Roeser's Bakery

Roeser's Bakery

Reviews Summary

Roeser's Bakery receives mixed reviews, with many praising its delicious, fresh cakes (especially custom designs), nostalgic charm, and excellent customer service. Longtime customers highlight its status as a Chicago institution with high-quality pastries and donuts. However, several negative reviews cite issues with cake quality (dryness, crumbling), incorrect orders, poor communication, and unmet expectations for custom designs. While many adore the buttercream and classic offerings, others report inconsistent experiences, particularly with fondant work and specialty cakes like tres leches. Positive experiences often mention moist, flavorful cakes and responsive staff, while frustrations center on unaddressed mistakes and lack of refunds for botched orders.

OK so I will say that I?ve never heard of Roeser?s before I looked them up online when I searched ?Best ice cream cakes in Chicago.? Not only did they pop up under that search, but under ? Best cakes in Chicago? period! You know what?. They didn?t disappoint!! Of course it makes sense when you understand the history! Let?s break it down?. Turns out this place has been around since 1911!! that?s right, this place is well over 100 years old! It was founded by the late John Roeser Sr and his wife, Hattie. Th

I ordered a sheet cake for my parent's 60th anniversary. The vent was held 3/23/25 and was delivered by bakery for an additional charge, (well worth it, since I didn't have a car). It was sheet cake of half chocolate with a chocolate mouse filling and half coconut with coconut buttercream. The exterior of the white with black decorative piping. The cake was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a cake. Thanks so much for making my parent's event wonderful.

Now let me tell you. You don?t know good service til things go wrong & timing is limited. Both my boys with autism birthday was same day as order pick up. I sent a picture with confidence that it?ll fit the cake just fine & boyyy was I wrong. However when I say the cook the kitchen manager herself and many other kindhearted ladies took my tears & frustration with ease. As you all can see the cake came out just great. My boys were ecstatic and all the guest enjoyed every bite. Overall just to see services tha

The cake I ordered was suppose to have the cow on one side with my granddaughter?s picture on the other side and it was not done that way. It only had the picture of my granddaughter but mind you the lady that took my order showed me the picture of the cake with the cow. I was told there was a miscommunication on my part and that was the solution. Not at all the customer service that should?ve been provided. They offered to take the top layer off & frost it again while I waited which was also unacceptable b

Went there to try the donuts because of their feature on The Bear. Went late in the day. So, not too many donut options left. So, tried some other pastries: 1. Grad cookies: very good 2. Cheesecake: very good; maybe would hold on the strawberry jelly and have a more solid bottom crust. But we still liked it. 3. A birthday cake and Oreo cookie cupcake: very good?fun filled 4. Carrot and Turtle mini cakes: a little dry, but tasty overall 5. Salted caramel chocolate donut: pretty end of day cake donut Looki

We stopped here on a food tour and while we weren?t able to go in, we were able to see inside, everything looked so delicious. We had the strawberry doughnut and it tasted so fresh and delicious! The donut was large and just so good, with my first bite I just felt so happy! My husband and I will definitely be returning!

Classic oldest family owned bakery I thought the flowers on my moms cake weren't edible but it was edible. This means that they created something delicious I thought was plastic. Bravo mission accomplished.

I am visiting my son and am exploring the various neighborhoods. Found Roesers via a Google search of Bakeries Near Me. It's on an underwhelming street but with plenty of parking on street (I walked). I was awed at the selection and reasonable prices (I'm from CA). I got a pecan caramel bar and a Napoleon. I'm savoring them, a bite at a time. So very delicious. I'm in town for a couple weeks so I'll be back!

What can you say that hasn't been said about a bakery that's been around as long as Roeser's. The pastries are amazing, the donuts tasty and the service just like a neighborhood bakery is supposed to be. I haven't tried ordering a cake but there were a number of people picking up cakes while i was there and the emotion, excitement and smiles on their faces while they did told me everything. I highly recommend the bundt cakes, apple cider donut and pecan coffee cake! But definitely don't stop there...there

First time here. Was pretty busy, but I'm sure that's normal for a Saturday early afternoon. Love that they have their own small parking lot. The service was friendly and helpful and was managing to take care of everyone ordering. I tried to get a little bit of everything to try the donuts and pastries, and the only thing I forgot to get was the ice cream. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would recommend and will be back.

