We loved the cake that Raised made for our wedding day! Communication for the ordering and pickup process was smooth. We opted for a simple yet elegant design for the cake cutting and also ordered a few sheet cakes for our guests to enjoy. We can?t thank Raised enough for their delicious cake and excellent service!

Cute little doughnut shop. My favorite was the maple bar: just a good, classic doughnut with delicious dough. The raspberry holes were interesting and unexpected. I think they're rolled in freeze-dried raspberries which is pretty unique. But I found them a bit too tart and the texture was off. The mochi doughnuts were alright but the classic ones were much better.

I ordered a cake from Raised Doughnuts for my wedding. The process for ordering was so easy since Raised Doughnuts had the exact pricing on their website and the flavors listed clearly. I got a single tier 10 inch round white cake with raspberry and earl grey filling and it was delicious! It was so light and flavorful and all our guests loved it as well! The pickup process was pretty easy too - you have to drop off a cake stand the week before and then can pick it up the day of! I can?t wait to order anothe

Update: Back again for the peach fritter!!! They are that good!! The donuts are elevated beyond any you have ever had. I stopped by today for an apple fritter and not only did they have the apple fritter but they had a peach fritter. That is what I bought. OMG it is amazing! There are two bites left and I am wanting to save it but my will power will not win very soon. Oh... I got there right after they opened and it was still warm too? So good!

Return visit and was absolutely amazing again. I really love the everything bagel donut. Also love the seasonal changes. The banana cream was awesome this visit. I would recommend getting here early as they do sell out of donuts.

Amazing donuts, I think these are some of the best I've tried in the city! The flavor is so good and the donuts are so soft. The woman who helped me there was super nice too! UPDATE: OMG I went back and just had the best donut of my life. The monthly banana cream donut was life changing!! And I didn't even think I liked banana that much, though I'm now a fan. All their donuts have been great so far. This is my go-to donut spot in the city! Big shout out to their bakers, they are amazing ??

Mi and the Raised team are phenomenal! We've been eating their doughnuts and cakes for years, so it was a no brainer to choose Raised to create our wedding cake. Mi intricately piped the most gorgeous, vintage piping. The end result was better than anything I found on Instagram or Pinterest. And of course, each layer was absolutely delicious! On top of it all, Mi showed me fantastic customer service, flexibility, and timely communication. I strongly recommend Raised for doughnuts and cakes and hope to wor

I love this donut shop! I remember when it first opened on 23rd and I'm so happy they are still in business and thriving. The donuts are so good! And the prices are actually really fair for Seattle these days. I'm impressed all around. The staff are always really nice too! 10 out of 10!

Clearly the best donuts in Seattle. Not just innovative flavors but also super well executed. I like that the donuts aren?t too huge, you can eat a couple and not feel gross. The black sesame ring was my favorite so far.

Nice place for doughnuts and not very busy on a Saturday morning. We tried four different doughnuts and I liked the maple bar the best. Will definitely have it again. The next one which I liked was the Dalgona. This was coffee based and I liked it as well. The tahini chocolate was something new for me. Although I liked it, my wife did not prefer that one. We also took the plain glazed and it was pretty good.

Found this place from a friend?s recommendation. From the menu looks like they have classic doughnuts as well as some seasonal specials along with some unique flavor combinations. It?s a cute and beautiful shop, the staff was super nice and sweet. I just got the pineapple upside-down doughnut to try out to see if I like it and it was yummy. The doughnut wasn?t overly sweet which I love, the texture was soft, fluffy, and airy. Next time I want to try their cakes and chocolate bar ??. One thing to keep in min

These doughnuts were the best we've probably ever had. Every time we travel we try a different doughnut shop. We arrived 5 minutes before opening, they opened on time, as we walked in the door there were 4-5 people in line behind us. When fresh, (ours definitely were) there is an amazing, thin crisp shell and perfect softness at the same time. The next time we are in the area we will definitely be back.

