I live in Ohio and we don't have good donut shops. When I travel to western states I visit the donut shops and get my favorite, a chocolate iced old fashioned. This shop had one of the best I've tasted. The place was clean and the lady at the counter was friendly.

Came in to go buy some donuts but they were closed? Said they were open till 2pm and it?s 11:30am. I see a staff member folding boxes, so if all the store. I see her acknowledge the phone call but ignore it. I guess no donuts for me or my staff. I will lot be coming back again if this is how customers are treated.

They have been incredible throughout the years! Amazing donuts and people! Have always helped with fundraisers for our local teams and let us run fundraisers at their shop. We are forever grateful!

We ordered 28 dozen donuts for our daughter?s graduation party. These donuts were the ?bell of the ball? so to speak. We had tons of compliments on the freshness, and lightness of the donuts. Krispy Kreme donuts were used at the end after we had run out of the Popular Donuts, and it was a stark contrast; even I was surprised. Popular Donuts were the better donut. The donuts were delightful, and not a single problem with ordering or pick up. Highly recommend to all donut lovers!

Best doughnuts around - been going for years. Love seeing the local seniors hang out & chit chat on Saturday mornings. No other doughnut place in Tricities even compares to their quality and selection. Always check their Facebook before going because sometimes they take odd days off.

We, wife and I, go in store, purchase our goodies, and leave. Many people like to eat there. This last time someone dropped an ATM card, I picked it up on the parking lot and gave it to the cashier. Hopefully, the owner was connected.

My husband stopped in to get the kids and us some doughnuts this morning, we were originally trying to go to the spud nut shop but realized they don?t open Sundays. Anyway we found this gem and we live in Kennewick so very convenient, yummy doughnuts and we?re not stale I wish I would?ve gotten more pictures. Thank you!

Best donuts I've personally EVER had. Even far better than that "famous" shop in N. Richland which did not impress me at all. Went there once and never had a desire to return. But this shop with the husband and wife owners from Cambodia were very friendly and welcoming. Donuts so fresh and so delicious. They melt in your mouth. Even two days older they were not dry or stale. That's very impressive.

I visited this shop for the first time the day after the 4th of July. It was early, about 6am. They had a several fresh donuts to select from, however they suggested if I waited 10 minutes several of the more options would be available. I travel for work and always try a local doughnut shop wherever I am in the country. This is the best place for 2 of my favorite varieties. Buttermilk bars and Old Fashioned. Amazing food! Food - 5 stars Service - 4 stars - friendly and helpful Atmosphere - 2-3 stars - not enough to reduce an overall star but the seating is very dated and not comfy. The decor is non-existent. And not always clean. Prices - 5 stars - worth the price Will be returning again and again! Well done!

The prices are amazing and the doughnuts are delicious. I think we had to wait in a line once but the woman working the counter was quick and efficient. We take our two sons every weekend and they LOVE the doughnuts it?s definitely a family tradition now .

Regular donut shop. There aren't many of these left in the Tri-Cities. Baked fresh everyday. Real donuts, not those inferior potato abominations.

Love this place so much!!! Grew up coming in every first Saturday of the month with the ham radio crew my Poppa was part of. Now that I live out of state, whenever I come back to visit, I MUST get donuts from here. No one else makes them so good like them. ????

Pretty good! Not as good as the Spudnut Shop perhaps but still really good. I don't drink coffee myself but my wife tells me that the coffee is underwhelming. The donuts, however, are absolutely not underwhelming. They're excellent. Just soft enough, just the right amount of frosting.

Crumble cake are AWESOME! I call ahead because they go fast!

Let me just say, I am not a donut person. Typically, I can just go without because every donut I have ever had is pretty meh. The donuts here are LIFE CHANGING. They are absolutely the best donuts I've ever had and I doubt anyone could find something better. I suppose they could be considered pricey, but they are so good they are totally worth it.

I am so freaking pissed right now. I drove all the way over there because it states they open at 4am, but no. There closed. Then when you call to find out when the real time they open. Best donuts in town.. I showed up just 15 minutes before they close and the customers before me (a young couple) had bought the last of their donuts; they are so good they sell out almost everyday. When the couple noticed my sigh of dissapointment, they offered to share with me. Of course I accepted and was very surprised when they wouldn't take money - they were happy to share. Best donuts around. I drive from Umatilla,OR just to get them. I would recommend coming early no matter what day you decide to get donuts. They are definitely popular. I came about 3 times usually all between 1-4 and when I arrived they were closed due to selling out of donuts. That was definitely a bummer since I drive 35-40min to get there. Gave 4 stars for that. Other than they are the best.

Very friendly service, amazing doughnuts! Seriously, these are the best doughnuts I've had. The apple fritters are amazing, as are the buttermilk bars. I also like their cherry turnovers. But my favorite is probably the doughnut holes. It's hard to beat pain glazed, and they're the perfect size for snacking, if you're not careful you will end up eating the whole dozen!

I come from North Richland for the fresh made donuts holes made daily, as well as the Buttermilk Bar and Old Fashioned Glazed Donuts. I wish more places like this were around. There is NOTHING like having a fresh made donuts. Not pre-made frozen, thawed, baked and topped... But Made that day FRESH donuts. Prices were higher than expected but these are NOT grocery store donuts. No money wasted on frills but oh my gracious, possibly the best donuts I've ever had. I've never been been in the area before when they are open but 6am today my tastebuds were delighted.

Popular Donuts is my favorite in Tri-Cities. They were gonna close in an hour so I called in and the worker held a dozen doughnuts for me. Very much appreciated. The doughnuts are so fresh and good. You start chewing too fast you bite the inside of your cheek kind of good. ??

This place is one of the best places to get fresh doughnuts. They open at 4am and close when the doughnuts run out, which happens a lot. Doughnuts are good but very unfriendly service. I went here this morning with my mom and she wanted the glaze doughnut with white frosting and sprinkles. The woman has made them for us before and suddenly she has a very bad attitude. My mom then said something to her and the woman just ignored her. After she paid the woman went to the next customer with smiles and a great attitude. We will not be coming back. Do not come here unless you want to be treated like crap.
