Very quirky and creative donut shop! There are so many varieties of specialty donuts to choose from. It definitely isn't a typical donut store. The experience of such a fun donut is worth every penny! Tried a few different ones with some friends and they were all very sweet and delicious, great for calming a sweet tooth!

In what world does a donut shop get off charging so much for basic donuts. $35 for a dozen??!! $16+tax for 4 donuts!! Nothing special just fancy names? will not come back.

Visiting my family in San Jose and asked for some good local treats and this was one place they mentioned. So we hit it up on the last day and it was delicious. I love the theme and decor. The donuts were just okay tasting. I went at night and they didn't have much left, so I suggest calling to check what times they put out their fresh batches. I bought s dozen of the fancy donuts and it cost me about $34.

Love Psycho Donuts! I've been going there for about 5 years. Don?t get there as much as we'd like because we live 4 hours away. Every time we're in the area, we go there.

Very interesting decor, love the art works on the walls, very unique painting and drawings, full of talent. The variety of unique donuts decorated in a fun way. They were delicious but little bit pricey.

Come early for more selections. The pumpkin fritter (probably available only during fall) is a huge feat to eat but it's amazing how quickly it disappears into thin air. Beyond the daily allowance for sugar high allowance!

There is no donut shop that is more creative than Psycho. Favourites include Headbanger, Key Lime Pie and Kookie for Cocao. The coffee is gourmet, and goes great with the doughnuts. At times we are not sure if the selection is the freshest. Still, the kids love visiting.

Really unique vibe, and very creative product and branding. Donut selection was great, tons to choose from. They were a touch on the sweet side for my tastes and had a bit too much 'artificial' ingredients (candy, colouring, toppings mainly). But overall a super cool donut and business.

Great service, creative donuts, sub-par taste. We swing by around 6pm on a Tuesday. The lady behind the counter was kind and we got a variety of weird donuts. The flavors and toppings were fun, but they tasted more like cakey than we liked. Perhaps it was because they weren't fresh (it was the end of the day), but I would probably just go to Krispy Kreme the next time I'm craving donuts.

Best donuts of the Bay Area, ample choices, great atmosphere and nice people. Worth coming even from afar to pick a box fon next days breakfast. Highly recommended.

They aren't the best donuts I've ever had in my life but they are fun and creative. Some of them are a bust but I've definitely enjoyed more than I've disliked here. It's fun. Also my Instagram discover feed informs me they have a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure themed donut but I have yet to see it in store. Also Jones Soda in the fridge. This place used to be so fun. Went here every day of a 10 day business trip a couple years ago, because they had a ton of flavors and a selfie photo spot with props and everything. Always took a new photo and tried new flavors (2018). I drove 45 minutes there this trip excited at 8am, but selection is limited, a lot of the fun decor is gone, and there was junk storage where the selfie spot used to be. Prices are still high though. ?Depressed and Disappointing Donuts? would be a more appropriate name now

This place is a gem among gems. Their donuts are so fun and creative and all taste absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is also top notch and matches the quirky nature of the donuts they sell. The staff has always been great and I am there all the time so its safe to say all the staff members are fantastic. Came here after shopping in the mall and there were a bunch of flavors to choose from which was great but honestly very normal donuts and nothing to write home about. I thought the stand was a bit less clean than I would have wanted for buying something I was going to eat. The three for $15 deal with donut holes was a good steal, and I liked the pumpkin spice donut. The donuts did go bad pretty quickly so I don?t think they were the highest quality.

Fun place for gourmet donuts. Love the wall art and the donut names. The employee could have been a little more personable. She was kinda like a robot. We visited Fremont of town and overall enjoyed our little pit stop. Oh yeah and the donut was delicious.

One of the most unique donut shops around. Nothing really compares to the fun variety and selection offered by Pyscho Donuts. If you want to make sure you can get an exact order it is best to order online the day before so they can have your box ready to go. Walk in works as well, but not all the same donuts are available same day. Prices vary depending on size and complexity. They are great for work or large group events because people can share many of the options.

Some flavorful donuts here. I love the donuts overall. The ones on the pictures are one of my favorites. Also the one with bacon is perfect with coffee. Would not recommend the Smores flavor thought. Too much marshmallows and too little chocolate.