Great selection, welcoming staff, plenty of seating, and most importantly, DELICIOUS DONUTS. While the Raspberry Donut Holes were the unique star of the show, the Maple Bar and Irish Whiskey were also great. I drove over from the Eastside, as I had read good things, and was not disappointed. They accept all payment methods (I hate ?cash only? donut shops.) The owner is also very responsive on Instagram in answering customer questions, and thanking customers for coming in. That level of respect for the c

I?m on a mission to try every donut place in Seattle. I?ve come here a few times, and usually gotten of each donut. I am consistently impressed by this place. Great variety, flavors that are interesting without being weird, solid texture, nice mochinut. They never disappoint.

Best donuts I've ever had, and our custom passionfruit chocolate cake, with toasted merangue came out perfect! It looked so cool, like a giant toasted marshmallow.

Update 4/08/23: moved to a bigger location with the same great quality of doughnuts :) Enjoyed their Thai tea mochi donut although it's still pretty dense and oily, and the savory everything bagel & mango coconut filled doughnut were really good! Favorite donut place in Seattle, hands down. The owner is a super awesome POC who is very friendly, has an adorable dog and does recipe testing on Thursdays! The shop is open until her morning batch of donuts sells out, so depending on business they can get sold o

Absolutely delicious! The donuts completely blew me away. My husband and I ordered 4 donuts and 2 coffee, and it was a very fulfilling breakfast. I was definitely a bit sugar-overdosed afterwards, but it was worth it! It?s a small but cozy space.

10/10 Service. 9/10 Donut ?? I had the Toasted Coconut and Orange Glaze Donut. My partner had a Mochi Sugar and Michu Lunar New Year donuts that are gluten free. They had 4 gluten free options. There was a short line on a Saturday morning but it?s quick. Next time I?ll try different flavors and a cake slice. They do not offer lattes. Donuts are from $2 to $3 each.

I don?t know what they do to the doughnuts here, but it?s something magic! I have only had exceptionally delicious doughnuts here and friendly service. They?re pet friendly, too, which is a huge plus for me.

I only eat yeasted doughnuts, no offense to my old fashioned and cake doughnut friends, and this is a great little shop! Especially liked the sweet corn and apple fritter! The doughnuts are on the smaller side if you're expecting Top Pot sized. The price point is average for the Seattle area. I'd come back to check out the rotating monthly flavors.

Fabulous cake. Beautiful and utterly delicious. Flavors pronounced and distinct, and the right amount of sweetness. Awesome service (ordered late). Cannot wait to get into the doughnuts. Great space too.

Awesome doughnuts, MiKim is the best when it comes to everything baking! Doughnuts are a must try. Best around! Gotta love the monthly change of donuts. Pineapple upside down and the bacon cruelest are must haves. ???????????? Go Go Donuts! Noodle the mascot is awesome! ??

Interesting flavor ideas, was tempted mainly because of the mochi donuts for something different. Caramel crunch was very unexpectedly subtle while the black sesame had fantastic flavor. Big downside is the price of the donuts which are also fairly small in size, see banana Pic for reference. Also the mochi donuts ended up disappointing due to their greasy sogginess, not fried at the right temp I guess.

My husband and I decided to go to a few donut places in one day recently and this was our favorite of the 4! They have small batches, so you know everything is fresh! We loved their unique selection/flavors and the texture of the donuts! We were also delighted to find out that they sold pupnuts (little doggie donut holes) so our dog Otus could join in on the fun! Cute shop interior too!!

I was drawn into this place after grabbing a burger next door. I do have to say I was disappointed with the donuts. The churro was pretty flavorless as well as the raspberry holes. The Apple fritter was good but only tasted one single small piece of apple. Overall this is what I got for $18.

Best donuts I?ve had in a long time! Freshly made. The donuts felt cake-like in every bite. Unique flavors made the experience a lot better. Each donut fills you up!