This was a surprise cake for my Birthday from my BFF & I loved it!!!! The cake was so soft & fresh the pineapple was awesome & I loved it they have been making my Birthday cakes since I came here from New York at the age of 2!! So for 41 years I?ve been receiving beautiful cakes from this amazing Chicago Bakery!! They are the BEST in Chicago a huge staple in our City!! They deserve all of the awards from Food Network! I also love that if something goes wrong they take care of you that?s great customer servi

Honestly was excited for my son?s first birthday. This is what they gave me and they rushed the day of and it wasn?t even ready when placed the order weeks prior. Highly disappointed considering the reviews I got on them. Would?ve been better and cheaper at Walmart!

Bought a 3 leches cakes just to find out that it was mostly filling inside no cake (very thin slice) then the strawberries on top were spoiled. Very disappointing I was so excited to enjoy this cake with my two young boys just for it to be a disappointment and waste of money!

My favorite bakery/cake shop in town! I love how their cakes are not too sweet unlike other typical bakeries. Napoleon slice and chocolate flan are my go-to. Their service is amazing as well. Only thing I feel bad is those picky customers complaining about their custom cakes? Oh man, every time I go there, at least one person is giving them a hard time. Wish customers were a lil nicer and more chill about cakes. Cheers to all the hardworking staff members at Roeser?s!

Edit: Had to pop in and show this bakery more love! They did my wedding cake last year, which was so pretty and delicious, so many options too. We went for something minimal but you could certainly go fancier. Highly recommend custom cakes! I also just came in for paczki this morning which were so tasty. Staff were so incredibly nice and accommodating despite the rush, put me in a good mood all day. I just love this place! ------ Was lucky enough to snag the last chocolate cream cheese bundt cake at like 4:

It bring me back in time , My grandparents had a Restaurant on that corner when I was a kid. They have this Orange Crunch cake that is out of this world. And the cookies are delicious. Definitely a must go if you?re in Chicagoland

This is my second goal round ordering with this company. Oh my God I had a wonderful experience I was able to make payments. I was able to use my food card. The cake was wonderful delicious everybody ate the cake and they loved it. Thank you so much again for making my mom wonderful 64th birthday with a gorgeous looking cake

I called around to several places looking for a carrot cake, and this was the only spot that had one available. Let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it?so moist, flavorful, and downright delicious! Definitely a hidden gem for dessert lovers.

I am BEYOND happy with my cake! I had a Rugrats theme baby shower and the cake tasted as good as it looked. My husband is t big on sweets and he told me that he really liked the cake. Will definitely be ordering in the future and HIGHLY recommend!

I am certain this is one of the best, if not the best, bakery in Chicago. I hate tiramisu - I had their tiramisu and fell in love. Every pastry I have gotten is absolutely delicious. If I need something for a party, I get it from Roeser's and I know that even if I haven't tried that pastry before, it's going to be 100%. Yes, you can get cheaper things elsewhere, and my "everyday" bakery might be somewhere else (especially since they don't have a lot of breakfast pastries, or Hispanic pastries, although

I love this place. Best and freshest Paczki. As a first generation Polish-American and Chicago native my testament is that this is the best place to get it. I grew up in Poland most childhood summers, and the way they make their paczki so exact and so precise reminds me of the weeks or months I'd visit my grandparents overseas. It tastes like something you'd get at an authentic polish bakery in Poland.

So you would think Butter Pecan ice cream would have actual pecans in it right.. You would think Cookies N Cream would have some real cookies in it right.. WRONG..this ice cream is absolutely horrible. This place fell so far from grace. Them paczki's were really not worth driving the distance from.. it's been over 25yrs since I been here and I see I'm not missing nothing..just horrible. SO WHAT I CAN'T STAND IS A LIAR...SINCE YOU WANTED ME TO POST PICTURES HERE THEY ARE..AND I PROMISE YOU IF YOU NEEDED ME

I Put My Order In For My Cake The Beginning Of The Week Received my Cake June 3rd the morning of my event. Once I made it home and open my box the caked was cake I called to let them know they response was ? this why we tell people to put the cake on a flat surface? even though it was sitting on my car floor I said I did but it?s fine . A hour later my whole cake just fell apart after just sitting on the table! 24 hours later still no refund no nothing. On top of that it was so much icing on the cake we had

We didn't get originally what was ordered. Then they added stars to cake and never asked for. The flavor of cake was awful after making cake re- icing cake. The pink tasted just like a dye and. The cake was all not right. They should have refund the cake, my your I drove almost an hour ro get cake. The cake was not ready when I arrived after the re- icing cake. Go elsewhere!

