Hands down the best donut shop in dfw!! Very easy to find and staff is very friendly, even though it was very early in the morning! Prices are very affordable and the donuts are so tasty and well cooked :) definitely coming here for my early sweet cravings! Definitely recommend 100%!

Michelle is always friendly full of energy and has a smile that brightens up the place. The welcoming atmosphere makes me want to keep coming back for more. Best donuts off Midway!! Went in this morning and they had some fun poppy dance music playing which is a great way to start off the morning plus the service was great thanks to Michelle :-) got lots of donuts and sausage rolls for a company breakfast and just going in started my morning out great! So next time you're looking for a good donut spot this would be the one to go to!!

You guys, these are the best donuts and kolaches! There is so much variety and everything I?ve tried is so fresh and delicious. My favorites are the filled donuts (you can choose between jelly or custard) and the cheese kolache <3 Not to mention, the owner is so sweet and kind; my friends and I always have a good experience here. I was worried b/c I have a donut home but it?s too far from me now as I just moved to this area. But as a donut connoisseur all over DFW, this is hands down the best donuts I?ve had in DFW! Not too sweet, no funny aftertaste or texture, not too dense, AND the lady was just as kind as can be (and cute respectfully!). This was my first donut stop in Carrollton since moving here and I don?t need to go to another! Keep doing what ya?ll doing!

This place is a hidden gem of Carrollton TX. Everything here is excellent. Their jalapeno hotdog kolache which is a pastry with hot dog is to sooo good. And nonetheless, excellent service and super nice to their customer.. and it feels like home when you come in.. the owner is always energetic and welcoming.

What an amazing place! Not only do they have the best donut holes in Texas, But the staff is just as amazing. I am always welcomed with a warm greeting and big smiles. I am 78 years old and I think this is my first review for a donut store! Hopefully that gives you some indication of just how special I think Rich Donuts is. They always have the donuts I want (I normally buy 2 dozen for the crew at my apartment complex). The owner is one of sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I came into this donut shop a little before they closed, I was looking for a late breakfast, and surprisingly they had more then donuts and kolaches. I went for the popular "sausage patty melt" & the "crispy chicken sandwich". it was bomb. The lady was so cheerful and bright, great service. will come back again

I love this place even when it was Mills donuts. The lady that has taken over is super positive. Great vibe. They now have a spinach feta pastry that's delicious. Everything else is exceptional as always.

I just ordered from Rich Donut as a Delivery through Doordash and I received Croissant with a bite taken off of it and packed by the restaurant. This is disgusting. Isn't there any food safety at this restaurant? Never buying from this place again.