I bought 5 donuts and some holes and forked over 20 bucks! The flavors are creative and I don't mind the small size, but the price is too high for small clever donuts with the wrong texture that don't taste as exciting as they sound. Also, I got there around 720am and the donuts seemed not that fresh??????? Shared with friends who I didn't realize had had them before and weren't that impressed either...but their kids devoured them. That being said, the store was hip and clean and the staff was wicked frien

TL;DR: One of the best small batch donuts in the WORLD - with great Asian and seasonal flavors. WE LOVE RAISED DOUGHNUTS! My husband's favorite treat has always been donuts, so we've had our fair share of donuts all around Seattle, Portland, and any international trips - but Raised has always been our favorite! Every donut is so tastefully (delicious AND instagram able) and thoughtfully (creative flavors) crafted. The classic mochi donut is incredible and wows all the friends we've brought boxes of donuts

I was actually looking for a cake vendor for my wedding, and my friend recommended this place. And I'm so glad she did, because their cake was a HUGE HIT! Not only did I become a returning customer, but some of our guests were converted too! I haven't actually tried their doughnuts yet, but their cakes are absolutely delicious!

The Raised team made our wedding cake, which was GORGEOUS, delicious and special. Thank you to the team for helping delight our guests (they particularly loved the chocolate raspberry), and making our day special.

Amazing! This is right by a rapidly growing and changing part of the CD. For COVID precautions, they ate outside to greet you and take your order, so it?s minimal contact. Their classic apple fritter did not disappoint, and the gingerbread fritter they have for December is SO good. Gooey, soft, fresh, and sweet perfection. Can?t wait to go back to try some of their weekend specials!

The raspberry doughnut holes were off the charts! Also, the maple bar was an interesting spin on a classic with a touch of salt added. Yum! Don't forget pup nuts for the pooch.

Bought 2 donuts; Cranberry and Gingerbread. What does great with donuts? Coffee seems to be a winner...but we were told by the counter person they were out.... I wanted to ask? How could you possibly be out of coffee?...got the 'evil eye's from the partner so stayed quiet......but still enquiring minds want to know...no coffee in Seattle? Now about the donuts. Very limited selection. 11 to be exact. The donuts were okay. The iced topping had all the flavour the actual donut not so much... total for 2 donu

First time we came around 12pm on a Sunday and they were already sold out! The second time we called ahead to reserve doughnuts, but they had some available anyway at around 10am. These doughnuts are delicious. Particularly loved the toasted coconut special and will be going back to try the mochi flour doughnuts.

Pineapple upside-down cake best doughnut ever! Only 4 stars because prices are insane. At least give us a 6 or 12 doughnut deal. Never again will I buy 8 doughnuts no matter how good they are. Bill was insane. Sad face. I get we pay for local and fresh but many bakeries around do the same and dont charge these rates. YOU guys thrive because all the different flavors. I hate ube lol but daughter loves it. Ty guy but pretty please cut us a break. Many in this area aren't rich or anywhere near middle class ple

Been wanting to come here for a long time. Finally made it today and was not disappointed. The passion mochi donut was absolutely scrumptious. All the flavors this month were tasty. Definitely will be coming back!

Great smaller sized raised donuts. Tons of flavor in every bite. Apple fritter, peach fritter and a regular were delicious. They have a new location with excellent indoor seating and still incredible amazing donuts with new seasonal flavors that continue to impress.

Absolute gem of a shop. The raspberry doughnut holes were unlike anything I?ve ever had at a doughnut shop. Definitely a must try. The pumpkin fritter was also such a unique option. Every bite was wonderful.

I had been meaning to stop in for a while. Today I roamed the area and it had changed soooo much in the last 5 years (I only live 1 mile away). The location is stunning. I walked in and it felt fancy, inviting, made me want to buy everything on the menu. I got there around 1130-12 and they make everything for the day and start selling off. Therefore I only had 8 options instead of the normals 15 or so. The donuts were unique and all sounded appetizing. I grabbed a sweet corn and raspberry donut hole, with

Good donut! Soft and airy! Drip coffee was good too. Sounds like they will sell out throughout the day so get there early if you want the largest variety to choose from.

Donuts always deliver, flavors rotate, staff are friendly, and the drip coffee aint bad either. I personally cant ask for much more out of my neighborhood donut spot.

