Red Donut Shop Wallburg

My husband considers himself a donut connoisseur ??? so when we drove by I knew we had to stop and try them out. We live out of town from Florida so we were just visiting the area for the day. AMAZING DONUTS!!!! We ordered a dozen and as soon as we got in the car we tried them. They did not disappoint. The lady who helped us was also very sweet and welcoming. We have been to hundreds of donut shops throughout the years and this one was definitely top 5.

I stop on my way to work to take donuts into the office on Fridays. Passed by my normal stop as I was running late. On a whim stopped here for the first and last time. First, it looked like they were closed, the lights were off and it wasn't very welcoming at all. Then it was like a morgue inside, quiet, dull and dark. The employee seemed as if I was bothering her by putting together two boxes of donuts for me. I apologize for coming in and making you do something. No worries, it won't happen again.

Picked up some donuts here for dinner the other day. They were pretty good. Most were pretty large, which is great. There are many different flavor choices. The staff was nice. Not too busy, but it was near closing.

First timer!! We had heard nothing but awesome things about Red Donut and decided to go in tonight to grab some. When you walk in the atmosphere is fun and inviting. As you walk up to the front and see all the donuts in the case, your mouth will start to water. We got a half dozen (as you can tell, he could not wait) and 2 dozen donut holes (1 dozen was gone instantly in the store)! The donuts are so fluffy, light and airy. They are DELICIOUS!! Great experience! I came in knowing I wanted a donut but wasn't sure which one and the individual working was very patient. I decided on 6 assorted and had the individual working the counter surprise me on the last 2 which was a win. These taste just like Paula's donuts in buffalo NY where I'm from and so happy I decided to stop in! I will definitely be back ?? I can definitely tell they are made fresh everyday

The donuts got smaller and greasier while the price did not decrease. Eggs were removed from every donut. I see the owner's reply but there is a sign right there and the girl pointed and it said no eggs in the donuts. The old fashioned is extremely small and this is the reason why it is so greasy. There's not much donut to it. I used to eat one of their donuts and to not feel gross afterwards. But when I ate that thing that day I immediately came home and ate a dandelion salad to cleanse my system. I do not

So very good. I got a dozen donut holes and ate 6 before I got home!! Love the raspberry filling. If it's filled too much, just ask for it to be filled lightly. Love it!!

These doughnuts are delicious, filled fresh right in front of you and I will be going back. Customer service was on point today 6 stars!

I?ve only been one time and tried one donut. This is the inside of the chocolate iced Bismark cr?me (not custard, but they had that) filled donut I got that was off the shelf. Excellent. It was around $2.00.. a bit less than same donut from Krispy Kreme.

Red Donuts is the BEST at customer service and of course donuts! Go to Welcome or Walburg and try for yourself. The Pinnacle Bank ladies love Red Donuts!

Came once, and already back for more. The donuts are fantastic, decent size, but not dense. We've tried the maple bacon, the lemon and raspberry filling ones, the original glaze, the blueberry, cinnamon sugared and the sugared donut. All extremely delicious. A half dozen with those options runs about 11 and change, which is a little bit on the pricier side, but it is worth it and we haven't regretted buying the donuts. What a fantastic donut shop. They have some of the best filled donuts and apple fritters. Very few people know they are there, which is a shame. I work in the area, and when I tell people they should stop in, they say 2 things. I didn't know they were there or I think they are closed

Red donuts are larger shaped than most donuts and have a great taste. They offer many varieties to choose from. Employees are always courteous. I love the unique settings that each Red donut stores offers.

I stopped in to try them out because we've been waiting on a donut shop to open in the neighborhood. This was truly a waste of time and money ! The donuts were ice cold like they just came out the refrigerator. This has to be just a satellite location that they transport donuts to you never smell fresh donuts baking.

The girl at the counter was very nice, the doughnuts were good. Wish there was a little more variety and signs to tell you what the items are. Also please remove the neon sign from in front of your product on the case it hides your product and makes it hard to see and I would change to boxes that allow the doughnuts to lay flat so the chocolate doesn?t rub off onto the other choices.

Best doughnuts around. Better than Krispy Kreme. I think they fill them a little too much with filling but husband loves them. There frappes are great. Not so sweet. Moving to Lexington so they will see me all the time.

OMG: All I can say is that when I got my apple fritter, it was so good I think I saw into the future. And I was right, saw myself buying another donut and guess what, it came true. Went back up and bought a whole box to bring home. Can't go wrong with anything you get there and the staff are awesome and so polite.
