you are white. ??
I love Servati White Oak?I go weekly for my ?fix? for delicious breads, donuts, pretzel sticks with spinach & cheese dips, danish and the best coffee cakes. The individual desserts are fabulous too (key line, raspberry creations). The team is friendly and helpful?Renda & Lecia and others! I try to go early so not to miss out on what I?d like as supplies do run out. Also their pre-ordering works great especially for holidays and special occasions. The best neighborhood bakery!
Cake, as always at Servatti's, is good. But displeased with one of the representatives because Starlina at 4:27 pm on Thursday March 7, at White Oak location asked if me if I had a handicap placard for my vehicle in front of the store outside. What does parking outside of the store have to do with sales and the baked goods inside of the store? I was highly disappointed and felt like racial discrimination. I bought my slice of cake. One of my favorites! I hope they stay local in white oak forever. The pretzels and cheese dip of any kind is delicious. And almost every desert is mouth watering! LOVE!
We just bought lunch here and it was a mixed bag. The salads were excellent. Lots of good ingredients and large portion size. However, the iced rainbow cookie we got tasted terrible. It was either old and stale or the butter was off. My daughter threw it away. We also got a piece of what was supposed to be traditional cheesecake. Maybe it was mislabeled because it was definitely some sort of white chocolate flavored dessert, which was not at all delicious or what we wanted. Worth a second try but I can't be
Ordered a custom cake and their signature pretzel sandwich to feed 16 for the birthday of my 5 year old granddaughter. The cake was great. They claimed we never ordered the sandwich despite the fact that my wife stopped by and ordered in person several days before. From their perspective, too bad ? get lost. Won?t make the mistake of ever going there again.

great bakery been going here for 20+ years. only thing I don't like is how they run out of food so quickly. first come first serve.... get there before 10am or your choices will be severely limited
The woman serving behind the counter is very rude. I've never had a bad experience there until now. She asked me WHAT did I want, not can I help you or anything and tried to quickly correct herself. She then had an attitude the whole time I proceeded to order. I finally just told her forget it. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one to have dealt with this and it's really unfortunate.
Good . They were out of pretzel bread my main reason for going ??. But I did get the other few things I wanted. Maybe pre order is a possibility there ? It's the holidays so I know everyone else wants the same goodies.
Everyone is always so friendly here! They make great coffee to go with whatever delicious treat you've decided to eat that day. I'm also a huge fan of their pretzel bites and beer cheese.
Got the pretzel sandwich and some cookies. Barely got a piece of the sandwich (grabbed a piece before it was gone), and the tea cookies are always a hit. Customer service is always good.
I call them and have them save my 2 pretzels sliced and 1 apple fritter always ready well I need to change this, I went to pick up my order but was unable to because the cash register was being used to ring up a order for a lady who had NO idea what she wanted so the women said since I had not prepaid for my order I would have to wait until they were done with her. I chose not to
The employees are all rude and not helpful they don?t know anything that is going on. They act like they have the worst job in the world and they rush u to get out. If u want more info about a cake they tell u they don?t know. I liked their cakes but the older women that helped us was rude. Dont work in customer service if u aren?t going to be friendly or helpful. I won?t go back.
Great good and a fast, friendly staff. I was dismayed at what looked like a decent line when I arrived, but I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was kindly greeted. Our coffee fakes and donuts we're delicious!
They have horrible customer service. I entered the store and asked for my items. The young lady could not help me checkout so I waited for the other woman. She comes to the counter and helps the lady behind me even though she does not have on a mask. Then the young girl tells her that we need to check out. She then asks the next lady how she can help her and acts as if I'm not standing there. That woman informs her that we were there first.
Store is clean and selections are good but the people that wait on you act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Have switched to NCH bakery where the people are friendly.
This actually saddens me to write this. I have been going to this location for 2 years, I live right behind the white oak shopping center walking distance, several times / week and spend quite a bit of money there WEEKLY. Never had a problem with the staff, except one girl could be a little nicer but that's neither here nor there, over all a pleasant experience every time I go there. Except today @ 11:20am Thursday April 20, 2017. I went in and got some hot dog buns and hamburger buns and they were out of

Amazing cupcakes! Took some to a party and everyone wanted to know where they came from. Fantastic pastries, pretzel bread and dips! My favorite place for sweets and dips in Cincinnati.

Was really disappointed to find the door locked at 6:26. I know that?s only 4 minutes but I knew exactly what I wanted and if we all start closing before the actual close time then where do we draw the line? You know?
All of the baked goods are stellar! From the Vienna bread to doughnuts to cookies everything they make. The staff are very helpful and make each visit a treat.
Great little Bakery everything they make is wonderful the cakes are design and the pretzels are to die for service is top-notch they offered to carry stuff to my car unheard of in this day and age great job guys

The girl that they have working is EXTREMELY PUSHY and rushing everyone to get out of the store. When I said I felt rushed she just looked at us and said is that all? So, wont be back to this location.
