We have been coming here for years. The way that I was spoken to the last time I was there was not only embarrassing, but incredibly disrespectful and rude. The man working there in the morning I?ve never been spoken to like that in my whole life. I would never Recommend this donut shop ever. I even called to try to talk to him about the situation and he screamed at me and told me to never come back. I would never recommend this business to anyone. The first time in, I saw a homless man in front of me pay for 3 crullers with change. I said to myself, "They must be better than drugs." I was correct. You all have to try this if you like it, fluffy airy, and sweet. There other donuts are good. But the crullers got running back every time.
Just went here to get donuts from work and when I opened them at work for my employees, I realized they were all stale and yesterdays donuts! I get donuts other places at least once a week and never had this happen. We will end up throwing them away as they are horrible. Even the chocolate looks old and discolored.

My last time at Roses has come I am sad to say. They sell their day old donuts at 8 am as a regular full price donut. I?m assuming a donut costs let?s just say $.20 to make that?s probably very generous and they are $2.00. At least sell fresh ones. And bring back the bakers dozen. Put all the day old donuts in boxes and sell at discount. It?s donut protocol.
Love Rose Donuts! Much taster and cheaper than Mary's Donuts. These folks are hard-working. They cook all night into the morning and leave past dark at night. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. My two favorites are the glazed twist and chocolate on chocolate cake donuts. There are so many different kinds of donuts, all so yummy!
Fantastic Service, donuts are always fresh. Opens early in the morning so if I want to grab a dozen for the guys before work at 6 AM, they always are friendly and just all around great.

I thought it was so rude she wouldnt let me only make a $1 purchase! She refused my service unless I ?buy more?
I love donuts. I rarely buy them because, well, they're donuts. Only redeeming quality is the taste. I bought half a dozen which was $8 and I enjoyed my donuts with a bottle of their 2% chocolate milk, and so did my daughter and her boyfriend. Also I love that whoever happens to be behind the counter will be friendly and helpful. Always.
First time coming Here my dad brother and I smelled the doughnut once we came through the door my brother ate one so did I the doughnuts were so good my mom tried one she said it was good P.s the my mom and brother ate more now there a sad little doughnut left in the box

Small store, freshly baked yummiest. Coffee good too. Plenty of parking to rush in and grab a few donuts and coffee. and be on your way unless you want to pause and sit inside the store. Fair prices. You will always be greeted by a cheerful smile.
We went inside after being at Veterinary Clinic. Got a few pastries. I think they make the best maple bars I have had in a long time. They have a great selection on donuts won't be disappointed. A must try place. Lady was friendly too.
Great donuts, especially the crullers or the apple fritters. They also have rectangular egg rolls that are delicious. You can get them heated to eat right away, or take them cold to heat later. I highly recommend Rose's as their sweets will satisfy your craving.
One of, if not THE best donut SHOPS in town. Prices are up considerably but at least i know I'm getting quality flavor for the price. Had these many times & will continue to enjoy them.
I've been coming here for about 10 years. The donuts are good but my favorite thing to get there is the ham and cheese croissant with a coffee. I've had ham and cheese croissants at other places but Rose's has the best. I don't go there often these days, maybe twice a year. Same owners, still welcoming, and they always have a smile. Definitely an East County gem.

Friendly and fast - and I appreciate that they're open later in the day too! I like their small apple fritters and their other donuts are tasty too! They also have little coin toy machines that my son loves to buy when we stop in. One of them even has Homies? in them!
Rose doughnuts are delicious. The people are kind and helpful. I like them much better than Mary's doughnuts. Roses doughnuts are always moist and delectable. I highly recommend them. Yes its a small shop and they do not have the variety of larger places, but what they do have is worth the visit. Also try their egg rolls... so good.
The guy is so nice and the donut are as fresh as you can have. And don?t get me started and the ham and cheese croissant. One of the best ones I?ve ever had. Definitely I?m coming back ASAP it?s worth every dime(ps very competitive prices)
My daughter and I frequent this place. My daughter gets the doughnut holes that are glazed, 12 for $1.50 they are fresh, fluffy and soft. Rose does not even make me feel bad for buying doughnuts every morning with change....lol. LOVE THIS PLACE!
A neighborhood business struggling through these pandemic times. Ham and cheese croissants are excellent. The egg rolls are outstanding. And you must have a donut or two...go ahead make it a dozen.
Always fresh, perfectly prepared, great value for the $. I had a glazed twist, old fashion and a small cinnamon roll. They were yummy and my fresh cup of coffee was a nice match with these great doughnuts.

Love the donuts from here. Just not open 24 hours, and the ONE time we only had 10 mins before they closed, we went somewhere else that was 24 hours on weekends. Both me and my boyfriend said we like Rose donuts better! We will keep coming back here for sure.
I stop at Rose's every Friday night for munchies at our poker game. Even though I get them around 7:00 pm, whatever they have is still fresh. Plus they have these square egg rols that are pretty darn good with some good sweet & sour sauce. Friendly staff, clean joint, & great donuts. Rose's hits the trifecta ;-)
This is only based on 3 items and donut holes. The cream stuffed chocolate donut, the glazed twist, and the large cinnamon roll. There is a 50 cents charge to use a card, but they take Visa and Master Card, so that's nice. Open on Labor Day. Easy, basic donut menu; see attached, though it is blurry. We intend to return.

Me and my son went to visit this place and he said it's his favourite so I tried it myself and sure enough they are really good and the place is private owned and the employees are really nice and friendly and the selection of donuts and other pastries was very diverse.

When I first walked in it smelled wierd, I asked how much it was for a dozen they said $8.50 I thought that was great but when I finished at the register they told me they charge extra for filled doughnuts, which I didn't know and they failed to tell me so it comes out to 11 bucks, not bad, but it had a low variety... First and last time here... Do not recommend.