I ordered a 9' Butter Cream cake with fresh strawberries for my mother's 90th Birthday. I placed the order on May 2nd and picked it up on May 4th. I should have known something was wrong when the person who waited on me kept going back and forth and speaking with another associate. I watched as they looked in a box, close the lid and then look at me. She came out again and disappeared in the back returning shortly and speaking to same associate glanced at me and went to the back and pick up the cake they bo

Always top tier. I ordered my anniversary cake from here it's my wife's favorite bakery. She loved it, and I did, too. You can never go wrong with Roeser's always made with love.

I ordered a cake for a baby shower. It was to be a 5 layer cake. The cake was not secured properly which caused the cake to slide. They supposedly fixed but when I opened the box the caked was cracked at the bottom. There was supposed to be a plate separating the layers it didn't cover the whole cake so the 2nd layer wasn't a full layer of cake but just a filling of butter creme. They didn't offer compensation for the time I had to wait for them to "fix the cake". They also as I stated earlier didn't actual

They had multiple buttercream cake flavors available for same day purchase, which is great for any late planners. The cake contains actual fruit! However, the cake tasted like the cake used for tres leches cakes. This means it was drier than I usually like for buttercream cakes. The strawberries were fresh and tasty but the jelly was an odd fake flavor. The buttercream itself was great! Overall a great last minute option.

I honestly don?t even know why I gave them another try the cake was so sweet and so much whipped cream way to much. It was disgusting even my Guess said it?s all publicity how can I go there? Never ever again. Not worth it at all

I have always ordered here never had an issue before until my last two orders they are empty from the inside once you cut into it the whole cake starts breaking apart their isn?t not even a full nice slice is all like a crumble cake. Why? I don?t know and the cakes aren?t cheap neither. The frosting was also super sugary. What?s going on with you guys..We didn?t and couldn?t eat the cake the whole cake is still in the fridge.

Old school bakery and neighborhood staple. There are so many options hard to leave with one. You will leave with alot of scrumptious goodies. Cakes are delicious too. There are lines that may be formed so be ready.

Over 40 years going to Roeser's yet this time the tres Leche, and flan fell out of expectations. With the same level quality , I doubt if I would go back again. Tres Leche was dry and not enough milk, pI felt I was eating strawberry cake.

This is such a great neighborhood place. My go to for cakes. Classic, old school, awesome bakery. Highly recommend!

They make the best cakes I've ever tasted. The buttercream just melts in your mouth, so so good. I've been going here since I was a kid. And now i get cakes for my kids. I love this place.

Ordered a cake for my 25th bday and cut a big piece to eat and the cake wasn't sweet at all . It tasted plain . I spent $100+ . I'm very disappointed it ruined my bday because all I wanted was a sweet good cake . S.n ( it didn't have any sugar at all I can bring you a piece of it ).

Wow is all I have to say. This place is amazing. Everything we bought was made to perfection. We ordered 2 cakes. Only have picture of 1 of them. Gauva and cheese pop over was perfectly ratioed, we also got a hazelnut little snack , no picture but was told it was excellent.

The Roeser?s Bakery is a time capsule that?s continued to bring joy to the neighborhood in its continued run since its inception in 1911. A true Chicago staple. Anyone that?s ever come in touch with this place has fallen in love with its timeless charm. When you walk in, you?ll be greeted like you?re family and the staff make sure that you find something scrumptious to take away with you at the end of your visit. Roeser?s makes custom cakes and larger orders and they have fresh bread and pastries on the dai

Cake turned out great! Didn't really know exactly how it would look since it was a phone order, but it turned out great and was delicious. Staff was very friendly.

As a loyal customer of over 30 years, it deeply pains me to write this review. Our family has cherished the memories made with your bakery treats over the decades, as captured in the attached photos. However, recent experiences have shattered our trust in Roerser's Bakery. Attempting to place an order for a significant celebration turned into a nightmare due to the abysmal customer service we encountered. After enduring a 15-minute hold, I was callously hung up on. Whether due to new hires or short staffin

As a very long-time customer of Roeser's Bakery (annual birthday cakes for each family member and more), today I had the fun experience of ordering a gender-reveal cake for a small party for my daughter and son-in-law & family. We asked someone outside the family to obtain the baby's gender from the doctor, write it down and seal it in an envelope. I presented the envelope to Mayret at Roeser's. She was so friendly to talk to and extra helpful! She gave me ideas for the finishing touches on the cake, and sh

