Great donuts with a very large selection! Very convenient in rocky hill area of west Knoxville. Amazing price point also for donuts. They?re addictive, i?m always a bit impressed when I try one. A good weekly favorite for me. Great local spot.
I have not been a Richy Kreme Donuts person until now. I can't eat wheat so donuts are off limits... but then I saw a post On social media about disco chicken and the former donut theory being a part of Richy Kreme And I was all in... I've been a fan of donut theory for a while and now that they've taken over that business, the donuts are even better! We like to order our Donuts ahead of time so we don't have to wait in lines. They also have really good chicken tenders and mac and cheese. In fact, everythin
Fresh, delectable lightly-textured doughnuts in great flavors! Spotted this small business with cute seasonal decor out front and had to try it. So glad we did! After a warm welcome from the gal in glasses we had fun checking out their doughnut case. We splurged and got 3 (I?ve been on a diet but had to try these). We were in raptures over the strawberry buttercream-filled doughnut shaped like a beignet?-the taste of the doughnut itself was heavenly. I also tried the Fruity Pebbles doughnut for the first ti
Best donut shop in Knoxville. Hands down. Go early, they sell out quickly. The dough dogs are amazing! Highly recommended.
Cool inside donut shop that has the best chocolate filled donuts I've ever had. This is a perfect addition to the rocky hill community.
Originally from Maryville, this local donut maker has brought some marvelously delicious confections to Northshore drive. Larger donuts than Krisy Kreme and more expensive too, but definitely worth it. More specialty donuts than their large chain competitor too. I think they need a larger store here as it is crowded there frequently.
Best donuts in town, hands down! Always worth the trip to Rocky hill
My fianc? wanted to stop. It was about 9:30 am. He went in. Said they have a huge selection. He came out with 3 for him and one for me. He had two chocolate covered cream filled and an Apple fritter. He gave me a bite of the Apple fritter which was delicious- if we could?ve warmed it up it would?ve been fantastic. I saved my raspberry jelly one for the next day and it was yummy. So much filling. The picture is from day two.
The cronuts are unbelievably fantastic. They're so good n huge, almost as big as my hand. Their other donuts are delicious, but the cronuts are my favorite. People leaving review about their donuts not having enough filling or them being small is complete lunacy. The ones I have got have been stuffed. People complaining about the prices, don't get the mixed top shelf cheapskate, or ask them how much they are before u complain about the prices They're definitely cheaper n better than krispy kreme (yuck).
HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE...HORRIBLE. This used to be Pops Donuts and they were THE BEST EVER!!! Even featured on TV. But now they are Richy Kreme Donuts which is more like a Krispy Kreme which makes me wonder if they used to work for Krispy Kreme. They leave a greasy film in your mouth and are super sugary tasting, just like Krispy Kreme. You can even pinch the bottom of the donut and get a slight greasiness on your fingers. PUKE!!! The bacon maple donut from Pops was the bomb. They never had a greasy feeling or
The donuts were delicious. Get there early or they sell out.
Fabulous donuts and customer service is always so great!
Probably the best donuts around Knoxville and surrounding cities. There's a good chance I've tried all the donut joints around Knoxville to oak ridge to Maryville, Sevierville, Gatlinburg.
The donuts are good with good variety options. The service used to be good but now, not so much. The employees are rushing all of the customers to make a decision. When I visited today it was not very busy but there were a few people in line. The person in front of me hadn't finished putting her money up when the employee told us our total and was rushing the other customer to leave. Once we got to the register the employee walked off before our transaction was even completed. The employees are dry and lack
You either like Richy Kreme donuts or you don't. I think they are the best when fresh compared to Dunkin and Krispy Kreme. Can't say anything about any other donuts, though. I have been eating Dunkin donuts on and off for the last 43 years, about 25 for Krispy Kreme and 7 for Richy Kreme. and if I was choosing between them, I would go for Ricky Kreme first. Their fresh donut holes are like liquid sugar first thing in the morning. I really like the apple fritter, too.
my donuts were served straight raw in the middle. their bathroom was FILTHY, i just ended up holding my bladder honestly. last time i was here the lady at the cashier acted like she absolutely hated her life and seemed extremely impatient with customers. the energy in this place stinks & you get raw donuts. RECOMMEND MARYVILLE LOCATION IF YOU LIKE RICHY KREME DONUTS.
Very good donuts and great service... oh, and the Kolach are amazing.
Driving through from VA! Made a pit stop for Kolaches! Sorry yall, we took and ate them all! So delicious!
Honestly, not super impressed with their donuts. They had a wide variety of which we were excited for, but when we got them home we were a bit on the disappointed side. The cream filled donuts did not have very much cream in them, and my strawberry cream donut had the smallest amount of strawberry. Also, the maple cream donut was really lacking on the maple flavor. The only upside was the cinnamon roll really tasty and pleasantly soft.
My girlfriend and I were traveling back into west Knox from helping a customer of mine, and decided to stop here. It was the best decision we made! Super friendly employees, great pricing, and best of all, the doughnuts! We got a mixed dozen and tried (just about) all the flavors! They each were very smooth and not too sweet! Awesome team, Great business.
Used to be a great donut shop, but recently purchased two dozen and a few surprises popped up. Sure it's me, but the donuts look smaller. Donuts with fillings lacked filling, big opening, little ingredients. Here lies the rub, and he has to be careful in these inflationary times with increased product costs and supply chain issues so he doesn't further price himself out of his vertical, $42 for 24 donuts is astronomically expensive and a deterrent to me going back. The other is the value proposition aforeme
Best donuts I and my wife have ever tasted. Very underrated, please go support this donut shop!! Try the Kronut (croissant/donut)
I took a bite and saw god. If you like the kispy kream type donut, but want something 1000x better go here. I'm now a die hard fan.