I've gotten donuts from here before and loved how soft and fluffy they were, so I thought I'd treat myself to one today. I showed up around 11:15 on a Sunday and they were already out of a lot of stuff, but thankfully, they still had the ones I was eyeing. I got the bacon blue cheese blueberry, sweet corn, and black sesame mochi (all from their July flavors). The bacon blue cheese was really unique! Strong flavors from the cheese, but I'd get it again. The sweet corn was a bit plain to me -- the corn flavo

This place was very cute! The owners are extremely helpful! we tried a lot of the donuts this am! My favorites were the black sesame and the coconut and ubue**sp? The texture of these donuts is on point! Great addition to the neighborhood.

Gluten free mochi donuts were ok. If you like an airy, more fried donut this is for you. On the smaller size of donuts but reasonably priced. The cafes dog is super cute.

Good inventive doughnuts. There's a line if you arrive when they open (9:00 AM) so be ready to wait 15 mins. The Everything Bagel Donut was surprisingly good - like a soft airy bagel without the jaw workout. The Pineapple Upside Down was too oily for my taste, but decent overall. Staff was nice and prices were fair. I'd recommend coming here.

Raised doughnuts is delicious! There are rotating flavors each day and month and every one I've had so far has been tasty. These doughnuts sell out every day so don't wait to get here. The inside is a nice space for getting some work done too. As a dog lady I love that they sell dog donuts too!

Good donuts, some of the rotating options we had were great (big fan of the mango mochi). Everything donut was a hit too. Price is also reasonable given the creativity and attention to detail.

So happy this place opened up so close to me! Creative and beautiful pastries! They taste just as good as they look! The raspberry doughnut holes and lychee doughnut are definitely something you wanna try!

Raised doughnuts has the best tasting cakes, donuts pastries and any type of sweet treat you can think of. They all taste amazing, and I had a birthday cake made from them, and it was exceptional. Best place to visit!!

Raised Doughnuts has great doughnuts....But I wanted to give Mi a shoutout for Raised Cakes. Raised started doing cakes not that long ago. I did not hear about them until I saw a foodie friend post a birthday cake she bought from Raised. I was looking to find a wedding cake vendor, and I loved Raised's cake flavor options! It is a mix between American style and Asian style fruit cakes. I was a little worried since they are so new, but the cake flavor was totally my taste and Mi was so nice and professional

Holy cow five stars! My favorite doughnut place in Seattle, over Dachi, Fuji bakery, or Top Pot. Rivals with some spots in Portland. You must try the raspberry holes(a staple). Our favorite of the current monthly flavors was Nectarine. They have just a few parking spots in front that are often filled up, but plenty of parking to be found in the surrounding blocks. They are still open during quarantine. They do monthly and daily flavors, so be sure to check their website on what they?re offering that day. Th

We were the first in line! as the door opened and little cutest doggy "noodle" greeted us into the chic shop. Very simple design of interior and exterior, yet with a cozy feeling. Coffee is great and they have variety of drinks they make. Doughnut gallery was spectacular, we almost picked one of each flavor to taste. Mochi plain doughnut is very interesting and yummy. What I liked best was that none of them were too sweet, sweet enough but without being overwhelming. The blueberry bacon one was a new flavo

These are the best donuts in Seattle. Raised Doughnuts and Cakes's creative and balanced rotating flavors keep me coming back at least a couple times a month. Their donuts are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and each donut is made with a clear attention to detail by their passionate, friendly, and skilled team.

Very good doughnuts, lots of seasonal options. Very quiet inside and the team working there was very friendly.

So much more delicious and so much more variety than a standard donut joint. We loved the raspberry donut holes (tangy and amazing!), apple fritters, and everything else we tried.

Love their donuts and rotating flavors are fun to try out. Great place to get a box of treats for gifting too :)

LOVE Raised!!!!!! Their mochi donuts are awesome and they even have doughnuts for dogs -pupnuts!

This gem doesn?t need my review, however I have purchased several cakes from here that have tasted perfect, but have also been beautiful. Love the attention to detail.

Came here on a Saturday morning, very short line which was nice! The donuts?especially the limited time yogurt mochi donuts?were all amazing!! 100/10! I also got a slice of the Earl Grey strawberry cake. The flavors and texture of the cake itself were pretty good, not sure if I liked the outer frosting layer though. Overall it was a great experience!