Psycho do not. My god the place has gone down hill. Coffee was cold and watery. Showroom was being used as a storage facility. Cashiers no longer in the psycho uniform. Sent a pic to my daughter and her comment was the shattering of fond childhood memories. I want to support small businesses more than anything. But come on, you gotta have standards. You used to set them. Today there was none. Happy to remove this review if you can get back to quality

This place serves a variety of the creative donuts. You can find the menu with descriptions online. Some good ones are Boston Scream Pie and Strawberry Fields. And of course you need some black coffee to go with the donuts. Parking can be hard to find since it's located in a small plaza close by the Campbell Community Center.

If you're used to melt-in-your-mouth, hot-off-the-conveyor Krispy Kreme donuts, lower your expectations a little before going into Psycho Donuts. This is the place to be when you crave for sweets. They've got a unique selection of donuts that you won't find at you regular shop. I'm sure you'll find something that you'll like.

Went in at open, they had, probably 5 or 6 flavors available, and said that more would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. Came back later, there was 1 or 2 new flavors out, and another promise that they?d have more out in 20 minutes. Came back 30 minutes later, and they had 1 new flavor, and it wasn?t the only one I wanted (cookie monster flavor). Ended up getting 6 donuts for about $36, and the donuts didn?t even taste fresh.

The monkey bread and old fashioned donuts are delicious! Staff is very friendly and accommodating, and there is a nice variety of donut flavors. I was also asked if I wanted a donut that was a little bit larger, which was nice. Decor is pretty wild. Great donut shop! Crazy donut combinations with names that will tickle you pink! Or I guess I should say red...and they have some really cool art on the walls for sale. We went there pretty late in the day and they STILL had a pretty decent selection. Talked to the lady at the register, she said around 10:00 is the best time to hit them up for their full selection.

A unique selection of creatively designed donuts that includes a few vegan options. I especially enjoyed the apple fritter that was fluffy and not at all oily (unlike other fritters that are oil soaked). A bit pricey, but worth the drive. I'm sure to return, even got a punch card for future freebies!

Went here for donuts this morning after reading they had vegan donuts. +1 for having vegan donuts! The frosting was average and was a bit difficult to distinguish the flavor, but the vanilla cake donut base was good! Got a total of 6 donuts which came out to a whopping $24. The donuts are def different and tasty. When we went we got a lot of them. The girl working the counter almost forgot one, she chased us to the car so we could get it. She was so nice and it was def something we appreciated. (Although with how busy it was we would have understood, she was great at handling the crowd- it was a sunday) love this place!

The BEST place to buy donuts! I used to live in the area and would come here all the time, but whenever I am in the area, it is worth the extra miles to come and get some INSANE donuts! They are not your ordinary donuts, not one bit. They will blow your mind with what donuts they have and how great they taste!!! Ordered donuts for my birthday, never received them. Tried to talk to the manager Jay on Mar. 17th about this issue to have it corrected. Manager was unfriendly and unreceiving of criticism on when you have a commitment to make something and don't deliver. Been coming here since I was about 15. Good hole in the wall place. Their fancy doughnuts will cost you quite a bit per dozen, but it's definitely worth an occasional party sensation. Place is pretty laid back and chill, with hardly a packed building when I got there at 12:30. I hear that it's a busy place during Halloween though!

This is the best donut place I could imagine. The fritters are fantastic, particularly the apricot ology. The old fashions are better than any place I've ever tried them oh, and the Boston cream pie is terrific. Too bad they're only open Saturday and Sunday

The store specializes in extra large Donuts, often topped with very bizarre and elaborate toppings. The donuts are always fresh, always soft, always tasty, and just as you would expect them to be. Stopping here is well worth the time to pick up something special as a treat. Highly recommended!

Donut selection is good and staff are friendly. Docked a star because a staff member told me they don't make regular apple fritters when I had purchased them from that exact location two times prior. On that note, the banana fritter is pretty tasty, but steer clear of the apricot one: it's forgettable.

Major love for being open at the crack of dawn (even before really) - the atmosphere, sense of humor and the staff... I just wished that the vegan donuts were marked / labelled. It's hard for me to go off a staff member seemingly looking at them and guessing along with me. I couldn't buy them as I didn't feel comfortable but they all looked phenomenal.

I really loved their donuts! I am very sad that they have yet to find a gluten free dough maker for their gluten free donuts as my partner has Celiacs and hasn't had a donut in many years. If you make gluten free donut dough, hit them up! They need someone to provide it.

