Excellent donuts made fresh to order. If you like Fractured Prune then you'll love these as well. It's great that they also have acaii bowls and smoothies to balance out the menu with healthy options. The mango smoothie was very tasty and refreshing!
Hot donuts with a wonderful twist. They give you a reusable bag that is adorable. The entire house loved these beautiful donuts. Highly recommended
This place is the best. Hot donuts. Always fresh, never stale. You wait for a minute or two but your donuts come out hot, crunchy, chewy, just perfect. Can't say enough about this place. Our family of 6 ate 3 dozen over a week. Lol.
Friendly and fast staff, great a?a? bowls and the ice coffee is a great start to the morning. Rarely is it busy, so starting your morning here is very easy. Great little hole in the wall.
This is the place to go if you like. Hot cake style donuts. They have so many flavors to choose from when it comes to glazes or toppings. Our donuts always came hot and freshly made. The service here is great. I would say if you're going to order more than a few, give them a little time to prepare. All the donuts are extremely fresh.
High quality donuts that come out hot, doughy and fresh. I haven?t had a better donut in the area. I tried the lemon and sandy donuts right at 7 on the weekend and they were both perfect in terms of texture and sweetness. The a?a? bowl with peanut butter, banana, and strawberry was great as well.
A fun and creative menu with freshly dipped donuts served quickly and cheerfully. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because I don?t love cake style donuts, which is a personal preference rather than an objective evaluation of the donuts here. What they do, they do well. We had a glazed, a chocolate topped and a couple cinnamon powered.

Sandy Pony has the greatest donuts in the world. Not sure if Misty Mint or Porky Pony are the best but they both intrigue my children on a daily basis. I mean who doesn?t love bacon?! Even better?! The new location in Dewey stays open late?.after drinks!!!! Best wishes, Katharine Chaney
I was only there once, and got a coffee (Rise Up Roasters brand) and an acai bowl. The coffee was really good. I had it with almond milk, and the acai bowl was flavourful, refreshing, and filling. The gentleman who took my order was very attentive and personable. The young lady who made my bowl pleasant. I didn't get any, but they bake an amazing variety of donuts! I highly recommend it!
Sandy Pony is the best! The donuts are consistently made to perfection. Surfer Dude is always a crowd pleaser, but you can?t go wrong with any flavor! So excited about the new location in Dewey Beach!
It is really hard to be vegan at the beach. Imagine my delight when the staff at Sandy Pony Donuts said it was no problem to do an iced coffee with almond milk! They added the milk to it and got the ratio just right. [Unlike a national chain that hands you a full cup that has tons of ice with hot coffee poured over it and no room for milk, even though you asked twice.] Sure, there's only a picnic table in the parking lot if you want to sit. Just tried the new one Dewey Beach location. All the kids and adults loved it. This will be a great addition to the town this summer. Looking forward to taking all our house guests for donuts.
