I ordered a dozen kolache?s and a dozen glaze/ chocolate donuts when I got home and open my donuts I realized the glaze donuts had mold on them. I went back to the location to inform the lady and she said oh I?m sorry and gave me a new box but I watched her put the donuts that I had brought back in back on the rack to resell this is definitely unsanitary and I felt uncomfortable eating the donuts from this spot so I asked for a refund instead. I understand the pandemic has been hard on small business but th
Outstanding donuts and customer service. They warmed the sausage rolls and helped me carry multiple boxes to my vehicle. The cinnamon buttermilk donut melts in the mouth - amazing. Tidy and clean place.
It?s true... They do have some of the fluffiest donuts and kolaches I?ve EVER had! To top it off, the owners always greet me with super friendly and fast service. I bought 4 dozens of donuts once and without hesitation they walked them to my car! Service like that doesn?t exist anymore! They have a loyal customer now.

I've gone here my whole life. I've tried donut places everywhere, from krispy kreme to other mom and pop 'donuts' places, and none have compared. I love the texture, the fluffiness, and variety. They always give you extra donut holes, and an extra donut on big orders, and I've never been disappointed. I live in mansfield now, and will dead a** drive 30 minutes for donuts if I really want some. That's how much better they are than the places near by. 10/10 would recommend.
I?m a huge fan of Shipley?s, but it?s just too far and too busy. Randol Donut is local, really great tasting, clean, and the owners/employees are very friendly. I can?t imagine getting my donuts and paying any quicker than I do here.
Swiped my card repeatedly, said the machine wasn?t working despite the fact I got a bank notification that the transaction went through. I was able to show her this and the transaction on my account to which she responded ?bank error? and then told me to come back tomorrow. I was sent away without my purchase with the expectation that I must either chase my refund or let it go.
Good donuts, great coffee and a really friendly owner. They've apparently been at this location since 2000, which I feel confirms that they are doing everything right. Definitely a good spot!

no restroom In spite of being a regular customer for a couple of years I had to find a place to go pee because they have no public option for a restroom. this is bullcrap . never going back.
The employees are aways friendly and patient. I can be in and back out with a dozen doughnuts and milk easily in less than 2 minutes!
