I just learned about this place last night coming back from a bike ride in Toledo. I absolutely love Roberto?s Bakery. They made my sons 1st birthday cake as well as my sisters 21st birthday cake . They both came out perfect. They are also very reasonably priced . I recommend them to everyone!!! I used to work right next door to them and would always stop in and grab something for lunch . Their pepperoni rolls are chefs kiss . Definitely worth trying out for all your bakery needs!

Pleasantly surprised how delicious the baked goods taste. Highly recommend if you are looking for fresh natural ingredients in baked goods. Portion size for most of the goods are enough to feed two. I bought Brownies a dollar 50 Cent a square taste like little Debbies and then I bought an apple pie. Take a picture of this and send it to you. My crust was thick and burnt ?? I never had anything like that. It didn?t even taste like it was homemade you sure you made this. Roberto's did our wedding cake and sheet cake for our wedding. Everyone was raving about it which is what we expected, because we love Roberto's for all our cake/sweets needs. They precut the sheet cake for us and also decorated our wedding cake with some flowers that we brought to them. The design was exactly what we wanted and couldn't have been more happy with it! We originally contacted a bakery recommended by our wedding venue but that bakery was going to be closed the weekend of our event. That place referred us to Roberto?s. The Donuts are delicious and I Love them! I go early in the am and the lady who works morning is the rudest person I have encountered. It really takes all of my fiber not to cuss her out for being so rude and nasty. She cuts you off and barks at people. I have seen her be rude to others. A little customer service would be nice. Came in today for the first time. Their cakes were beautiful!! I was so surprised to see that special design cakes were for sale and not made for custom orders. I bought a monster cake for my coworkers birthday and everyone loved it!! The lady working was so kind not only answered my questions but also the random questions my 7 year old was asking. The husband and I went for the first time today. I really wanted to get a ton of sweets and I did. The cannoli was so good and was absolutely the right thing needed. The raspberry pastry was delicious and was devoured as soon as we got into the car. The pizza roll with sauce is another hit from here. The people were so nice and very excited about their food. 10 star Pepperoni Rolls. You?ve never even had a real pepperoni roll until you?ve had Roberto?s. Eat just one and it?s over. Roberto?s Bakery should call their Pepperoni Roll "Unicorn Rolls" because it is such a rare find to find such AUTHENTIC pepperoni rolls. Nothing else compares.

They don't have many of these neighborhood bakeries left like Roberto's. Angel Wings?got em, cannoli? - to die for, they have whole strudels and almond rings for just $12, The homemade donuts are really, really good, ( hint the special honey donuts sell out first every morning). This is a neighborhood hidden gem. They have the best most tasty donuts and cakes. You have to go early because they run out of everything fast because they are so good.

On Aug 7th, 2021 ordered a half sheet cake for my daughters baby gender reveal dinner party scheduled for August 15th. I received the cake for the dinner on Aug 14th. The baby was a boy, and asked if I could get a blue batter inside. The staff agreed. Not sure what happened here but for years they were great. It has been a while now because I retired and don't buy for the office anymore. Stopped there today and the donuts have changed. The ladies in there are RUDE. They kept rushing me to pick something, mind you they still had 4 hours left before closing time. Really weird energy in there. Avoid this bakery and find somewhere else. The cupcakes were not even good, tasted like they were from the grocery store .

My niece ordered a hamburger cake for pick up on August 19. Upon arrival, she was eyed up then greeted with an attitude by the younger girl. The older girl came out of the back with an attitude at the younger girl for having an attitude with a customer. The cake box wasn't very sturdy, so the cake came out a little smashed on the sides. Unless you like attitudes and smashed cake, find a better small business to give your money to.

Ordered a full sheet cake 1/2 and 1/2 for a birthday. When I was there ordering they asked how I wanted it decorated and it was decided I should go to Lorna?s and have an edible image made. I really appreciated the suggestion and it turned out fantastic! It was the most moist, delicious cake, and was decorated exactly how I imagined! The next day at another party, everyone was still raving about how good the cake was!

The staff were pleasant and the baked goods were tasty. The donuts are good, but not something to make a special trip for. It's a bakery with donuts, not a donut shop. Their apple fritter was tasty and you'll like it if you like a good raised dough fritter without filling. There weren't any chunks of apple and if you're favorite parts of a fritter are the central gooey bits you'll be disappointed. The stars, however, are the bakery goods. Stopped to get donuts for work, and arrived at 6 am. Waited until 6:10 as the worker didn't even acknowledge I was at the door. I called, and she said she was running behind and would not open the store until she was ready. Not the store hours. I'm very disappointed. I'm going to have to find a new donut shop that honors their hours

Typically I go here for cakes/cupcakes or donuts. I decided to get all my baked goods for Thanksgiving this year from a local bakery. I ended up getting pumpkin pie, cheesecake, banana cream, pumpkin roll, cupcakes, donuts, spinach pastry and some other odds and ends. The Pumpkin pie and Thanksgiving style cupcakes were yummy as usually. I?m rating it 3 stars because my apple fritter was pretty uncooked inside and there was a big piece of custard ?skin? in the Boston Creme donut bar that was slightly unappealing. Went here for the 1st time the other day. I spent 20$ on some donuts, cupcakes & a piece of strudel. I wasn't impressed at all. Donuts weren't that great, the cheese strudel was kind of sour, the cupcakes seemed stale. The frosting on the cupcakes looked soft & beautiful but was hard & not very good. Do NOT recommend. The cherry "chip" cake was overly sweet with big chunks of some sticky, fake- tasting cherry candy (not real cherries.) The kids didn't even like it. And despite giving them both written AND verbal instructions, there was no writing on the cake. $35 wasted

They make delicious cakes and they have decent prices. Two of my closest friends go here for every birthday cake but they do have one decorator that is absolutely terrible. I'm not sure if they are lazy or if they are still in training but it caused a huge problem back in August for a friend. The staff aren't incredibly friendly but they're not rude either. Efficient service, delicious cakes but it's hit or miss with the decoration.

When I called to place a custom order, was told they are too booked!!! I never heard of turning down business. This was at around 1pm on 08/17/20. The girl sounded very young and did not seem to care about my need for a cake. This has been our family's Bakery for over 25+ years...from 1st Birthday cakes to Wedding, and every bit of yummy deliciousness they offer. The danishes and mini loaves are great, one of our favorites is cherry chip. They do NOT disappoint.
