Despite the delicious food, this place has unfortunately become an absolute no-go. First of all, the prices are exorbitant for what you get, and are always magically a few dollars higher than what you order. For instance, how does a specialty bagel priced at 8 dollars and a medium iced coffee priced at 4 dollars come to 16.50? Rudest worker I have ever encountered. I ordered an iced mocha latte and when I asked for more chocolate, the worker gave me a dirty look and silently fixed the drink by adding a splash more chocolate. Then, I ordered a chai latte with almond milk and the barista made it with 2%. When I politely asked for almond, she was incredibly rude to me. The chai was watery and barely had any flavor. On Saturday, April 5th, I visited the establishment located adjacent to the URI campus for my initial experience. While my coffee was satisfactory, I was deeply troubled by the manager?s treatment of a new employee. The manager openly berated the employee, making her feel inadequate as she posed questions. This behavior not only embarrassed the young individual but also drew the attention of the long line as it was a busy morning. I regretted not intervening with the manager, as her conduct was unacceptable

I absolutely love this place so much. As a music major, I need a lot of caffeine to go through my long days, and the RazzBulls are just the right amount of caffeine with even more deliciousness. I also love how they cut the bagels in half, that way I can eat one half and save the other half for later. Highly recommend

Over the summer I went here frequency and the bagels truly made my day. As a student at URI I go on the weekends so it?s something I can look forward to. The workers are fast and friendly, great food and beverage options, and a nice store inside!

Providence bagel is my go to breakfast spot when I?m on the URI campus. I love trying their weekly special bagels and although their coffee isn?t amazing, I still love trying all the different seasonal coffee flavors! Everytime I order they forget something. Today they forgot 3 drinks and also did not put any avocado or spinach on the green Monsta just egg plant sausage and 3 strings of an onion. Food is good but did not get what I ordered until I told them about the drinks and didn?t see they messed up sandwich till I opened it at home. This has happened 3 times :/

I'm currently on vacation up north, and a few days ago, we stopped at Providence Bagel for breakfast. It was absolutely phenomenal! On our way back through Providence, we made sure to stop by again. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food and coffee are top-notch. I wish I lived here so I could visit this place more often! I will be back with my punch card!!!

Bagels are excellent. Eggs in sandwiches are not fresh cracked but all other ingredients are fresh. Coffee quality has also improved. A better option than Dunkin but perhaps not quite as good as TLC. The service in Kingston has always been very friendly and fast.

Amanda and Sophia changed my day in 10 minutes. The customer service, food, and coffee were a 10 out of 10 for sure. I went in and wanted a plain bagel with cream cheese and left with an onion bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and sweet chili honey on the side. The bagel creations are excellent. And the coffee, too! The staff is always friendly and the vibe is energetic and comforting at the same time. The bagels are not quite New York style (fewer seeds, not as chewy,) but still a wonderful local place, both in Kingston and Providence.

You guys should just close smh. Every time I?ve given you a chance, something is burnt or made wrong. Tell me why I paid almost 7$ for a smoothie that was 3/4 of the cup. It was bitter. The people that work there are always arguing with each other about who washed what and who did what poorly.

I'm a NY native and was looking for some half-decent bagels. I tried this one 3 times. Let me put it this way: if you're from New York or New Jersey, don't bother. The cream cheese tasted off every time i tried and the bagels themselves were not fluffy in the least. They also set off a smoke alarm one of the times I was in there.

I absolutely love Providence Bagel! It?s the only place outside of the Greater Philadelphia Region where I can get porkroll. The sandwiches are always great quality and the staff is awesome! I treat myself here once a week.

Went in last Friday and got 1/2 dozen bagels for an event the following day. The staff was very courteous and offered to cut the bagels in half for me. I also got a container of cream cheese to go with them. Thanks for making things so easy

These are some of the best Bagels you can get. Also, they have vegan cream cheese which is a delight for me, being severely lactose intolerant. I'm not a fan of the tea here. I'm not sure why they have a problem with decent flavored tea, but the bagels make up for it. Just get the fresh squeezed orange juice instead. Honestly, I really don't need the caffeine. Just the delicious bagel please.

Since I started attending the university of Rhode Island, this place has become a staple in my life. The bagels are always fresh and amazing and the people are so sweet. Its a great spot to just sit eat and study. Everyone should know about this gem!

This place is very unsanitary. Workers wearing gloves while making food but touching dirty surfaces and items while doing it. I don?t think I have ever had a fresh vegetable from Providence bagel.

We just went to get 3 bagels, 1 bagel sandwich, 1 bagel with cream cheese tomato and bacon and a tub of cream cheese. We waited half an hour, the one bagel that was supposed to have cream cheese had American, we never received the tub of cream cheese. Everything was barely toasted and cold. If you have 3 people behind the counter why is this happening?

Breakfast sandwiches are $8+ for one of the worst ones I?ve ever had. Bagel was basically untoasted, bacon undercooked, not a fresh egg. Definitely not worth the price. Plenty of other places nearby that have way better quality breakfast sandwiches, will not be back.
