Went by the first time and there was a sign on the door that stated SORRY ALL SOLD OUT. So I came back again and got heart shaped donuts for Valentine's Day. The donuts were just as good or better than the ones we get at the downtown Lexington location when we go there. The only reason I could not give them 5 stars is that there needs to be a ramp for the handicapped to use to enter and leave the store instead of using the step !

I'm so excited to have Red Donut in my town now. The exterior and size of the business is not indicative of what you have in store when you go inside. Modern checkout, friendly staff, and tons of delicious ?? doughnut options from tiger ?? tails, to ?? apple fritters, to doughnut holes, fun drinks, and more. I will definitely be back again.

Went the opening weekend and we were super impressed! My husband loves the cream filled. The first one was awesome. However the last two he had, went DOWN in quality. The one he had this morning had about a tablespoon of filling ?? Please work on consistency as we would like to keep returning.

Doughnuts were great. Not greasy or overly sugared like most of North Carolina donuts. I would drive the extra 20 minutes off the freeway to get to Reds.
