I really liked my first experience today, i brought a donut and the lady there was so nice to me and gave me little treats too! also it was quite place which is relaxing ?? the donut is rich inside as filling. I love it! Today?s experience made my day!

We have special feelings about this place! It's been the same since we first started coming almost 8 years ago. Say what you want but this team gets it done. *What you should know: Wonderful people and family operated. We had breakfast and boba :) we will keep coming back. ???? Happy Campers ??

The older lady working was absolutely amazing! She was very sweet! She gave a multiple other donuts to try on top of what we purchased. She recommended very good options, and would definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent variety of donuts! Very friendly amazing customer service. They also have variety of sandwiches, many fruit frozen drinks,smoothies and can add boba. They have a new boba also that pops in your mouth with a fruity flavor as well as original. Very clean also. Definitely recommend and I will be back myself.

My husband and I stopped in this morning to get something quick to eat. The lady at the front was so friendly. I did not have the pleasure of interacting with staff, but if they're anything like the donuts, I look forward to the meet! These donuts are some of the best I've experienced. They're like clouds, so fluffy and the flavor is on point. We got an assortment of flavors. I have been coming here for a few years now and they have never disappointed. Everyone in our office loves their donuts and they are very nice people. This morning I ordered what I thought were a couple of cookies and cream filled chocolate bars, but I was mistaken. They took two fresh chocolate bars in the back and came back with pieces of art! lol Made my whole morning.

My kiddos picked an assortment of donuts. They are really good. They also tried the strawberry pearls with watermelon juice. Amazing! Also tried the frozen watermelon smoothie... I have never been here before. I was picking up a door dash order and I just say, the staff is very very kind. Every weekend I walk to Rainbow Donuts for old fashioned red velvet donuts. They're my 1st favorite, but be warned...old fashioned red velvet donuts are only served on the weekend's! So impressed. I was scrolling through door dash looking for breakfast, and I was disappointed in seeing most places charge $12+ for basic breakfast items! Screw that. For those who don't know... Rainbow and Bosa Donuts compete on the same gourmet level for donuts. A level above Dunkin Donuts. Both are far from each other so no direct competition. If you want a great donut and this store is near you... give them a try. You'll have trouble going back to grocery store donuts after you do!!:)

Just ordered a couple donuts and a breakfast burrito. Bacon is burrito wasn't completely cooked ( not saying it needs to be crispy). It was cold. Apple fritters were over cooked, hard in center or they were old. Threw away burrito and fritters. Rainbow use to be an awesome donut shop. Disappointed.

This place is a joke. There was hardly any variety at all of donuts. The dozen I did buy was very dry at 9am and 3 of the donuts we found hair it them. I do not recommend this dump to anyone. I should have known better when I seen all the shelf empty and I asked the gentleman if he would have more donuts coming out and he said no they are short on product. My mistake for giving the business the benefit of the doubt. I will never go there again so Bosa it will be.

This place is great. The donuts are excellent and the people are usually friendly. It's too bad a lot of people avoid this area because of the flood of drug zombies that roam the area. If you are in the area and there are no freaks in the parking lot, swing in. You won't regret it. They are seriously some of the best donuts I've found in the area.

Earlier this morning I had to back out of the drive thru at Bosa Donuts on 75th and Cactus because they were taking way too long. I went inside to see what the problem was and there were people working there who did not care about customer service. The donuts are to die for. I tried the cronut today. I just got the original glazed cronut and it was good. Very filling. The breakfast sandwiches aren't that great, mostly because the bacon isn't cooked all the way and the eggs are not seasoned and weird and too much milk is added to them. And also the bagel wasn't toasted. I got really bad diarrhea from the bacon egg and cheese bagel. But everything else here is great. The service is great and they always give me free donuts holes every visit.