"Roeser's Bakery is an absolute gem when it comes to custom fondant cakes. I recently had the pleasure of ordering a cake for a special occasion, and I was blown away by the craftsmanship and taste. The attention to detail on the fondant design was exquisite, and it truly captured the essence of what I had envisioned. Not only did the cake look stunning, but it tasted heavenly as well. The moist and flavorful cake layers were a perfect complement to the smooth and delectable fondant. It was evident that Ro

Much like the now closed Dinkel?s; Roeser?s is a much loved bakery in the heart of Humbolt Park neighborhood for over 100 years. This is an iconic and excellent bakery. I chose a few of the many tasty treats settling for red velvet cupcake, tiramisu, bundlette, napoleon and a cream filled donut. Im looking forward to making this place a to-go for those special times, or just any day that end in ?y?. (Closed Mondays)

Order a cake over the phone, asked them to spray paint it turquoise/ teal when I picked it up the cake was blue! They said because there was no decorators there was nothing they can do and had to pay the full price for a cake that was nit made to my order! Horrible service from the manager had an attitude when she came out to talk to me!

I never in my life thought that Roeser's could ever disappoint me, well that all changed on 9/14/2024 I had them to create a cake for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday and they just did what they wanted to do first off they had the picture of the cake the color the details were crystal clear the cake was supposed to be light pink and it wasn't they did hot pink secondly the cake had a white beaded hearts going around the cake they didn't do that thirdly the cake was to have glitter they didn't put that and to

Great service the women who took care of me was very helpful. I had a special request for a cake and they didn't hesitate to make it happen. Hard to find employees & companies like this keep up the good work!

My family have been buying cakes here since the 70's for a reason, the cake here is fresh, moist, and tasty. Establishment has been here for over 100 years. I am definitely a repeat customer. The cupcakes are yummy.

I?ve been coming here for over 45 years! The French pastry is my favorite! But, I?ll try any of the pastries ?? Always worth the 1 hour drive.

Love, love, love this Bakery. Down the street from my house. Good prices at and they sell ice cream as well. I suggest you try one of everything they have and then go back for your favorites, biggest problem you're going to have is finding just one favorite. Relax for the holiday and grab one of their special holiday treats like I did, and have a Hoppy Easter.

The cakes are always delicious, expensive but well worth the money. Staff is low, so sometimes you may have to wait a bit to be served, but time well spent. I ordered two baby shower cakes two weeks apart and the guests really enjoyed them.

This bakery is still the absolute best. I stoped by to get a danish and walked out with some extras!!! I am happy I grabbed the extra strawberry cake and cookies. It was the best strawberry cake I have had in a long time. The staff member I had was in training and was very nice and polite. I have always liked this bakery and will make sure to make more stops when I am in the city.

Roesers bakery is near my home and since we wanted to buy a Rosca de Reyes, (3 kings bread) we decided to stop by, I was not sure if they will have it or not but on the window they had 3 boxes showing the different sizes they had. There was a long line to get to the front, it took some time to get the service, most people were picking up cakes, some making orders. And some just picking up bread or donuts. After waiting that long, they told us they had run out of that bread. They could have saved us the

Only Bakery I go to for yummy goodness! I live far but it's worth it!! I got a strawberry Shortcake with whipped cream. ?? so delicious!

We had a courtroom wedding but wanted a cake to celebrate. Roeser's made us a very pretty cake exactly to our specifications. When I called to place the order I was disappointed to find out there were only two options for the cake flavor (yellow or chocolate) but they were able to incorporate the almond flavor we wanted into the icing, which worked well. The cake looked great inside and out. When sliced, the layers held together beautifully. I will say the icing was thicker than we preferred, but that is o

When I call and place my order and pay in full 7days in advance I don't want to see after Im standing 20 minutes in your shop and disrespect by MANY employees who can't simply help me to stay in the right side of the line (my first and last time, no sign where is the beginning of line) They Ask me what to write on the cake and writing it like 5 years old handwriting. ????????????????????

Old school bakery- not many around any more. Cakes are delicious with real whipped cream. Paczki are very good.

I Love Roeser's. We order all our cakes from them. They do a good job. We order our Wedding Cake from them. September 26, 2021 and My Bridal Shower Cake August 28, 2021. Thank you so much

Best bakery in Chicago! Excellent customer service, high quality delicious cakes, and so much more!

