So I have been here four times at different times. Been there at midnight 2am. Been there 11am and noon and tried getting etgiwr breakfast burrito or biscuits and gravy. That they say serves 24hrs. Well that's a lie they all said have to come back different time won't say a time etgiwr earlier or later cause they aren't serving it. Then I ask well it says 24hrs and they won't respond. So this place I'm my personal opinion over rated and lies
We ordered three donuts: Glazed Buttermilk Ball, Bear Claw and Apple Fritter. The Glazed Buttermilk Ball is thick enough that it changes textures as you work though it. It was well done all the way through. The thickness also allows it to be easily be broken into pieces. Nice full flavor. In the picture it's the one 2/3 eaten. The Bear Claw does have some paw shaping. It also has a little apple filling in the base of the paw. A fun and well conceived treat. The Apple Fritter was a more standard one a
My husband serviced their establishment when he worked in pest control. He said they had one of the cleanest kitchens he's seen. He brought donuts home, and we were hooked! We moved out of state 3 years ago. And make a point to drive down at least once when we are in the area, to buy their donuts.
The donuts and other pastries are deliciously tasty! If you're looking for Mexican pastries--they run out each morning, so get there early. The staff is super nice and helpful. I visited while vacationing in Red Bluff and its a place where locals visit. Great little find.
after moving back to Red Bluff and working a few places, managers always defaulted to another donut place for their weekly employee treats, and would talk down on Ramos... and for that reason I waited 3 years to go here. I regret it! Best donuts in town that I've tried so far.
Maybe it was a bad night for the baker, but two different flavorless donuts shouldn't happen. "Strawberry" and "Maple" were both just vanilla in every sense of the word. And I know cooking/baking. When I splurge on a sugary treat, I want it to taste like what it says ??. I didn't finish either donut, hopefully this was a fluke. Otherwise you guys were very friendly and great!
We were traveling through and spent the night in Red Bluff, wanting a sweet treat. The maple bars, twists and cinnamon rolls were all delicious. We saved some for the next morning and they were as fresh as the evening we bought them. I would highly recommend Ramos Donut House!
Nice employees and pretty good donuts. I rly liked my blended coffee drink. ??
Extremely polite staff and great coffee and donuts. Definitely stop here for a quick morning treat.
On June 10th 2024 I called Ramos Donuts at 0430 hours. Nobody answered. They are open 24 hours a day. So I went the the place. By now it about 0500 hours. I wanted to ordoker 2 Biscuits and Gravys. I was told (NO it's too early.) How is it too early? It's never too early for Biscuits and gravy. I will never go to that place ever again as in<
Decent donuts with a huge selection. The croissant was ok, nothing special. Donut holes were alright. Not the best donut I've had, but good enough for regular consumption. Hot coffee was good and the iced coffee was decent. Prices are great.
This place is so good the service is amazing the make sure you have all your food and the burritos and donuts are super good and the best part is that they are very nice
Rolled through here at 4 am in the way to the Sacramento airport. Was pleasantly surprised. Looks like a dump but upon entry. The atmosphere is delightful. The donuts are huge, fresh and yummy. Easily the best donut shop in Tehama, and probably better than any shop in Shasta. Will be back next time I?m in red bluff.
Website says breakfast all day. That is not the case. I never get donuts here. For sweets it's Kevin's. Ramos has awesome biscuits and gravy
If I could rate negative I would!!; My car broke down here, so while waiting for someone to come get me, I went in for a treat and to let them know I was going to have to leave my car for a bit till we get the part...etc. The childish little Mexican boys that were working were so blatantly RUDE! Even when I bought some donuts. I wanted doughnut holes, but he mumbled something about not having them for 24 hrs. When I asked what he had said he yelled in my face loudly whatever he said. I'll not be back
I love it!!! Soooooo GGGRRREATT! Extremely nice and helpful staff. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else here!!!!!!!
I went in for donuts and went to pay with my card. He took it from me and pressed debit without asking debit or credit first. My card declined so he turned the screen to me so I pressed credit and it went through. A receipt immediately was texted to my phone showing the transaction was successful and he then asked me for my id with my card in his hand he wouldn?t give it back to me and i said i don?t have it my friend drove me here and was watching this incident take place. We argued about it and i cried be
These guys have been around along time I remember when they used to deliver to a job I worked at when I was 20 now I'm 32 and since I've moved back to town, they are the only place I go. I've tried the other place in town. They are good but Ramos is number 1. They took over after dunkin donuts went out of business. I strongly recommend them. Family oriented very polite and all around great business
Went in to try the breakfast burrito. It's cooked right in front of you with fresh eggs and milk. Tasted really good I had it with a donut.