The older lady is about blind no disrespect!! Wish I would have read the reviews first same as others below I didn't get what I want cause the lady can't see and they have multiple names per donut. I don't believe she can hear well aswell repeated my self till I was frustrated and just got what ever . She did throw a extra in. Great selection! Been here on weekdays to take donuts to meetings at work and always in and out fast. Got here on a Saturday morning for the first time and I was impressed with the speed of service. I am honestly shocked to see so many five star reviews. We went to this donut shop in the middle of the day. Upon entering there was people a young man waiting already, and a couple standing on to the side. The young man hasn't been helped for a good 10min, us and the remaining people already inside the shop had to wait and listen to the owner argue with her employees in the back. Donut fanatic here. Bosa donuts or bashas grocery store has been my go to spot for years. A couple months ago I had someone bring me here. This rainbow donuts location is now my go-to donuts. Other donut shops have given me stall donuts despite them being ?just made?. Here they are genuinely fresh and you can taste the quality donut. Customer service here is 10/10 every time they know how to take care of their customers and keep us coming back. Thank you, don?t change a thing.

Delicious, very fresh. Large variety. I really like Dunkin before I moved but this location is close to my house now and thought I would give them a try. I had a coupon to buy a dozen get 1/2 off your 2nd dozen. So I brought them to work. They didn't even last til noon. Will not go back here. Been here twice. The first time I went at 7 30 am and there was a good variety and my donuts were good but I've had better. The second time I went, I went at 1 30 and they were so picked over. If you're going to stay open until 8, you should keep a good variety until then. Not like they will go will to waste. I frequent this place at least once or twice a month. The ladies here are very nice and tend to offer a free doughnut or two for me when I come in. The prices were very reasonable. Rainbow donuts rocks my world, I work very close to this location and thank goodness. These ladies have nothing but freshness and goodness to serve, from breakfast to lunch or a special treat its always amazing and the service is always fast. I didn't even mention the variety of smoothies and drinks to order as well. A must have for sure often!

Very poor customer service. Almost had to call the police on the lady. She made a smoothie with water instead of milk and we said it looked like a melted icee. I asked for my refund the lady said she can?t when paying with a card. Only cash. I told her to Call the owner and she called the owner and he said he was coming in an hour to do the refund. Surviving on a small island of not much good around, this place is an oasis. The donuts are Delicious and the Service is wonderful. Jelly donuts have actual jelly in them. Not that red paste junk. Get some of these ??. You will remember what good donuts really taste like.

They don?t speak very good English so when you go to order they charge you for things you never even ordered and the things you?re ordering are wrong. Being one of the only quality donut places open to the apparently late hour of 8 PM, I was just happy to be able to get some sweet treats even though the selection was somewhat limited. They were out of my all-time fave, the French cruller, but I satisfied my sweet tooth with a traditional honey glazed and chocolate iced. The latter was one of the best I've had in awhile taking me back to the home bakery my grandmother used to work at a lifetime ago. Believe me, that's high praise!

Not terrible. Not great but not terrible. Pretty much just like Bosa. Ordered a Thai smoothie, an item they had on the Uber eats app, they didn't have it. No big deal, just requested a taro instead. Smoothie was melted and the sandwich was kind of cold. I live right across the street pretty much so it couldn't have been on the drive that it happened. My Uber girl also said they had only just started to make everything. So I don't know what happened. Would still stop by and give it another go.

Got a cookies and cream boba - around 2:30pm. The boba?s texture was really off . 1/3 of it was slightly chewy the rest of the boba had no chew at all. And the cookies and cream smoothie just tasted like chocolate smoothie.Pretty disappointed- but the place itself is really clean.

Solid spot for donuts and various other items, they had fresh trays coming out as i walked in at 4 in the morning. Which added to the freshness and warmth of the still hardening chocolate. Cant go wrong here, plenty of donut types to choose from as well

Friendly workers, clean facility, awesome donuts! Since moving to Arizona I still did not find my replacement for Donut Man in California. There donuts are fresh with a crispy outside and soft inside. Keep in mind I had their old fashioned donut. Coffee is good, a bit strong for my taste but they allow you to add the creamer you need yourself with good options between two flavored creamers or plain and surger. Location seems good too.