Roesers bakery is an institution in North avenue in the Logan square/Humboldt Park area. Look for the vintage sign on the building. It has been run by the same family since 1911. The bakery has a number of pastries from cookies to donuts to cakes to fun items in between. I know they do custom cakes for birthdays and weddings etc. They are always busy and there is often a line out the door So make sure you get there early! My favorite thing they make is some kind of pastry with cream and strawberries on it,

Just found out about Roeser?s which is crazy because they?ve been in business forever. The place is so cute inside! It?s a neighborhood staple, a Chicago staple, and full of good vibes and charm. Staff is extremely welcoming and nice. I think at this point I?ve tried just about every treat they offer, but I can truly say I?m obsessed with the donuts. Not only are the treats delicious, it?s really nice to see a family business here in Chicago succeeding and supporting their community. 10/10 highly recommend

I purchased a specific cake for my son birthday on September 3rd. The cakes use to be fresh however this particular cake was old and crumbled when cut. They also charged extra for fondant that they did not use. They merely printed out a picture of a airplane and stuck it on the cake. They plate over rated now the service sucks. They never answer their phones or emails. I have been attempting to speak with someone for weeks now about my bad experience.

I ordered a Deadpool cake, Daniel tiger cake, a Punisher, and several different cakes over the past 15 years and I am always impressed by the creativity and the presentation of each cake. I traveled from Dekalb, IL every birthday for my kids to order a cake. Also, before I even purchase a cake, I always contact John Via email to get an estimate and an idea if the cake can be made. He's very responsive to my emails. I will show pictures later.. Here's the pictures.. ?? I just purchased a LOL cake for my dau

My family got me my graduation cake from this place and I absolutely LOVED IT!!!! it was such a beautiful cake and it tasted so good and was not dry at all! I will def be getting my future cakes from this place!

I come here a lot for my children's birthday and special occasion cakes. They are delicious, but a bit overpriced. The pricy-ness isn't an issue as much as mistakes made over the years.

I spent almost $100 for a cake because someone said they were professional. I spent 90 minutes giving very specific details of the cake. I showed them a picture and compared it to one of the beautiful princess round cakes they already had. I asked that Pinky pie was put on the cake and that the Mane of the horse be the border of the cake like the frozen princess cake they had. There was no fondue unicorn horn. They was suppose to send me an email of approval and I didn't get one. I asked for writing on my c

They have a a delicious made to order chocolate whipped cream/chocolate cake with your desired filling.., it?s amazing!!! It?s our loved traditional family go to cake!!!

Cakes, cookies, and doughnuts!!! What more do you want! Get the custard doughnut! Any of them are to die for! Also, get a banana bite. So yum! You know when you?re standing in line for a food place, going to be really good.

Been getting my cakes from here since I was a baby. Their strawberry cakes are the best.

The negative reviews here are silly. This place is awesome. I made 5 separate purchases between november and december. I took some pastries over to my Gfs house and her parents loved them and even made their own trips after mine. It seems like people complain about color hues or rushed frosting squiggles. I?m sure those food network cakes charge an arm and 2 legs for those cakes. People will remember the taste, not the design. Thanks Roesers. Ive been a customer since my baptism and intend on being one fore

Always have a positive experience getting our birthday cakes at Roeser's. The staff is always helpful. There was a trainee that serviced our cake pick up yesterday who made sure our special birthday cake was as expected! Beautiful cake, happy customer.

I come here whenever I need a birthday cake, it is always clean , customer service is great. I love this place .?? bonus is that they accept EBT ?????? they have e more than just cake. I will be posting my sons Fortnite cake in June.I am so excited ?? thank you Roeser's Bakery

Fantastic old fashioned bakery. Donuts, pastries of all shapes and sizes, cookies (sugar free too) of many many varieties, and cakes. Tons of cakes. I haven't tried a cake yet, but I will be getting my next cake from them. The pastries and donuts are everything you hope them to be. Fresh and moist, fried and crispy when and where they should be. They lack the crazy stuff that Stan's has, but they have inventive takes ok classic styles. The Seven sisters pastry is a crazy good pick up for a brunch par

Nice place. I really like their chocolate cake with double chocolate cream. Good price for such deliciousness. There are often discounts.

Sent to pickup a coconut cake from the cabinet and had them write Happy Birthday on it. Great customer service.

