Fantastic small business with a big heart and smile. I am personally fond of a good cake donut, and I was thrilled with my purchase. The Broasted chicken in the showcase looked very tempting as well , but i passed on it. This is one business you will want to visit.

The owner here is incredibly friendly! We came in at 6:45 am on a Saturday morning and got donuts. They were some of the best we?ve had. She offered us free donut holes and some coffee too. We will definitely be back next time we visit Tucson!

The best chicken tenders I've ever had. Giant, juicy, and crunchy. The donuts were pretty good too. The ladies behind the counter were very nice. There were about 6 booths and one larger table for seating inside. People were in and out getting to go the entire time we were there.

I can't decide which I love best, the Donuts or the chicken. You can't go wrong with either. The coleslaw is delicious, and I'm picky about my coleslaw. Potato wedges, potato salad, all delicious! When I say small, it?s the size of a hockey puck, which is perfect because the crispy outer layer on larger size donuts always is very thin and oily tasting. I LOVE this place I have lived in the area like 10 miles from here and never knew about this fabulous place. I went in and bought fried chicken and donuts and the chicken was so fresh juicy and tasty. The donuts remind me of the ones back home in Calif finally found a place that I will definitely frequently visit. The customer service was above and beyond wonderful and the shop very clean thank you for your wonderful tasting chicken & donuts

The staff here are a part of the community and know most customers by name. The chicken and homemade side dishes are the best I have ever eaten. The chicken is always juicy and fresh The sides are also home made and a perfect compliment to the chicken.

We have been living in this neighborhood for 3 years and we had never explored our local shops and Im so mad at myself for not doing so earlier. My husband stopped by and the owners were so nice. I LOVE this place! We moved to the neighborhood not too long ago. I stopped by next door at the Mexican store to grab some things and decided to get a donut. And I am so GLAD I did! We went to have their really good chicken at 11:45am we wanted coleslaw and potato wedges also. We were told they were out of coleslaw and potatoes I ask if they could make more potatoes, knowing coleslaw take more time, she said no. Super disappointed in her answer so we left. They haven't even gone into their lunch run and they are out of food and won't make anymore. It's hard for me to understand how they wouldn't make more. Regardless we probably won't go back.

These donuts might not look like much and it's just a basic hole in the wall of a place but my god are they good. I went on a cross country road trip and stumbled upon this place - some of the best donuts I've had in the whole country! (Definitely the best *classic* donuts.) If you're in Tucson I recommend stopping here on your way to/from Saguaro National Park West!

I go in this place at least twice a month for a dozen of donuts and they are amazing and as for their chicken I love it too so tender and good plus the potato wedges to. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Plus it's family owned and they are always so kind to everyone.

You would not expect this unassuming little donut shop in a strip mall outside of Tucson to have the BEST DONUTS in Tucson. But, it certainly does! Always fresh, always well filled, Queens donuts is worth the small drive. (Yeah, we've had Amy's Donuts, but Queens blows them away. Sincerely.) Don't sleep on the chicken! Love it here! The donuts are always fresh and even if I buy a dozen on the 3rd day they taste and smell just as good! The ladies always greet you with a smile and treat you like family, I love walking in and seeing the older generation coming here to have donuts and coffee, it's like the hangout place, like a Starbucks for the older generation. The BEST chicken in town! A must try if you are the mood for fried chicken. Technically it is broastered chicken, so it come out crispy, moist, and delicious every time. Their chicken tenders are the only tenders my wife will eat. They also have delicious donuts and their costumer service is second to none. Please stop by and give it a try.

Fabulous place to go for both donuts and surprisingly, fried chicken. This is an excellent mom and pop operation. The owners are friendly and obliging. You can call in orders ahead of time. They do have some sides, but the chicken is definitely the main event. My mother is from Georgia, so I know what southern fried Chicken tastes like. It is with mixed emotions that I say that Queens donuts chicken is even better than my mother's. I highly recommend this enterprising small business.

My mother and went went to try the broasted chicken, it is amazing. The potato salad was really good as well. Sue was so friendly and kind as was Nana. They took great care and made us feel so appreciated. Definitely going back to this location soon.

Hands down the best apple fritter I have ever eaten. I may have moaned when I took my first bite. The large fritter was crispy in all the right places, moist and soft where it matters most, and worthy of a ?happy food dance.? Pair so well with a cup of coffee or black tea. We moved into this area of town about 6 months ago and I?m mad I didn?t find this place sooner! I?ll be back to try the chicken. Edit: I went back for chicken. Very good.

Queen donuts are the best in town! We've been enjoying their made fresh daily donuts for 15 years now, and they are amazingly delicious. You can get a dozen donuts for $13 and some change, and they are worth every cent. Queen donuts is family owned, and they also serve incredible fried chicken, if you're in the mood for savory instead of sweet.

Incredibly expensive donuts. It was $20 for a dozen!! They tasted good, but were definitely not worth the small fortune I was charged. The price sign on the wall says $8.99 for a dozen for "regular" donuts and $13.99 for "premium". But that was a lie. It's sad. I used to like this place but hadn't been for a few years. I won't be back.

Yeah they have good chicken and they make good donuts. Really this a classic price gouging operation. 17.00 dollars for a dozen donuts is absolutely ridiculous . 5.00 dollars for a breast of chicken 2.00 for a wing. 23.00 dollars for two wings and a dozen regular donuts. Unheard of. Beware when it says 13.99 it's a trick and sweet Suzy is a liar and as far as I'm concerned a thief. I'm not done with this operation I'm making phone calls to see if this is actually price gouging.

I'd like to give this place a 4 star rating for the food. However, it's a bit variable, and the prices are very high considering you might get a bad batch. It's a bad value when half of the food you ordered is inedible due to poor cooking or storage issues.

I absolutely love the chicken. It's by far the best chicken out there! Seriously. The donuts are too sweet for me but they seem to be very popular with the locals. The chicken tenders are a must have if you find yourself on this side of town.

It's a long drive from NW side of Tucson but worth every minute it takes to get there. We're from Minnesota and broasted chicken up there is fabulous. Didn't think we'd ever taste anything as good down here in Tucson. Boy were we wrong! Queen Donuts has absolutely fantastic chicken and the donuts melt in your mouth. I'm drooling just writing this!

A rare locally owned mom & pop chicken and doughnut place. Awesome broasted chicken and awesome doughnuts. If either were healthy, we would go there every day. Husband and wife owners are super friendly. Worth a side trip when visiting Desert Museum or for a no-frills destination meal. Dining area is by no means fancy, yet gets the job done.

When my husband and I visit Tucson from Wisconsin, visiting this store is a "must-do". The donuts are excellent and there is always a good variety (providing we get there early). The store owners are friendly and pleasant people. If you are in the neighborhood, make this a stop.

Since my latest visit I have found this little chicken shack can't seem to keep up with the demands for their awesome chicken. The Mrs make a wonderful chicken and fantastic coleslaw but she must go home sometime. So, after she leaves the husband cant keep up. If you want it great again you may have to wait abt 20 minutes if you go after 5pm. Place is hidden gem. Doughnuts are great. And they have great fried chicken too! Almost dont want to share, lol.
