Got 2 donut holes for my one $2 plain glaze donut. I came on a rainy day and this donut and nesquilk was what I needed. Really hits the stomach well. And it is also good to see that the store is still exactly like the review pictures. Worth the $5.50.

Came to have a few donuts this morning. Haven't been here for a couple months. This place is really run down. Came in to get donuts. Only got to choose glaze. It's all they had and now the donuts are up to $2 for one. You think if they only had glaze left they'd give you a break. Disappointed this place has been here for years. I expected better

I feel the donuts have got better here recently! Very moist and quality toppings. The donut holes aren?t dry which is rare. Great selection of standard cake and raised plus delicacy variety?s. They also serve sandwiches which I have not tried. Donuts are 2.00 as of August 2023.

Donuts and breakfast sandwiches are fresh and delicious! The staff is warm and welcoming. The location is perfectly located on the corner so it is easy to find with plenty of nearby street parking. They have cute indoor decor, plants, and booths if you wish to eat inside. There's a cute park across the street too if you want to enjoy your breakfast outside on a pretty day. I love this spot ??

This place is the best. The consistency of the donuts is sooo good, always great fluffy donuts. The woman always running the counter is very sweet and often surprises us with an extra donut. Really you can't beat Rollos The plain powdered is my favorite because the donuts themselves are SO good!

Quite so often, you completely stumble upon a place, thinking it will do the job for a quick bite. Came across Rollo's Donuts while on a walk and ABSOLUTELY glad I stopped for coffee and donuts. Got a maple glazed donut, and the lovely lady added another one for free. It's one of the best donuts I've had in a long, long time. $3 for half a thermos of semi hot water. Maybe hot enough to soak my feet but certainly NOT for a cup of tea! I should have worn my three-piece 1970s tuxedo, shined up my shoes and then maybe I would have gotten a smile. Work on your polite customer service. As it may go a long way! This place has been around since I was a young child . However now as i am older I find myself here . It?s on the corner across the park . Very nice friendly people . Family owned place . Plenty of parking .They have a few great options to choose from . I have had many things here . Today I had the bagel , it was a home made bagel ! Pretty huge in size . I?ll be back for sure for another one soon.

Rollo?s is a San Jos? institution. Wonderful, family owned shop making the most scrumptious donuts in the city. On the corner of Jackson and North 13th St. they occupy a cute corner building lined with plants. Sit inside or walk across the street to the park. Yum!

Donuts are good and fluffy. Pretty standard selection. The bagel sandwich was very disappointing. It was on a large, light, bagel. but they only use one egg, one piece of bacon, a single slice of deli ham, and a single slice of cheese. Every bite was 95% bread.

If it says you close at 12:00 but you close at 11:30 don't put that you close at 12:00. Also, when you do run out of product and close early it means you need to make more product. I won't be attempting to come back. Twice and it's been either closed or empty of product.

Great place for huge hungry man breakfast sandwiches. Gave donuts to my coworkers and they were a hit. Now don?t expect the coffee to be good. It?s subpar and they don?t have fresh creamers, half-n-half, etc. Only nondairy creamer.

They always run out of croissant and Karen one of the ?managers? or owners always has bad attitude when making ur breakfast sandwiches. Not Elina she?s always nice and very pleasant the only complaint is that they don?t follow their schedule online u drive there across town for them to tell u 11:30 that their done making breakfast sandwiches. And their prices have gone up and now they only give u one egg for a higher price.

VERY OVERPRICED for not having a very wide selection of donuts. For instance no French crullers they're chocolate bars are not injected with custard instead they're split in half and Custer laid in between which makes for a very messy chocolate bar.

I like to come here for their homemade breakfast bagel, and their donuts are the most delicious I have ever tasted. The best example of perfect doughnut dough is their extra large long-john. But on another note: they need to update their Google store hours

Great donuts at a great price. Cake and old fashioned donuts were $1 and the cruellers were $1.50. Sales tax included and they even threw in 3 donut holes. Please note that they close at 1 PM on weekends.