My family has been getting our cakes from here since I was a little girl. This is my go to for customized cakes. They did both my sons 1st birthday & my mom's 50th birthday ????

I wished I would?ve have taken a picture of the cake after it was cut. I agree with a lot of reviews the cake was super crumbling. Sunday June 25 I picked a 10 inch vanilla and chocolate layered cake with strawberry filling. The decor was amazing more than what I expected since I had ordered it on the phone and gave description of decor I wanted, like I said I was surprised but once we cut the cake everything was falling apart. We couldn?t cut good pieces the strawberries were too big and cake was just crum

I can't go in here too often or one of these days I won't be able to get out!! Science says sugar is more addictive than heroin. I can't make the comparison but I do know I crave sugar 24/7/365! Lucky me I'm not a couch potato, but I digress. EVERYTHING is wonderful in here! Friendly staff and plenty of it to help you and IMO It. Is. CHEAP!! Get in here for some great goodness if this is your style! I have a date with some sweetness! Bye!

Ordered a simple birthday cake for about 8-10 people. Was charged $100 so I was expecting great quality for the price. The bread was very dry and crumbly almost tasted old. The writing was off center and sloppy. Very rushed. Definitely not worth the price at all. Would look else where

I?ve been coming to this bakery my whole life. My mom got all my birthday cakes from here, and I continued the tradition with my sons birthday cakes. This year however, put a bad taste in my mouth for Roser?s and I think this Will be my last time patronizing them. I put an order in via phone for a cake with an edible image, and payed in full. I was told to email the image which was already done. The day of my pickup (which was for 9:30am) I arrive at 11am thinking I gave them plenty of time to be ready. Wa

I ordered my grandmother's 90th birthday cake from them and it was so moist and delicious. That is why I called on them again for my grandmother's 99th birthday cake, but it's like the recipe has changed, the cake was dry, and I should have gotten whipped cream instead of buttercream because it was too sweet. I had so much cake leftover cause nobody wanted to take any home. The three stars is for the presentation because the cake was beautiful.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. Horrible experience. I placed my order 5 days in advance. I went through what all I wanted one thing at a time with a worker by the name of Ellie. She wrote down each request I had on the order form. I asked for a round cake with a pink and blue border at the top and an image that I sent in. Upon pick up, they showed the cake to me. The first thing I noticed was that the cake only had a pink border, instead of the pink and blue that I asked for. And it was very thin, un

I was in the neighborhood working and saw the bakery pop up on my map while checking out the area. It looked great so I decided to stop by and I?m glad I did. The staff were very friendly and they had a wonderful selection of baked goods and very reasonable prices. I had to restrain myself from getting too many items because they wouldn?t have survived my hot car, haha. Everything I tried was delicious and I definitely recommend stopping in if you get the chance!

Chicago's oldest bakery I love every visit for cakes cookies pies donuts. The best!

Best Cake Design and Flavor I have ever had. They do they best here. My family been buying from them for since the 80s. There are the number in my book

I ordered a cake from Roesers for my wedding. I was told to submit the photo through email, which I did (cake pictured on the left). I spoke thoroughly to someone at the bakery about what I was looking for. However, the experience turned into a disaster. On the day of my wedding when we went to pick up the cake it looked nothing like the cake I submitted! It was a joke (cake on the right). I can?t even believe someone could mess up this design so horribly but they did. I was still willing to work with it if

One of the best donuts I have ever had!

I grew up on this place for over 3 decades my family been getting birthday cakes from here and I was extremely disappointed in a cake I ordered that was made terribly wrong and was told they weren't going to anything about my disagreeable. I ordered a cake that would have the melted chocolate look but my cake was covered in chocolate melts. In turn made the cake impossible to cut, total disaster. I see where they thought to use the melts were a good idea but only for the effect at the top not the entire cak

HONESTLY I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROESERS THIS YEAR. PAID $85 FOR A CUPCAKE CAKE AND IT LOOKED AWESOME BUT THE QUALITY/TASTE WAS HORRIBLE. NEVER HAD SUCH A DRY OVERCOOKED CUPCAKE IN MY LIFE. THEY TRIED TO SAVE IT BY FILLING THEM WITH WHIP CREAM PUT IT WAS STILL PRETTY BAD. WON?T BE GOING BACK FOR A WHILE. I HOPE THEY GET IT TOGETHER.

Wow! A dazzling display. Ravishing donuts. Appreciation for a morning pick-me-up opportunity to satisfy a sweet tooth. Busy!