These donuts are expensive and elaborate, but they aren't all gimmick. They actually taste like the ingredients are higher quality than a random cheap donut joint that would charge 50c a donut. The location is truly an experience, so go for that even if you don't like donuts (everyone should go at least once). One of the most unique places I've seen this is what Middle America is all about the cool one off stand the excellent hamburger joint the wacked-out donut place! Unique from the first second you get there till you buy the donuts and you bite into him and you're amazed how delicious they are. What a great concept. The demon child looked up Psycho Donuts out of a fit of nostalgia...the old one located in the 3 Below lobby has since closed.. Excellent customer service, great selection of super fun "Psycho" donuts! Even picked up a few for the grandparents....they were fans of the 3 Below location. Just Meh. Their donuts looked awesome! I'll give them that, but they looked a lot better than they tasted. They weren't bad, but I didn't really want to go back.. If you are looking for something unique for a treat this is the place. Great taste, good blends of flavors for their unique doughnuts and treats an semi-reasonable prices. Most standard doughnuts area are just given one special topping a fun name and then uncharged to $1.25. There are a good amount in the $3-4 range that have a real theme to them multiple layers of flavor and are truly worth it. Its a shame I was only there to get for 2 people... I wanted to try more and I will be back.

I really liked the different flavors of donuts. They get pretty creative with the toppings and fillings. I'm only giving 2 stars because I ripped into my first donut to try, and immediately noticed a hair glazed into it. I took it back and showed them. They were nice about it and reimbursed me for that donut. But I had just spent $22 on 6 donuts. I didn't even have one. The damage is done, I'm skipping breakfast.

Oh wow - a totally unique donut experience. I recommend coming to this place just to experience it. Upon walking in you are greeted by the employees who are wearing nurse outfits giving you the crazy vibe of an asylum (I mean that in the best way possible). But having the theme be mental illness, having a donut named after SUICIDE, and a number of other things I noticed in the store was a little bit in poor taste and made me and my partner somewhat uncomfortable. They have delicious vegan, gluten free, and regular donuts.

Great donuts if you get them early! Show up and order the red encrusted one with dried raspberries. That one is clearly the star of the show and my favorite. They also have a monstrous blueberry fritter that I haven't tried but would really like to. Maybe some day.

Located in a plaza with Subway and a couple other shops. They have a parking lot, which makes dropping in easy. Love their crazy donut names and combinations. Favorite was probably the Strawberry Fields and Rocky Road, whose chocolate donut was really moist!

The donuts are, in fact, quite psycho! Not your average donut shop at all. They have alternative art on the wall and finger puppets for sale. There are some beverages which you might need to wash down the intense donuts. They are open late but don't seem to bake all day long. Go earlier in the day to get a full range of fresh goodies. It's amazing, unqiue flavors. I was helped by Rhys she's a sweetheart and really helped my experience. I came from Pacifica and been waiting on this. It was sold out from a lot of items but still was able to choose, I have an almond allergy and nothing is made from that but she was so sweet and thoughtful and without even asking checked on everything before serving, as s chef this is one of those people you promote to manager alone, attention to detail! Horrible. Walked in at 7 pm when it closes at 9 pm and there was 12 single dounts left to be sold. And they we're definitely not fresh. The girl who seemed more focused on closing was mopping the floors with us in there. Also asked for their iced coffee and that was also not available. Why be open to 9 if your not keeping the shelves stocked and the coffee made. Don't waste your time with this place.

Forgettable. I appreciate this donuts POV -- ecclectic designs, unordinary flavors, colorful, and that's why we went here. The big problem is that the donuts themselves weren't fresh -- drenched in sugar, food coloring and the dough tasted stale. And of course, I don't think that a $3-$4 per donut price point makes sense. Think again and go to your favorite donut shops that will get you a half dozen fresh donuts for the same price.

This is a great place to start your day. The cereal killer is a real winner. There are so many tasty options to choose from that it is worth sampling them all. The staff is super friendly and the theme is perfect. If you are within driving distance you have to check this one of a place donut shop out.

Love the concept, the prices are a bit steep and the clutter is odd. I really wish there was a little more space & seating to enjoy the ambiance. This would be the perfect hangout to meet other like minded local "psychos."

Vegan doughnuts seem to smell like a ton of chemicals. Dont understand the hype with these and other regular Doughnuts. Quite pricey too with an average of $3 to $4 per doughnut.

I loved the idea of this place however I wasn't very happy with the donuts . I purchased a dozen so we could try a little bit of everything and some of them where just too much. I guess I'm just a good old fashion do it kinda gal.
