First of all, this place is pretty difficult to find if you have not been there before. It is between a boutique, and Wanna iguana.I don't know why it is just known as a donut shop for people. Ordered a vintage style heart shaped cake with a lot of piping. White cake with bavarian cream and fresh cut strawberries. This cake was exceptional. I am so happy I ordered from here! The cake was perfectly moist and the strawberries perfectly fresh. So so yummy!! I will say I dropped off the fake pearls and ribbon to be added to the cake about a week before I was going to pick it up and it appears the young girl at the counter forgot to put the cake order in the system. I had a cake made for my son's birthday. Based on a picture of the cake we provided to them and the flavors we chose, they made an amazing cake. It was delicious and the cake came out amazing. In addition, I have ordered donuts in advance and as desired and they are always tasty. I would note that when you state the time the donuts are to be picked up, they will be ready at that time and are punctual.

They are overpriced and their customer services atrocious. They say one thing over the phone and do another once you go into the shop horrible, horrible customer service.!!!! I will never go shopping there again. I recommend people stay away from the store.

Spontaneously was Google searching for a donut shop for a quick bite while home searching with my fiance in Valencia. Came across this business and was pleasantly surprised. The donuts and cakes were awesome. Anytime we are in Valencia in the future or if we relocate, we will be back.

I went to my favorite bake shop this morning to pick up a few donuts and one of their great cinnamon rolls. One particular donut I was looking for they did not have it ready but the young man who waited on me offered to prepare it for me. Talking about going over and beyond. I decided to instead to get a different donut (they are all good to me - LOL). I love how valued I feel as a customer when I go to this shop and of course I love the baked goods (they are delicious)!

I've gone to this shop several times. I've tried many things. They have delicious decorated cookie, tiramisu, creme bulee donut with custard inside. Chocolate Eclair is ok. This is the only donut shop that serves real custard, but the donut dough is not the best. The shop is always busy with customers, at least in the morning when I visit at 8am. They serve variety of baked goods and they don't sell stale products. Thank God!

I didn't give it 1 star only because the donuts are tasty and they have a good selection. However, the past few times we've gone they were not open during OPENING hours, one out of which was on a National Donut Day! They even saw us by the door more than an hour before closing time and didn't even bother to let us know why they were closed. Just ignored us! We ended up going to Pam's Donuts instead where we were greeted with smiles and our son got a free donut because it was a National Donut Day. Guess wher

They have an okay variety of treats. We've been many times because of the location, but sadly pretty much everything we've bought did not taste fresh and the prices are high. I'm not sure how long they leave their products in the display case, but it seems too long for a bakery. I've actually taken a bite of a treat and thrown it out, because it was so stale. The staff is very nice though. We finally gave up and stopped going. I would recommend Foster's Donuts.

Have come here regularly since we moved here over a decade ago. In the morning there's often a long line out the door (even pre-COVID and without social distancing). The donuts are just that good and they're not overcharging. If we get there after 10am, they may run out of the kinds my family wants on that particular day - they're that busy and the food is that tasty. Staff is very busy but they're still friendly. Just don't expect to have a 5 minute catch up conversation while the line is out the door.

Delicious cakes and donuts. My family has been ordering cakes from them the past 15 years. However, the last 3 times we have ordered cakes, the same young lady was very rude to us :( bad attitude both during ordering and picking up. I once needed clarification on a cake order detail and she made me feel stupid for asking ... luckily, the cakes were delicious and cute.

Best donut shop in SCV. Not only the best donuts, but the best bakery overall. I ordered some chocolate dipped strawberries and custom strawberry handmade Rose's and my wife was not disappointed. Amazing work. Any baking needs to may have they will exceed your expectations. I have never had anything from here that was less than amazing.

There's a lot of friendly faces running donut shops in SCV, but this S&S has the friendliest. It sometimes gets busy so there's a line out the door, but they keep their cool, which makes the customers relax, too. They sometimes make mochi donuts that are wonderful.

I went in calmly to ask for a Birthday cake for my 6yr old daughter. I could tell immediately that I was bothering the lady at the counter. She made it very clear she was too busy. Extremely rude. Rather go to Ralph?s next store.

Went there this morning, older lady was very rude couldn't even say good morning back to us. When asked for a donut she pretty much tossed it on an upper tray again very rude. Try to short my husband on change, they were not busy at all. Don't know if they are hurting due to this pandemic but def will not be going back.

I love me some doughnuts and S&S always comes through with great fresh doughnuts. Saturday mornings will usually have SCV locals waiting in line to get their fresh dozen to start the weekend.

The donuts are fresh and delicious and the lady who helped me was very nice and friendly. She also picked a yummy selection of donuts for the 2 dozen I bought for my work.

Best donuts in Santa Clarita. We especially like the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Great place to relax, people watch and enjoy the coffee and donuts.

The place to go for special desserts of all kinds. But their supply of donuts varies greatly. They do so much business in the mornings you may not find what you want by 10:00.
