This amazing little place sells heavenly donuts! Made a special visit to this area with the primary intention of getting the donuts. It?s a hole-in-the-wall kinda place ? literally ha! We got the cinnamon sugar donuts and it was amazing! Will have to revisit the next time for more donuts ?? ??

We had to stop here for the smell alone. Donuts were made fresh and to order. Totally recommend for a quick bite if you?re craving donuts!

Are these without yeast? Tasted like cake. Heavy heavy smell of ?deep fried?. Chocolate donuts had a thin layer of chocolate, plain donuts were literally just a cake with the aftertaste of oil. Size of these donuts also doesn?t make any sense and definitely not like in pictures. $4,5 hot chocolate below mediocre, tasted like vending machine hot chocolate. Watery. Box fell apart by the time dasher delivered them so entire box was already open when he handed it to me. Certainly not the worst I?ve had but

I?m so sad bc the donuts are so good but this was gross. And it doesn?t look like a regular hair strand and my hair is currently a light orange brown ?? maybe I?m just picky but just can?t imagine getting another donut from here, what if I didn?t see it!??

This place is amazing! The donuts tasted incredible. They also have doggy donuts for your pup, which Luna devoured.

The pictures speak for themselves... This doughnut place is nothing like advertised in the pictures or reviews. My family and I waited for 30 minutes only to receive a sloppy, runny mess. The box was sticky and they couldn't even provide a bag. The honey glaze is literally just honey. And the texture is wack. Total waste of time and money.

Only one word I can truly describe this place, Incredible... Their customer service was on-point. I got the lemon frosting doughnut with poppy seeds. Doughnut was made to order. Mouth watering with just the right sweetness and zesty lemon flavor. I would recommend this place to anyone! Plant based options were available.

The seasonal doughnut, Caramel Popcorn is wonderful! The doughnut has a delightfully crunchy bottom exterior and is covered in a beautifully gooey caramel icing, topped with caramel popcorn. It?s surprisingly not too sweet and deliciously satisfying.

First time coming. First in line at the opening hour. I was told it would take a few minutes. After 15 minutes waiting we were told they were having a little trouble with the machine. Waited 15 more minutes. They said they were waiting for someone to come and fix machine. Had to cancel my order. And then another issue came up. They didn?t know how to refund me! This place, without a doubt, serves the best doughnuts I?ve ever had. They are made fresh to order every time. If you have never tried this place, do yourself a favor and come try it.

Surprisingly small donuts?they?re mini. Not sure if it?s worth it. I actually like the texture of them. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Not as cakey as something like duck donuts, but not as light as a yeast donut. It was in between. And the fact that they were warm, really made them better. I don?t know if they would taste quite the same after they cooled off. Honestly could pass on the coffee though. It wasn?t that good. Pretty standard.

Definitely a must try when visiting Charlotte. We kept it simple, mostly because we were full from dinner and I wish we would've just gone all in instead. Stopped here on a whim last weekend as we saw a small crowd outside what looked like a small hole in the wall. Walking over we saw a special board with a Mojito donut that we just knew we had to try. Their donuts are made to order and what an absolute treat they are!

Real Honey. Real Honey. REAL. First time customer, on my way to a restaurant fave in the area. The "mature" woman at the window was so friendly and when she said they use real Amber honey, I couldn't rip my credit card out my wallet fast enough. Also ordered a powdered sugar. The consistency of the donuts is very unique. Soft and slightly cakey. Very much melt in your mouth. They were both marvelous. REAL HONEY!

I?m just going to start by saying that I personally don?t enjoy doughnuts that much but these were freakin? delicious ???? and have made me realize that there are indeed good doughnuts in the world. This is definitely a place you should stop for dessert. I don't hear a lot of people talk about this place after a year and half of Charlotte living and I don't understand why, this place was fantastic. I usually take a pass when it comes to donuts, but these ones are worth the calories. This place is a LITERAL hole in the wall, the donuts are fresh, warm, soft on the inside, and slightly crisp on the outside. Added bonus: the staff was so nice and bubbly, plus the prices are modest.

Great blink-and-you?d-miss-it spot for coffee or donuts. One happy customer reviews their dog donuts as five stars.

The food was great, but it took about 25 minutes for us to get our coffee. And we only ordered takeaway from the window and didn?t wait for a table.

This place is such a cute little place to visit, and the person working there was very nice. We ate 2 donuts right there, and took 2 back to our Airbnb to have for breakfast before heading to the airport the next day. They were just as good in the morning. The donuts they had that day were a little boring, but I follow their Instagram now, and it looks like they make some amazing things! Would definitely go back if I ever find myself in Charlotte again.

The best donuts I have had in a while. I highly recommend trying it all here. The donuts were super dense yet fluffy. Not sweet at all. Make sure to bring everyone you know to here. I love how you order at a window on the side of this building. There are tables outside where you can sit and enjoy the lovely donuts. They even have some delicious seasonal drinks, coffee and milk.

