Loved it, tasty donuts and bubble tea!! I got the green tea with green apple flavoring with rainbow jelly and my husband got the mocha milk tea with coffee jelly. We both greatly enjoyed our beverages! For pastries I got the cinnamon twist and my husband got the raspberry filled donut which we watched get filled ourselves! Would make the stop again if we're ever road tripping this way!!
First time there but hopefully not my last! Had a croissant with sausage, egg and cheese ?????? so good and Huge! The lady at the counter was so effortlessly super sweet. Would recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed ??
A sweet, elderly, Korean lady owns this donut shop, and she has been in the business for 30 years...and I can say from personal experience that she knows what she's doing! I've had several items from her lineup of goodies, and all have been excellent! This is my favorite donut shop in Livingston Parish.
First off, the owner is awesome! Always great to see him. Donuts always good, specialty King cakes are super cool. My favorite thing to eat in this city is Boudin wrap!
The employee, possibly the owner, is dynamic, enthusiastic, and upbeat! It's been a positive experience the few times my wife and I have been by! The varieties of Boba teas are tasteful and refreshing!
I've been coming here off and on since I was still in kindergarten. It used to be Mary Lees, but the same owners started this shop. The donuts here are so hot and soft to eat. I've traveled to Chicago, Austin and tried different donuts shops in airports, but nothing I've tried is as good as theirs. I've spent $4 for one donut in Chicago and it wasn't even close to as good as these for much cheaper. The owners and workers are super nice and friendly. We went by there this morning and got cheese kolachies and donuts. Delicious! Also bought a king cake. My husband and son said it was delicious! The lady was very nice and helpful! We will go back again.
I would like to say thank you to Prince Donuts and Aeron (awesome person). Thank you for supporting Kiwanis local fundraiser this morning with dozens and dozens of freshly baked donuts! Yum! Next time I?ll give you more than a two hour notice, promise.
The people who run this shop work hard, up early and doors open b4 the open time for certain on the go regulars!!! This place is like home. Has a beautiful atmosphere that makes it stand out from other donuts shops. The all original "Croenut" is an amazing piece of food to try created by its very owner JD!! This is a donut shop that is so comfortable it'll make you want to sit and soak up the environment. Shout out to Mrs. AARON and JD!!!!

?Order Donuts via Waitr (First Time)? The Lychee Slush w/ mango popping boba was definitely lacking in lychee flavor. It didn?t taste sweet and mostly ice so very water down. I?m glad I added on the mango or else it would?ve been a glorified water slush. Not worth $7 on the Waitr app. The Triangle Croissant Donut was surprisingly very tiny. Bite size. I was not expecting that. It wasn?t crispy like I had imagine, very chewy. Not sure if it was because it took 15 minutes to get to my home or if I got them
The donuts are always 100% fresh and amazing. They got kolaches and an awesome selection of bobba aka bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee. Highly recommend it if you haven't had it it's super dark and strong espresso with condensed milk. Trust me it's ??.

Our first and last trip to Prince. I can't imagine how, based on the donuts we received today, this business can get any good reviews. My brother brought home 8 donuts, 4 plain cake and 4 blueberry cake, and his first comment was "They look way too thin so I got 4 of each." Yeah, they looked thin -- like a regular donut had been cut in half -- but I know that couldn't have happened because they were so greasy they fell into piece when we picked up them up. The staff is incredibly friendly, the store features local art, the food is fresh and delicious. Post-pandemic setup retains the respect of shielding the counters and wearing masks which is appreciated. Lionel Kabel's art is a genuinely cultural touch I found extremely pleasant.

Been to many bubble tea places and I love them all. This one's closest to me and it was only recently I've learned of the place. It has the feel of a small donut shop but with a selection of Boba tea, slushes, and regular tea. The milk teas are very flavorful, he definitely lured me in with the sample and got a Mardi Gras donut as well. The donuts are wonderful and decorative and the shop owner is very friendly and helpful.
DO NOT PAY ANY MIND TO OLD REVIEWS! This establishment is run by such sweet people! Every time I enter, I'm greeted by friendly smiling faces that are eager to help. My order is always done perfectly, the food is always fresh and the drinks are delicious. And affordable! Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their service and food keep me coming back. Definitely worth a visit. I've yet to try their new sandwiches!

I think this is such a wonderful establishment. The best donuts I've had in my entire life, and made right here; they are always so FRESH. Within seconds of walking through their door, my mood and mornings become so uplifted! Their hospitality is outstanding! Their Bubble Tea is so refreshing and delicious. The lady working behind the counter is always so sweet. Will actually talk to you and carry a conversation if you're interested. They always get the donuts out of the back from a warmer, instead of letting them sit out to get cold. They are a little cheaper than other competitors too. Great place

I find that when you see the words donut shop that your mind thinks of the same ol same ol, same taste same look same atmosphere. I found that the donuts here were so good and I went went some "safe" (can't mess this up) options and I wasn't disappointed! I got a Maple bacon donut and let me tell you it was so good! Always wonderful. They are the sweetest couple I know. They remember you after day one. Best selection of donuts around. Ill drive from baton rouge to denham just for them. Give em a go. Also great bubble tea selection. The caramel frappe is out of this world. The ice is so smooth. Way better than a McDonald's frap anytime anyday!
The BEST donuts in Denham! My wife and I come here all the time. The boba is amazing too! I usually get the Taro Milk Tea, and my wife gets the Frappe with bubbles. Outstanding and a great price!

I have been on a search for cream cheese filled donuts for months. I happen to call this place and they had them! I truly enjoyed one of my childhood favorite donuts. I will be back soon!