We've only been here twice, and both were a good experience. First time we had the breakfast croissant, it was huge! Pretty yummy, although overheated (in microwave?) made the croissant flat. Also had a plain one which was fluffy & delicious. Second time we had a breakfast burrito with chorizo & eggs. Really good, and big enough for 2. Friendly people too.
Had to wait to get served even though there we no customers in the place. The coffee tasted old and was Luke warm at best. The donuts tasted old and were hard and stale. Go somewhere else to get your donuts.
Not what it used to be. The kid that was working was in the back and had headphones on so never knew we and others were waiting, the girl that eventually served us had an attitude and was rude. On top not a variety to choose from.
Even though this place has a pleasent appearance inside I have to give it a low rating because of the food and high prices. Sadly this place does not know how to make a quality raised donut. Way too much dough, like eating a brick. If they didn't waste so much dough they might be able to charge less money. It's evident by the high ratings that the residents here have not had a real donut in some time. A raised donut should be light and crispy... Not something that is so thick it can hardly even be finished.
Great donuts and smoothies. The people who own/work there are the nicest peeps you could meet. I take my son there at least 4 times a month for a treat. We love them and the goodness it is.
I would give zero stars if I could but unable to do so. I stopped by there yesterday (Mother?s Day) to buy an alligator and a old fashioned glazed donut. The Maple glazed alligator at first glance looked decent so did the old fashioned. I got them home and gave my daughter the Alligator. They are supposed to be filled with whipped cream, but the whipped cream was piped along the edges making it look fuller than it actually was when there was less than a tablespoon of it on the inside. It was mostly just gr
I LOVE to come in after 2am for the freshly cooked apple fritters?? Fair prices nice friendly employees??
Okay donuts, nothing to write home about. Employee thought I was nuts when I asked what flavor "fritters" they had. I was told "Apple, like in Apple fritter". A lot of donuts shops have more than just Apple fritters. The only saving grace was the fact they had a couple of plain cake donuts as that is what my husband likes. For the amount spent and what I got, I will think twice about going back
My friend loves their breakfast burritos and I tried a raised sugar donut and a chocolate buttermilk bar and they were both great. Yum! Very polite server.
If I could give then more stars, I would. I had a very special request and they were able to make it happen. Staff is very courteous and friendly. You just don't find that very often these days. I wish we had a Ramos donut house where I live. Keep up the good work! Excellent!
Breakfast burritos are universally great! Donuts are always fresh and fluffy. They provide great service to our first responders! That in itself is enough to continually bring them my business.
Stopped to get a couple drinks they where so over powered with syrup and the Italian soda was sweet and wasn't made right. was going to have the girl fix it but she walked n the back n never came back out..
Donuts are average/not bad. The owner is very nice, but his employees are a dumpster fire? been short changed twice in a row and another spoke ZERO english.
Realizing they are always open was a lovely surprise. I hope that whoever was running the store last night is okay with working the graveyard shift. Nice place, I'll have to remember cash for a tip next time.
Best Apple Fritter I've Ever Had! I live out of state, but will definitely be stopping next time I'm driving up or down I 5 through Red Bluff ????
Great personal also.
I love this place. If you ever need a snack, a late night road trip snack box, or just wanna go get a cup of coffee at 2am and rethink your life, this place will welcome you, and of course amazing donuts! Long live Ramos donut house!
Best donut shop in red bluff hands down. The peak time for the highest quality donut is around 3am-7am. That's when they're fresh, spongy and lightly crispy.
Dirty bakery. Mold around the interior doors and windows. No English speaking employees. Donuts are dried out because they're left in an open case all day.
Good coffee, excellent customer service, fluffy warm donuts. Walked out with happy kids and some caffeine for me. Very reasonable prices as well.
They say open 24 hours a day 7 days a week even on Facebook, I try to go in and all doors are locked, on a Tuesday morning as well. I called and no answer, lights on donuts out, Neon OPEN signs are on. Yeah for my first time trying to get a donut here is not going so well..
