Love that Seaside is open 24/7, it?s the perfect late night spot. The Thai and jasmine iced teas are refreshing and full of flavor. Donuts are good but the jalape?o cheese croissants are savoury and delicious.

Seaside is a donut place right off of NB Pier. Prices are reasonable considering the location. The donuts are very fresh and soft as of about noon when I stopped by. They have some fun pastel iced donuts. Raspberry jelly donut is recommended. You may want to try something new, cereal-topped donuts! The main downside of this shop is it has no seating.

Seaside Donuts kept showing up on tiktok so I had to see it for myself. The green Thai tea was good but too sweet for my taste but the donuts and croissants are amazing! I will definitely be coming back here in the future since the food is good and it?s pretty affordable! The atmosphere was also friendly and the lines were never long when I came.

$4/hour parking Sunday morning - Be sure to eat the donut right away because they individually bag the donuts (for me they did at least), so the chocolate or glaze will stick to the inside of the bag after prolonged wait. Seaside Donuts has found itself a new fame (or infamy) with its recent resurgence in social media, this time nationwide. This place has the most beautiful and tasty donuts, pastries, and my personal favorite, crossaints. They keep their cases fully stoked and ready to welcome any guests that are strolling the area near the Pier. It's also sooooo clean, the only downside is that you have you have to pay to park, but at least their is plenty of parking. The food and breakfast treats are the real gems here.

This spot was our saving grace during the witching hour after many a drunken night out in Newport Beach. My favorite thing was the spinach/ham and cheese croissant, but you can buy everything from boba to cigarettes here. The Thai tea and matcha donuts are also great options.

Overall amazing doughnuts and customer service! We ordered the matcha, thai tea and the sprinkled doughnuts as shown in the photo and all were very warm, fresh and delicious. The servers at the time we're very friendly and polite. Amazing location as well right next to the pier! 24/7 donut spot at Newport Beach! They have a good selection and perfect for grabbing something to go. I got one of their Croissant Donuts and when heated up a little bit is a buttery sweet goodness! I believe that they are Cambodian owned and there?s a good amount of history of how that came to be (Google it!) The store is clean and well-kept. This IS the place! Open 24/7. Best part, their ham cheese jalape?o croissant...and yes, warm it up! It is a small shop that has been there forever, quick grab and go. Heard about this place online through the memes within the asian community, so I decided to check it out for myself when in town; and it does live up to the hype! The green thai tea was super refreshing, and the jalapeno ham and cheese croissant was fresh and flavorful. Of course, their donuts were great too. This was such a hit for breakfast! So filling before you head to the beach. My husband got the Caesar and loved the red onions and all in it! My daughter got a plain bagel with cream cheese and for myself I got 3 Belgian waffles. 2 was PLENTY. The waffles were warm and so so FRESH! $1.50 for a dozen delicious fresh donut holes is the best deal for a beach trip. Not only were the prices very great but the donuts were really good. I also recommend the apple fritter it was awesome. The proximity to the beach and pier is perfect. The service was very quick and courteous. They are open 24 hours. I really like the green tea donut and the green Thai tea drink. Donuts are freshly made in the kitchen, you can ask for your drink to be less sweet. Donuts were as expected - they are pretty normal. Nothing special about them. There is a nice selection, though, along with some pastries. Very convenient location along the walking path by the beach. If anything, it's a good breakfast/snack for a walk.

This place is an institution for a reason. They've been here for decades selling ham and cheese croissants, doughnuts, coffee and many other things. The staff is always friendly, the croissants are far and away the best you can get from a 24 hour place and the price is always right. Is there usually a line? Yes. It should be a testament to why so many other businesses at the pier have come and gone but this place just sticks to what they know and do it well. Cheers, Seaside.

Let me preface by saying that I have been here multiple times in the past over the course of the last decade. This place is on the decline. The donuts are mediocre at best, and now they are severely overpriced. They hype has severely surpassed the actual quality of this place. Further, the store?s sanitation standards (though they were not high at the start) have dropped. See photo below. The only up side is this place is open late. Don?t know if that will outweigh the cost though.

I've eaten countless cronuts over the course of four years at almost every hour of the day. Especially at 3am it always seemed to be the same person working so I made sure to leave a good tip and hope you do the same ! When I bite into the ham cheese jalapeon croissant I ascended into ABG heaven and boy it was an absolutely astonishing experience.
