This place has THE BEST donuts! Hands down these donuts are superior. I say this as someone who used to be a fan of another popular local chain. Rainbow has a better recipe, better filling and better icings. I used to visit the original Rainbow location way back in the 90s and they were just as good then. My wife also loves their milk tea and smoothies. They have a donut that is a fried croissant and it is delicious and unique! Definitely recommend Rainbow Donuts! We order from them like 3 times a week.

Owner was so friendly donuts were a great variety and fresh was out of town but these donuts for sure will have me coming back next time i visit arizona ! :)

This place is amazing. I was in town visiting my lovely sister when I just HAD to find a donut place. I love this place! Historically they?ve always done an amazing job fulfilling the requests in my orders. The last two times I?ve received glazed donuts that were covered in powder sugar when I requested powdered lemon filled donuts. I won?t eat them?I tried one and it was awful. I added a substitute but got something disgusting instead. I?m done ordering from this shop & guess I?ll say I appreciate the push to stop eating donuts!

I?ve always preferred local and family-owned donut shops over national chains, and this donut shop is why. I found them through the TooGoodToGo app, which prevents food waste, and the donuts I got were still so soft and airy and not overly sweet AT ALL. I came here because not only was it close by but it had a lot of reviews recommending it saying their donuts were delicious and I was absolutely not disappointed!!! The owner was so wholesome and kind I was instantly greeted when I walked in. I got a half dozen of a few of my favorites as well as this Cronut creation they had that they describe as a donut croissant. I went here to pick up donuts for my 6th graders classroom for his birthday and the people here were very nice people. I was treated with respect and courtesy I ended up purchasing 55 donuts, it was a great experience will be coming back.

This is the place to go if you're looking for a morning treat that won't slow you down. The donuts I got here are super fluffy and fresh, and does not have the grease overload problem like other donut shops. The staff was extremely nice and even gave me samples of their croissant donuts because I bought so much that day. Awesome feeling waking out of there with boxes of delicious donuts and a good time spent buying them.

As a breakfast food fanatic, this place was great the moment I walked in: Unique donut shop that bakes everything they have from scratch; personally loved their filled & old-fashioned donuts. They were very pleasant to work with. I needed donuts for a baby shower board. I placed the order over the phone and she nailed it. They were perfect and I received so many compliments on them.

Just wanted put this out there, I was a bit disappointed when I looked at my receipt. I was charged with getting ?Fancies?. If I would?ve been told I would?ve grabbed a few more than 3 boston creams at the additional charge. Boston creme?s are usually included in a dozen at most other donut shops. But OK. I was also surprised at the extra fees on this receipt. While I understand a ?credit card surcharge fee?, I didn?t understand why I was also charged a non-cash adjustment fee along with a processing fee. I

This place is okay. The donuts are pretty good, and the coffee is good too. They do have a $5 minimum for credit card, and a service fee. I think there are better options in the area, but this shop is fine.

Expect to wait 20 mins to get a single donut to allow the one employee working to make a boba drink. Consistent experience no matter the time of day.

This place is quite simplistic in nature I feel like it's a bit of a victim of the big retail industry that goes on here in America. The donuts are great but they're just as good as the donuts that are inside of Fry's that are half the price. I would have given 5 stars for just the food and service. Just did not like that they didn't disclose that there is a lot of fees to buy their donuts. Check your receipts! There was a processing fee, a credit card surcharge of 3%, and non cash adjustment fee of 5%. I have never seen this many fees in other donut stores. Feels a little dishonest. But loved their food and how big their donuts and servings are (I had the crossant sandwich and there was a lot of ham!). Maybe that is the reason for fees?

Went there to try the donuts from a recommendation. The counter person barely understood English. We asked for boba smoothies, then got one that didn't have boba in it, so we asked for it to be fixed and then he charged us for it. Even though it was his fault. I have been in the restaurant industry for more then 15 years and that is not right to change someone when you are the one who made the mistake. I will never be going back to this location again

I'm so happy I got to make it in here while I was in Arizona. I specifically chose this place because they had kolaches. The only other place I've had them is Texas. They were delicious. I also got to try a cronut and an apple fritter. They were really good too.

An Absolute Gem hidden in Chandler! OMG I literally just left this place. I got in my car and took a bite of the chocolate bar I just bought, and had to tell somebody how FRICKIN AMAZING it was. This was, no exaggeration, the BEST donut Ive had. It was so soft, like biting into cotton candy. It was slightly warm, and the chocolate was creamy. Beats Bosa donuts by a mile. My wife and I stopped in for a cake donut and apple fritter, and couldn?t resist getting a half dozen. Not only was this Rainbow?s donut quality and flavor superior to Bosa and Sedonuts, and others, but Nam went out of his way to deliver one of the finest customer service experiences I?ve ever had at a retail donut place. My wife and I stopped in after going to Fry's because she wanted to get a boba coffee. It's been a couple years since we've lived in Arizona, but I always remembered this place as my donut shop. Always friendly, clean and most of all - delicious donuts! Since we've been back, I make the trip when I can to visit and support one of the best donut spots in the Valley!

Never completed the purchase. Went in to try this place with my son and just wanted to get two donuts. They have a $5 minimum and a service charge for credit/debit card use. We don't carry cash and didn't want to spend that much. Always happy to pay a service charge at a small business, but the $5 minimum on top of that is a scam to drive up sales. Left the bag on the counter and walked out. Terrible way to do business.

My family loves Rainbow! Always so nice and helpful. We have a tradition of visiting every Sunday and have never had anything bad, she's even given my son free treats to help him try new things. Birthday donut is awesome too, got one last year for my son and he loved it.

This is such a cute place. They have an amazing assortment of donuts and cronuts, sandwiches, bagels, coffee, smoothies and more. They made my 2 year old son feel so special. They also said they make donut birthday cakes in the shape of numbers so we'll definitely get one of those for his birthday. This is our new go to place for donuts!

My all time favorite doughnut shop. They have those amazing croissant doughnuts. Cheap prices. Fast service. This is my favorite donut place so far, every donut I've tried here is amazing. The iced coffee is also great. The employees are very nice and always give a few free donut holes in addition.

I've been going consistently for a year or so and I've never had less than a 5 star experience. The people behind the counter couldn't be nicer and the doughnuts are always fresh and delicious. The kolaches (both regular and jalapeno) are awesome and the new red BBQ pork sandwich is killer. Other than that, my favorite smoothie (strawberry banana) is always a good go-to as well.

I bought 4 donuts here. 2 croissant donuts, one maple butter milk and one pink glazed French cruller. I had high hopes for the croissant doughnuts, but they were chewy and not good. The lady who packaged them stacked my maple donut on top of a chocolate glazed donut which squished onto mine, so then it was chocolate and maple. I did not like that at all. They others were dry and just too sweet. Even my 12 year old didn't finish his.

This is a donut place so judgeing off the donut I got it was super good. However, I mainly came here for boba. I got an iced cappucino boba and it is atrocious. I can't drink it. The boba is mushy not chewy at all. I don't think it is safe to consume. Plus ice cappucino taste like a chocolate mocha. In conclusion get donuts: not boba.

Will admit that the donuts don't taste bad but the lady who owns a place is terrible. You ask her to heat up a donut and she tells you no, she's so rude and it's the worst service. Place is great!! Went on a sunday morning and the guy was really nice at 4 in the morning, iced drink with boba was really good, got a pastrami sand which that was awesome just needed a little more meat. Also the cool thing is he seems to put more time into the doughnuts, has more variety , and the bear claws look like claws.