Raspberry donut holes are the perfect combination of sweet and tart and the seasonal red bean mocha donut was perfectly chewy and not overwhelmingly sugary. The space was lovely place to eat my treats. Mi Kim, owner and creator extraordinaire, was behind the counter and she could not have been sweeter, even throwing in an extra donut hole!! I wish I had an upcoming birthday for an excuse to special order one of their fantastic-looking cakes, the selection and customization options look incredible!

Wonderful donuts and amazing prices only $2-$3.25!! The sugared mochi donut was my favorite, then the passion fruit glaze with dried strawberries. Cute space with friendly service to hang out or work for a little bit with a two dollar cup of drip coffee.

The apple fritter doughnut was light and airy, it was delicious and felt much healthier than the traditional apple fritters which are soaked with oil. In addition to classic flavors they also have fun flavors such as guava mochi and haupia malasada. To top it off the coffee is the cheapest I?ve found at $2.25! Great environment to hang out at as well.

Probably my favorite donut shop of all time. I go almost weekly! They are constantly changing flavors and trying new ideas. The workers are always so nice and welcoming every time I have come in. It's awesome that they have a strong goal of being a sustainable company by only making enough donuts for the day so that they don't go to waste, and even the ones that don't get sold sometimes get added to your order on the house so that they do not get thrown out.

The mochi donuts are easily the best donuts I've ever had. All other donuts are just plain by comparison. They were consumed far to quickly and simultaneously not quick enough.

Delicious doughnuts! Banana cream filled one is amazing!

It was okay, Raspberry Bismarck was Krispy Kreme quality, Apple Fritter was chewy and bland, the best Apple Fritters are crispy on the outside imo. Sold out of most flavors.

Amazing donut selection and beautiful cakes. A small line out the door on the Saturday I visited. I got there at the opening time. Line moved fairly quickly. Great selection if you go early. Donut varieties change seasonally and monthly. Highly recommend

Amazing doughnuts ?? Everything bagel, maple bar, raspberry, toasted coconut and raspberry holes. Highly recommend!

Sublime donuts: try the Friday cruller! Beautiful open space, really efficient and friendly service and clean bathrooms!

We used Raised Doughnuts and Cakes as our wedding cake vendor and they were amazing. While we knew exactly what flavors we wanted after living near the shop and tasting flavors since they opened, Mi was so helpful in helping us figure out how much cake to order and how best to decorate the cakes as well. Everything about the process was very flexible yet professional. Communication was easy, paying and pick-up were simple, and best of all perfect in both taste and value. We had many of our guests compliment

Both their donuts and their cakes are absolutely amazing! The donuts here really feel fun and special, especially for someone who typically prefers raised donuts over cake donuts. We recently ordered our wedding cake from Raised Cakes and were absolutely blown away by how beautiful and delicious it was! We sent Mi a few photos of what we envisioned for the design, and they totally delivered. Most importantly, we had so many guests raving about how good the cake was and I can?t wait to order cakes again for

Just hit this up. Sorry, close to the worst doughnuts we?ve had. Straight oil. Had lots of mochi doughnuts in Pan Asian settings. ?Raised Doughnuts? are not the mochi doughnuts we were expecting. Small, heavy, and oily vs light, fluffy, and satisfying. Also, a little side note. When you have to ask customers not to lean on the front glass because it?s too flimsy, it?s time to make it less flimsy. Interesting flavors, poor execution, wasted money. Doughnuts ended up in the trash.

As someone who is gluten free, raised doughnuts is such a gift. Before I found them it?s been impossible (hopeless?) to find a doughnut that tastes like an actual doughnut and is gluten free. Their mochi donuts of the month and the cinnamon sugar staple are so moist, chewy and delicious. Now the only thing I hope for is something maple or chocolate to really satisfy my frosting dreams! Also, my partner is not gf and loves their other doughnuts, we really think this place is special.