I have been wanting to try these donuts since this place opened, but NoDa isn't a very convenient location for me. We were having lunch in the area so we stopped by to get some dessert. It's just a window in the side of a building that you walk up and order at. The donuts are made fresh right there for you. We got a lemon poppyseed and a honey glazed. They were both fantastic. They were light and flakey. You really can't beat a warm donut. They only have a handful of flavors and one special that rotates

A literal hole in the wall and it was oh, so good. It might be the best doughnut I?ve ever had. With an amazingly helpful staff, Reigning forms, fries, and tops the donuts right on order ensuring the freshest pastry you?ll find anywhere nearby. The doughnuts themselves are perfectly fluffy and decadent without an over reliance on unnatural sugars. I recommend the Cinnamon Sugar or the Maple Bacon but, frankly, any of their doughnuts would be a great choice. I?m excited to go back the next time I?m in NoDa.

6/2/2018 I saw this place on Charlotte agenda and wanted to give it a try. I took my nephew with me and we both loved it. I got a cinnamon sugar doughnut as well as a chocolate icing doughnut. He has two vanilla icing doughnuts. This is literally a hole in the wall quick stop for doughnuts and they are delicious!! What a cool little place in NODA! They also serve coffee iced and hot, hot chocolate, and milk. There is no where to sit and this is only a walk up to a window type of place.

Same price one third of the size. Seems like a common complaint from other people. I use to love their donuts but this is ridiculous.

OH MY GOD!!! I will admit that seeing them prepare my donut on the spot got me skeptical of its quality, but boy was I naive. The donut was everything and more than I could have wanted. It was in my hand one second and gone the next. My biggest regret was not ordering more! I cannot tell you enough how good the donut was, but the best way to find out is to try this cool place out.

Delicious donuts convenient for late night snacks! Cake style so don't look for Krispy Kreme style donuts but, do not think for an instant that you will regret these warm, sweet pillowy treats! P.S. Sorry for not showing the whole dozen.. I couldn't resist!

Good Stuff! Excellent staff and the doughnuts were delicious. Don?t expect a place to sit because it?s a walk up, so be prepared. Also, they only take card which is awesome in my book. The staff was very patient when we walked up and needed some time to decide what we wanted.

For such a small storefront, this place has a significant impact on early morning options for the neighborhood. The donuts are crisp and steamy with no unnecessary frills. I really liked the chocolate and vanilla frosting, but everything was great.

Yummy yumm yumm! This lil gem in the heart of NODA is the perfect little treat after grabbing dinner from one of the many restaurants nearby. They always feature a seasonal one and today was strawberry shortcake. Was so good. Donuts are made fresh to order. Highly recommend.

Usually this place is pretty good, but today they forgot my order and then gave me ?more? to make up for it?.this is what I got.

A great place for a snack, although if you come on a weekend you may have to wait a while for your donut. (15mins or more) MY favorite flavor is the cinnamon sugar. The donuts are fresh and made to order.

My first time getting donuts here and I won?t be back. They were too small, CRUNCHY, and full of grease! They were so greasy that the powdered sugar turned into a paste! I was traveling to another state so I didn?t have time to turn around and get my money back.

Most of the donuts were very good, they are thick and flavorful. My favorite was the cinnamon sugar. The service was kind. You do wait a little bit but it is worth it for a hot, fresh donut. We dropped by on Fat Tuesday morning and found the shopkeeper cleaning up the front. She greeted us and took our order because they cooked the donuts to order! We bought a dozen of various types and we were delighted with our purchase. We'll be back on a regular workday for more of these treats!

What's better than a donut? Easy. A donut made to order! Piping hot donuts available in limited flavors daily. On this day I enjoyed three flavors: cinnamon sugar, vanilla iced and. plain. All three were hot and sweet but that vanilla was something special!

Not too bad. Not too good. Inconsistent. That's a big issue. Went this morning expecting hot donuts, planned on eating them in the car, ordered right when I got there, and to my surprise I get greeted by cold donuts in the car. If you do end up going I recommend the honey glaze donut. It's the only flavor that I like. My favorite place for donuts by far is Your Mom's Donuts in Matthews.

Good things come is small packages!!! These beautiful, delicious petite little bundles of joy are some of the BEST donuts we have ever tasted! So sorry we missed the Maple Bacon while we were in town visiting family, but when we come again, we will be on the lookout. No flavor is inferior to another. They are all amazing!

It was a nice experience with a pleasant neighborhood vibe. People waiting are all friendly and the layout encourages conversing. The donut size was a little surprisingly small but I didn't mind. The taste is wonderful. Also it was a good choice having counter culture coffee as their bean of choice. All in all I'm glad it is here!

Fabulous doughnuts... You order them, and they make them right then... They're not sitting in a window waiting to be bought. Walk up to the window, order, wait, eat. Simple. Great experience! This cute little doughnut shop is tucked away on a street corner. The staff was friendly and sweet and the doughnuts are delicious! The only thing I didn?t like was the hot chocolate. They make it with water and not milk so it didn?t have much flavor.
