Nice little shop with donuts and kolaches. My daughter loved their chocolate donut with sprinkles. I had their jalape?o sausage kolache which was pretty good. Very clean shop. Overall pretty good prices. The parking lot is located at a tough intersection, though. Very busy.

Great selection of kolaches, breakfast sandwiches, and donuts. Best I have ever had. I do not live in the area, but make excuses to get down there just to buy something. Place is clean and we'll lit. Everyone is friendly. Highly recommend visiting.

The "Sausage, Egg and Cheese croissants" are really good. Don?t forget to grab a dozen donut holes too! This place is family owned and operated and they really care about their customers.

First time visiting this establishment and I loved the warmth exuded by the staff. The location was very clean, the donuts were so yummy looking, it was hard to choose! Their jalape?o kolache was deelish! Donuts were fresh and pillowy soft! Most certainly will be visiting them again!

Every time I come here I know I will be greeted with a smile and great customer service. These people are passionate about their job and you can tell they love being a part of peoples daily morning routine. They Take time to learn your name if you are a reoccurring customer. This is the only donut shop I will ever go to

Donuts and kolache are really good. Specially the twist there my favorite. But the thing that I'm starting to notice is the lady cashier she overpriced me for several time already. I ask her about it and she was like oh sorry I can give free Donuts. That's bull I'm starting to don't like that place. So y'all watch out be careful with her cause kinda shady. Check the price before buying just saying ??.

Donut shop atmosphere. Good food, had the sausage egg biscuit and coffee. Others in the party had a boudin kolache and donut.

S&S is our go to donut shop. We love the owners and have even made donut family friends from coming so often!! They also have supported our local elementary!!!

S & S has the best kolaches I have ever had. They also have fantastic sausage egg and cheese croissants and the coffee is great too. This place is amazing and the customer service is top notch, they do it all and are just simply the best

I always enjoy going to this donut shop. The staff is friendly, the donuts and kolaches are delicious and they have a good variety. There's something for everyone. There isn't much indoor seating, so you might plan to take it to go.

First time there today and their donuts are amazing!!!! Their blueberry donuts are exquisite. Their donut holes, kolaches are so delicious as well. The gentleman at the counter today was extremely nice and helpful. We appreciated him very much for his patience as it was our first time there. We will definitely go back and continue to support their business.

A neighborhood staple for many years, this place is consistently amazing! They have excellent kolaches, their yeast raised donuts and holes are airy and delicious, and I crave their sour cream old fashioned pinwheels, blueberry cakes, and apple fritters. The staff is always very friendly, and it's great supporting local businesses! Try the croissants and the boudin too!

This is the best donut shop I have ever been to! My family has been enjoying S and S donuts for years. We have it as a treat from time to time, but we always have S and S donuts and kolaches on Christmas morning. It doesn?t matter how long it?s been since the last time we visited, they always know our name. Fantastic food, fantastic people, and fantastic service!

Very friendly, clean place, tries to get you in and out. Awesome fresh pastries. Can sometimes customize donuts on the spot if he has the product. Sometimes even gives a couple of free donut holes when they are feeling generous. Gentleman behind the counter knows me by name and the only 2 things I order. This is my go to donut shop on West road near Jones road. I really enjoy the customer service at this location. As a matter of fact, the young gentleman who works there always remembers my name! I absolutely love that are apple fritters and kolaches at this location. My co-workers love their donuts and sausage croissant with cheese. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great donuts! We wanted to try something outside the regular Shipleys stop and boy am I glad we tried it. Every donut we tried was delicious. The staff was very nice and efficient. The shop was clean and the selection of donuts and kolaches was impressive. We highly recommend this spot.

So just ate a chocolate cake and glazed donut that are FANTABULOUS! I can always tell if a cake donut is made right if I DON?T taste the oil it was cooked in. These donuts are made with attention to detail. Perfect rise, no oily taste, frosting is sweet but not overly so. Staff is very kind and patient as well. We?ll be back!!

They are great! Donuts flavors are kind of unique around the area, on the weekends they have bacon maple donuts, best thing ever! Lee (sp?) will learn your name without you telling him when you become a regular visitor. Definitely recommended.