Got our wedding cake and desserts from here and it did not disappoint. The cake was gorgeous and delicious, and the donuts were definitely a big hit. We even had some family members asking if there were leftover donuts and cakes they can bring home because it was so yummy ??

Cute little shop with some of the best donuts I've ever had, and I've had a lot of donuts. The donuts are light with a nice crispy/chewy exterior and soft/doughy interior, making it easy to try a few flavors without feeling like you just ate a bunch of donuts. Flavors are well thought out with plenty of classic as well as seasonal options that exceeded expectations. Dehydrated strawberry with balsamic drizzle was packed with flavor and the maple bar and mochi dusted with sugar made me regret not buying a fu

THE PEACH FRITTER IS TO DIE FOR. Peach cobbler in a donut, so tasty! They always have delicious flavors, definitely stop by if you?re in the neighborhood!

The shop is well organized, with an easy counter to see the donuts and a seating area to enjoy them. I was excited to try the mochi donuts, but they were quite a but smaller than the "normal" donuts and were very oily. However, the other donuts were fluffy and delicious! I enjoyed the November specials, pumpkin fritter and snickerdoodle.

Nice clean bright shop with a welcoming friendly Baker. Doughnuts were full of flavour, especially the raspberry holes made with ground freeze dried raspberries. I also loved the lemon verbena which had a great lemon flavour. We found that the doughnuts were more greasy than what we are used to and on the small side, especially the apple fritter. The coffee was fine but we had hoped for something with a bit more flavour.

Interesting donuts, not your typical funky flavors (like Voodoo). I rather like the ones we tried even though the selection was small even when we went around noon. Nice interior. No espresso or decaf.

Best yeast donuts in Seattle. Maple Bar and Plain Glazed are always delicious here. The everything (savory) donut is interesting... In general, the rotating, creative flavors are hit and miss. $$$$ for donuts, but would still recommend hitting them up at least once -- chances are, you'll be back ;)

It's National Doughnut Day and every year my niece and her father take a donut tour. Today she brought me a sample from Raised doughnuts! These Donuts were delightful. We enjoyed the raspberry donut holes, tahini and chocolate raised donut and a chocolate bar. What I enjoyed most was the crispy outside and light and airy inside. The glaze was the perfect amount of sweet! The flavors were unique and subtle. I would highly recommend stopping in and enjoying what they have to offer!!

Delicious donuts! I love trying the rotating flavors.

Shop was cute. Not that big of a variety of doughnuts. The doughnuts were too soggy with oil for me. It kinda tasted like it was made with old oil and the doughnuts clenched on to a lot of oil. Kinda got nauseous after 2. Unfortunately not for me

Easily the best donuts that have ever graced my pallette. People leaving 1 and 2 star reviews have bad taste, and should not be trusted with any culinary input. These donuts are NORMAL SIZE, and the unique flavors elevate them above a standard breakfast treat. With every bite you can taste the love and thought that goes into these unbeatable donuts.

Even though I came a bit later in the day and they were sold out of some donuts, the flavors I did try were fantastic! I opted for some flavors like the Oreo Donut Holes I might not have usually chosen but was pleasantly surprised. I also picked up a PupNut for my dog?s first birthday and I?d say she gave it five stars as well. Will definitely return.

I'm a straight-ahead raised glazed donut guy. Designer donuts, exotic flavors and toppings don't really excite me, although I'll give them a try. Been to lots of bakeries, coast to coast, including many of the best known. My son and his partner took me to Raised a few days ago while my wife and I were visiting them in Seattle, and we tried quite a variety. They were excellent, end of story. What makes it all go is the dough. Terrific balance between airy and substantial, chewiness and moistness, with a mar

Small and cute donut shop, donuts are made from raised dough with cream on top. There are several flavors and a couple more on the weekend (Fri-Sun). I had an "everything" donut, it tasted fresh and delicious. No in-store shopping at the moment, you can peek through the big window and order at the door.

Came in for a morning coffee and donut. Bring your own cup, it knocks 1/2 off the price! The donuts are interesting, a bit different from the standard donuts you see everywhere. They have a sort of home made quality, and they are delish. (I had a churro crueller)