Small little place with fresh donuts
Took my daughter's in for a late night snack, the guys behind the counter were very friendly, the let my kids see how they made the doughnuts, and let them have fresh doughnuts that we're still warm. I'd go back
The best donuts in the area. If you have a craving you can definitely be satisfied here
Food was awesome only complaint I have was getting into the parking lot And then trying to get out
This is a great place for a very casual coffee and apple fritter. The perfect place for a first meeting with someone you've been texting with on a dating site, safe and public.
They're open 24/7 and they have delicious donuts and bread. The employees are always very nice and I would highly recommend going here for your donut needs :).
Too expensive for a donut shop, and the donut box smelled like some type of chemicals not donuts, the workers are very nice shy people though??
Great donuts late! Try their breakfast sandwiches also, very tasty. Staff is prompt, polite, and knowledgeable about their products.
I like the fact that it look like it was family owned but the donuts were not so much as anywhere else too bad they weren't Krispy Kreme or similar
Great donuts & smoothies! Very friendly but they run out of my favorite sometimes by 10am it's so popular...??
Good donutes, fresh hot coffee. What more do u need.
We go here more often then I want to as admit. We moved here from montana & only ever got dry donuts from a grocery store lol. The people at Ramos are so friendly!!!
The donuts are so good! Try their smoothies or breakfast burritos!
Wonderful local bakery with great goods, donuts of all kind, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, even croissants! Would recommend to anyone to give it a shot!
Horrible donuts, 10 $ for two donuts and two coffees! They were soaked in grease, I took one bite and threw the rest away! Don't waste your money or time!
Well I live here n losmolinos n when I go to RedBluff n I want a great donuts ?? I always go to Ramos Donut House
The employees are always very rude I?ve never had a good experience here once.
This guy's make donuts like they old days big and good when you go there ask for the 2 dozen deal buy one and get the second half off is not all ways on sale but if you ask you might get it??????????
Super friendly, super yummy ?? Prices and availability of larger variety later in the day are a little better a little farther south at Kevin's, though....
Amazing donuts decent staff and it seems like they always have fresh donuts and a good selection.
Fresh coffee and donuts as well as breakfast items. Very good family owned business. Love going in sitting and relaxing.
How many ways can you say,"This is the best place to get donuts in the area?" This place eats diets for Second Breakfast.
Great donuts and breakfast sandwhiches! Good prices! Tasty and fresh treats!!
Favorite donuts in town I worked as a baker for Winchell's for almost 10 yrs they are pretty close
Have not been in but a couple times lately but have visited numerous times in the past. Great people and great food.
Family owned that's the place you want to encourage. Good service and good food .
Excellent doughnuts! Munchie approved, go nutz for Ramos Donuts! Friendly service and a great fresh selection.
Love this place. Go here every other day. Nice friendly costumer service. Great food. Love it.
Maple bar with custard, this is so heavy you almost need a truck to get it out of the door, lol.
The girl behind counter was super nice donuts were big and yummy stopped while visiting family need one in redding
Open all the time, has never failed me. They?re there when I?ve needed it most. 11/10
I get donuts every Fri morning love this place.
We had a chocolate bar didn't like it it was stale.
these donuts are so flipping good they put Krispy Kream to shame. they are like donut crack. no b.s. they are the best.
The breakfast sandwiches and donuts are made fresh every morning and are delicious, coffee is nice and hot and freshly made.
Good people, friendly service, huge croissant breakfast sandwiches and donuts ??
Love coming to the Donut Shop. Even on Mother's Day they still had alot available
It was great, plan on going back to try their biscuits and gravy ??
The maple old fashioned donut was so sweet it was unbearable. The guy at the counter was not very friendly or even say thank you.
Been going here for years and always pleased with the establishment.
Really good donuts , good selection, the place is clean and the people are friendly.
Ate half a donut and it wasn't good at all. Made me sick all night and into the next day. Won't go back.
Havent been back sinse i got donut that were uncooked in the middle. Used to go there alot for work.
Because the donuts are alright, but never taste like a donut from the 80s or before (which is what people want when they're craving a donut, even if they're not old enough to realize it).
The donuts are okay but they charge you more for a 1/2 dozen plain donuts than glazed. Go figure
Absolutely love this place. Friendly service and best apple fritter I've had.
Very good Donuts in really good customer service are like the best Yummy Donuts
Kevin's Donuts are so much better. You'll definitely taste the difference
