Absolutely terrible experience twice already now! I literally have been charged twice by the same person and they don?t wanna take accountability besides once. Then go and stated it was reversed back. Never was! Never got the money back. Absolutely liars.

Updated Review for Red Oak Donuts Uptown - 5 Stars I initially had a disappointing experience with undercooked donuts, as mentioned in my previous review. However, the owner promptly responded and invited me to return for a refund. When I went back to the shop, the staff was friendly and attentive, providing a fresh batch of donuts that were made perfectly. The new donuts were airy, fluffy, and delicious?exactly the quality I was hoping for. I appreciate the quick response and excellent customer service.
They have the best donuts of all time. I could never go back to any other donuts shop beside RO Donut. Appreciate their hard work for putting effort in these delicious donuts.
My favorite go to in the am. They know my vehicle and order, a few employees even know just how to make my cup of joe for the road! Its the little things that keep me coming back!
Their donuts were great! Light and fluffy and the flavor of the icing (I?m real picky with icing) was delicious!! I already ate one before I took the pic. We also got a kolache. It was very good! Fresh, hot and flaky. And the girl at the window was super nice.
I went today December 4th for the first and last time. I just moved here and need to get my donut shop set. Well after the great reviews I came here. It was around 10am and raining, I have 2 small kiddos so i went through the drive thru. Sat there for about 10 minutes till someone honked behind me and just left because no one was at the window. Mind you, when i pulled the worker was just sitting in the front with no other customers. After a few more minutes another vehicle pulled up behind me and also left.
Donuts cooked in dirty oil. Just gross.
Gentleman was extremely courteous. I placed a rather large order and he helped me carry it out to the car in the middle of morning rush. Thank you! Will be back.
Stopped by here on a Sunday morning 7am. I didn't care for the donuts. They were too thick, heavy tasting. Not fresh. My icing crumbled. Service was fast and friendly. The drive-thru was a nice touch. I would not return.
The service could not be any better, very friendly and patient. The only thing was trying to make a decision from the wide selection. The food was delicious
We pick up donuts from here a few times a week. When the glazed are cooked properly they?re pretty good. Unfortunately, they frequently undercook them so they are doughy and yeasty. I don?t know if the temperature is too low or they?re not cooked long enough but it?s hit or miss it seems.
I take my kids here once a week before school as a reward. I love the people that work here. They are so nice. I show them kindness since they wake up at 2am and for whatever reason they treat me awesome. The donuts are good but I go here because of the people. I see some posts about the people here. Maybe someone had a bad day or maybe since I'm nice, they are nice. either way I look forward to seeing them every week.
Charged $10 for 6 maple bars with no filling. Wow the menu said 99 per bar. What a rip off, will go to Walmart for better price!!
Their Chocolate Boston Kreme Eclair is the best one I've ever eaten anywhere. And I have had many. It's fluffy and sweet but not overly sweet and not skimpy on the filling. And I love that they have a drive-thru!
In the drive-through The boy didn?t even know what they had on the menu. I ordered two eclairs and both of them taste like acrylic nail polish. On top of that they didn?t even have napkins.The tables fifty. The donut shop is clearly ran by kids.
Haven't been back to this place in years. Donuts were good, really loved the whole hog, but wasn't feeling the whole customer service experience. On three consecutive occasions I was given incorrect change after my purchase with me consistently receiving less than I was owed. After the third time, I concluded that regardless of whether it was intentional or just incompetence, it was unacceptable and I had to find another donut shop.
Had a great experience ordering donuts from them!! They have a great and knowledgeable staff, my kids love coming here to order their favorite donuts from them!! Definitely recommend this place for a great morning start!! Also love the fact that their donuts are always warm and fresh and not cold!!! ????????
Got a tummy ache after eating the egg sandwich and sausage thingie. Our food wasnt warm when we got thru drive thru that day not sure . But husband and I both stomaches were upset all morning . The time before was great . Maybe make sure all us fresh and stays warm change out older food .
I went this morning and I ordered one donut and 5 pigs and she tried to charge me 10$ She gave me 6 extra donuts and said she?s giving them to me for free but she was charging me 10? When a dozen is 8$ so I?m very confused. I just wanted ONE donut. Not coming back. And don?t give her big bills she will give the wrong change so make sure to count your money and ask for prices!
Always super nice and great pigs n blanket with not allot of bread wrapped around them so I really like that so you don't get full of bread. My son love the jalapeno hogs and my fiance's favorite is the chocolate sprinkled donut holes!
The breakfast crosiants were fresh and tasty. Fresh glazed doughnuts and twists. The Lady behind the counter (from Ft. Worth) gave great customer service. They just made a return customer.
This place is a little over priced. I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts and they shoved them all in a box. When I got to work they were hard to pull out and glaze had melted on the box didn't taste too bad but on the taste I give it 3 stars. The other thing I order was a breakfast sandwich and I ask them to warm it up and it was still cold so wasn't tasty like that but I don't think I will be going back to this place.
Best donuts in town, I work in Fort worth and every week my coworkers give me money to bring donuts to work because the quality of this place. Opens really early and all donuts are warm and ready! Love it ! So good !
Used to come here every morning. They changed owners and were still goodod. Something about today?s experience made me decide to start going else where. Different staff and it?s not for the better. They came to my car to take my order l then stuck her hand out I guess for payment. When I got my kolache it was cold. Was never asked if I wanted it warm. I thought everyone does. Can?t wait for the new place to open. Not ever going back.
Some of the best breakfast burritos I?ve had. The cinnamon rolls are great and the donuts are delicious, all in all a great donut shop!!
This was my first visit to this place. My husband and I just moved to Red Oak and my daughter said I have to try Red Oak Donuts. So I went and Omg! Delicious and so many choices. My new favorite donut place!
I love it because the doughnuts are round just like me and the coffee is hot and black like my baby daddy. I would recommend this nut house to anyone fond of sticky fingers and full bellies, nothing gets my goat like a midnight run to the house of doughnuts kings of creme and land of kiesty goodness, I love this place more than the baby Jesus in his glory days when he was handsome and lean. Amen.
My daughter that came from out of town came by your place around 9am on Jan. 22. Yall didn't have alot and she asked if y'all had glazed or chocolate she was told what you see is what we have. In a rude manner. So she left. I work in customer service at a longtime bakery. That's not professional or acceptable. Wish yall the best on your business. We won't be back. Hope yall or this female practices her customer service skills.
Not a bad place to go. I really don't see any difference in the donuts. The service had seem to pick up oright at least it did when I was there which was around 8.now I have noticed that the place looks to be cleaner inside.

Came to the drive thru and the lady just sat on the phone never came to the window. Now I have to go to Starbucks because she didn?t even come and say give her a few minutes or anything just saw me sitting there. Every time I try to come here it?s something.

#1 donut shop in town. They have the better tasting glazed and chocolate donuts around. They also have items that are creative and new in which other donut shops either don't have, or trying to copycat.

They messed our order, ordered regular pigs in blanket, got jalepeno ones, hubby even brought it to their attention and was told no we were wrong...uh duh it was jalapeno and we didn't eat...not a happy camper!!