I had live maggots crawling around in 2 ham and cheese croissants that I bought. Went back in for a refund. The first lady I talked to kind of questioned me for asking for a refund but the other lady ran from the back grabbed the bag from me as I was showing the maggots crawling around inside the croissants and told her give me my money back. This place is awesome. Delicious soft and poofy donuts (just devoured my first glazed .. still have an old fashioned and fritter waiting to be eaten). Workers are super friendly. Most surprising tho is that they still have a reasonable selection deep into their opening hours. I stopped by 1030 on Thanksgiving day and they still had around 20+ different types of donuts available in varying quantities. Place must look like donut planet if you swing by early in the AMs.

This is a great store selling a selection of savory sandwiches (choice of about 4) and a great choice of donuts and other pastries, hot drinks etc. The staff are very friendly and there is space to sit in and eat. Food was great, very clean.

Goodness me! I had been craving apple fritters for a while and then my Pops surprised me with Rollo?s - which I had never heard of. In short, this was and is the best app frit of my bum life. I don?t want to exaggerate but it really was everything I was hoping for. Other places sometimes use too much glaze that overpowers the taste of the fried and apple goodness, but not these. Simply flawless execution, folks. New fav unlocked! ??

This is my new ham and cheese croissant spot! We usually hit this place up on weekends and bring our appetite. Being a part of such a great neighborhood with places like this really make downtown adjacent living special. The service is wonderful and the donuts are always fresh. We usually end up with a free donut with our breakfast sandwich! A true neighborhood gem.

Came here on our last day in San Jose as a quick breakfast. I got the cream cheese with bacon bagel and my husband got the number 8. This was by far the best breakfast shop we found in our two years living here. Sad we didn?t get to enjoy more of it. The donuts are a MUST! The ladies are so sweet. Best donut shop in San Jose that doesn't rhyme with "Crispy Ream". Nice fluffy donuts and their iced coffee is pretty good too. The interior is laid out nicely despite the small size. Located on the corner of 13th street, there's plenty of parking across the street at the park. I just have one very small gripe: their hours -- they close early in the afternoon but on the bright side, they do open before sunrise!

Owner not so friendly, once I showed her the creamer was spoiled she got mad. She refused to remove it from the counter and one of her employees agreed it was spoiled. How can she not care about her customers and only think in saving a few pennies. Doesn?t she realize it can get people sick?

My favorite donut spot in San Jose by far. This is a cute little joint on the corner of a quiet part in North San Jose. These babies are always fresh and delicious reliably consistent. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is so warm and homey you won't even feel like you left the house for breakfast, quick coffee, pastry, Bagel breakfast sandwich or a personal favorite the donut holes.

I've been very spoiled to grow up around here, because Rollo's has been my family's go-to donut place for decades now. They have the best donut shop croissant bagel breakfast sandwiches in town. Everything is fresh the egg is fresh the bacon is fresh the ham is fresh. Cooked right in front of you and the ladies are so friendly. The donuts are a little expensive but are worth the price.

Says they open at 4am. I went there at 4:15am and it wasn't even open. I'm sure their donuts are probably very good. But I'm disappointed that they don't even commit to their store hours. Charged me $71 for 5 dozen donuts. It was ridiculous! FIVE dozen. It was clearly labeled, donuts are 10$ a dozen. Decent donuts, but obviously I questioned it and I saw two things, 1 the lady just chose 71$ as the price miraculously. These are the best donuts in San Jose. Fluffy, old fashioned yeast donuts. Go early as they tend to sell out of donuts before 10 am on the weekends. Never been during the week.

Good variety of doughnuts offered. They do tend to run out of the speciality doughnuts, early on some days, so call ahead to inquire if you hearts really bent on the mini birthday cake. They also have breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The breakfast bagel with jalapenos is my go-to, when I'm in the mood. They also have Thai Iced Tea, amongst other things. I also just realized they have a cappuccino machine that can make the French Vanilla. I'm not a coffee drinker, but there is the exception and they have it.

Neighbourhood gem. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing. 2 egg, cheese, ham AND bacon! Recently they started to give some pickeled jalapeno on the side. Yum! Oh yea the doughnuts are obviously amazing too.

I came here once and it's pretty good... second time they didn't have anything to offer aside from sandwiches they make there... came in a third time and still no donuts... what kind of donut place doesn't have donuts??? It's just disappointing when you try something for the first time like it and the second and third time it's a total mess... if you're rushing I don't recommend you going here.. you probably won't find what you are looking for...