Been going to this mom and pop donut shop since I was younger. They are the nicest people and they have the best tasting donuts and kolaches in the area. Would definitely reccomend for anyone in the area craving a quick bite in the morning.

They taste amazing! I don't live in the area anymore, but every once in a while I take the 30 minute drive because it's that good!! Def recommend the ham Swiss and jalape?o croissant! Every time I go Lee makes sure my order is perfect! Super nice and helpful.

I have been coming here for years! Very disappointed in how the older lady tried to get over on me today. She purposely overcharged me for my food. I asked her for a receipt and she immediately went to another register and printed me a receipt with the just the amount that she was charging. So I asked for a detailed receipt and she started looking nervous and playing with the first register and came up with a different amount. She then proceeded to tell me she over charged me.

We love S&S donuts!!!! They have the best jalapeno sausage kolache. ( Small one has sliced jalapeno) Very friendly atmosphere, the young lady knows your normal order after a couple visits. Makes you feel real welcome.

Read a review on it, tried it, spot on. The ham,egg and cheese croissant was good and so were the doughnuts. Service is also good be prepared to wait, its busy.

My family has been going exclusively to S&S for 12 years, since we moved into the neighborhood. The family that runs it is amazing, as well as the rest of the staff. This is an amazing establishment. Their baked goods and breakfast items are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. But what makes this place extra special is their customer service. There are closer donut shops to my house, however the great customer service and fresh donuts are worth the additional travel time. Even in the middle of a pandemic, the owner is very pleasant and acknowledges many customers by name. The donuts are delicious!!

Lee is genuine and really nice. He remembered who I was after only afew visits and will almost have it ready before you make it all the way in. I've been going for a bit at least once a week. Favorite place to stop while driving my daughters to school.

Ham, cheese and jalapeno croissant. Do I have your attention? If not, there's a number of other tasty options available here. Your standard glazed and cake donuts, some more arcane biscuit and croissant items, old fashioned (inside out) donuts, and more drinks than you can shake a stick at. Folks behind the counter are always friendly and quick, too - I've never had a reason to complain. My only request would be to add boudin kolaches to the lineup - those things are awesome and just not common enough

These donuts melt in your mouth. Amazing donuts from a local store. Good Apple fritters are hard to find and theirs are great. I like S & S better than Shipley?s, Dunkin, krispy cream, Grocery Store donuts, and the two small donut places down the street from where I live. Worth a try. Oh, and the kalotchies are good too.

Family owned and operated. My boys and I have enjoyed their donuts and other pastries for more than 15 years. I have a particular fondness for their apple fritters. Yum!

I live around the corner and is my second time coming here, service is fast and donuts are awesome, I haven't tried kolaches or croissants yet but I can tell people like them, also this place is very clean.

I have been going to this place for around 20 years when they were at their old location across Jones Rd. It was always my favorite place to go for breakfast and not much has changed in all those years. The food is excellent, the staff couldn't be more kind, and it's all for very low prices. 11/10

least favorite croissant sandwich i had thus far. (i?ve had 3 from various donut shops in the past 3 days) the icing on the cake donut was sticky with no sprinkles. took a bite and tossed it.

Best Bacon Maple donut in town! Saturday and Sunday only. Sausage kolaches are top notch. After the third time the owner?s son calls you by name. They are so good they supply local church?s, businesses, and swim teams their morning affair and it has ill affect the the heavy foot traffic they get! Shhhh they can do special things if you just ask. Like Orange and Blue glazed Bearkat Claws on Sam Houston State University - Bearkat Day.

Fresh tasty donuts and friendly service. This location obviously gets a lot of repeat customers based on the fact the man behind the counter knew orders of 2 of the people in front of me, simply on sight, and greeted them with familiarity.

This was ok. If it was free eat it... but they will never get my money again. It's on the other side of the street from the way I'm going so I went out of my way to go to the shop. Then I gave the lady a 20.... change was 11 dollars.. she gave me two 5 and a 1. Red flag Why... I looked at the 5s one was taped up.. OK fine.. but wait...hold them up to the light... is it counterfeit... how come one has a blue line of US stamps in it and the other doesn't... same year too... ohhhhhhhh no. Nope nope.. instead

This place makes some bomb ass kolaches! But only the large ones are good, there's like a tiny little mediocre sausage in the small ones, those are basically all bread.