The donuts are great and the service was great and the workers were very nice everything tasted pretty fresh as well the fruity pebbles was not stale I will say hopefully they make coffee in the future and espressos but I love their unique options hopefully they keep coming up with new stuff for the holidays as well! I will say though if they want to beat Status Dough They need at least some bigger donut options to me this is my second tastiest donut place just being straight up
Favorite doughnuts in Knoxville, hands down. They have a lot of delicious stuff. My favorites are the cronuts and any cream-filled doughnuts. They don't skimp on the cream, it comes oozing out everywhere, but this is a good thing. :)
Great donuts! Better than krispy kreme for filled doughnuts but sometimes nothings beats a hot doughnut. Love both but Richy Kreme is top shelf.
One word: cronut!!! Seriously, decadently delicious. All of their other offers are in on par and absolutely worth rounding out a dozen. They've even got dough glizzys if you're hankering for something savory!
Finally a donut shop that doesn?t skimp on cream and jelly filling. Great service to top it all off. Just found my new favorite donut shop in town.
As a first timer today, was thankful for very friendly service. Great variety, and delicious original glazed! (Personal opinion- Better than Krispy) Two thumbs way up, and glad to support a local business.
I gave 5 stars cause thier doughnuts really r the best....this day I went here and krispi...and did a taste test and these won .I do have to say that the one in maryville is better these were more greasy...but awesome
No question about it, best donuts in East Tennessee! The staff there are amazing. Don't even second guess yourself, just GO! and get some of these amazing donuts!
They make their doughnuts from scratch everyday when the store sells out. They close for the day. Their treats are the best in the area plus they are a local business.
Blount County native so Richy Kreme is part of my life. Glad there is a Knoxville location now. Everything is how I remember it, and my favorite doughnuts.
Small donuts, not real fresh. Very expensive for the price. Try Beaver Dough Joe, same price TWICE the size and so fresh!!!!
If I could give a 0 I would, Apple fritter have no Apple in then at all ,I bought a dozen mix and the best were the glaze donuts, the rest were really bad.
This place replaced Pops and unfortunately its not nearly as good. The doughts are smaller , and more chewy. The fritter was probably best thing but it was greasy.
My co-workers and I stopped by after work and got a couple dozen. These donuts were nothing short of terrific. We may just stop every Saturday. Give um a try
Excellent donuts in a nicer part of town and prettier store than the Blount County store. A very special treat!
The donuts had a strange aftertaste of teriyaki chicken. Uncanny. Someone probably made wings in the grease they use for donuts. 15 bucks wasted ??
Best donuts. I love the glazed square ones. Staff is as delightful as the donuts.
RK donuts are the best by far! Have been enjoying them for decades in Maryville my hometown, and now Knoxville in my neighborhood!!
Sorry to see it isn't POPS any longer. Donut selection was great, all 3 dozen were consumed by staff with little or no complaints.
Delicious donut holes, wish there were more old fashioned options. Great service!
If you like a lot of cream in your cream filled donuts, this is the place for you. I think I am addicted!
Always take care of me!! Great donuts as well!! Check them out!!
Oh my, these were amazing! Perfect spot for filled donut! You have got to try the raspberry!
Some of the best donuts I've ever had. And the staff is excellent too.
Great donuts. Light and fluffy like Krispy Kreme but better and fresher.
Come here very often since they?ve opened. Best donuts we?ve ever had and the staff is always welcoming
The only thing I dislike about Richy Kreme is that I live so far away. These are fantastic donuts.
They are pretty good. Just wish Pops Donuts was still there, they where better I thought.
It's bad when I get better service and a better donut at a caseys gas station.
It's hard not to rate fantastic doughnuts with fun varieties as five stars.
The best donuts in Knoxville!!!
My favorite is the zebra donut. My fathers are the kolache?s.
Their cronuts are amazing!!!! ?? Hands down the best ??
Moist flavorful old fashioned donuts, without the greasy taste or feel!!
Absolutely delicious. Strawberry cream donut for the win on this trip
Very helpful staff. In & Out in minutes. Everything is delicious!
New York has nothing on these donuts. Totally the best donuts in Knoxville!
Richy Kreme sure has changed since I was a kid. It's nice to see that it's grown up as well and they've expanded from what they used to be.
Great addition to the Rocky Hill area of Knoxville. Love their donut variety.
Delicious donuts. Only wish they had more choices for cake donuts?
I usually go to the one in maryville so I gave this location a try and I wasn't disappointed
Outta sight donuts! Friendly service! A local treasure
Great selection made fresh. Love having them in the neighborhood.
NICE PLACE BUT THE COST OF A DONUT IS WAY TO MUCH. 3.50.FOR A GLAZED CROSSANT.
Awesome group of people working and a great product to boot!!
Ricky Cream delicious! The best doughnuts in town.
Best donuts in Maryville with legitimate variety of options
Tasty! Interesting selection! Nice people!
Best fresh donuts made.
Amazing donuts! Fast and friendly service
Great Apple fritters and super nice staff!
Donuts were $10 for 4 and overall unimpressive
Delightful and many flavors to choose from
Glaze both sides of your doughnuts like the OG's.
Glad to have a Knoxville location.
Great donuts. Will be back
