Wonderful place to have in the mall and I am happy to say every time I come here I always get good customer service, and my food is always amazing?? they are always so accommodating and patient with their customers as well. I had very high hopes when I heard about Poke World opening, and the food I had was AMAZING. I ordered the spicy beef ramen and the noodles were delicious, broth was flavorful and was an overall amazing dish. I ordered a Honeydew milk tea and that was very good as well. It was a bit more pricey than I had though, but their prompt customer service and quality of food is all well worth it. I will definitely be a regular here!

Rest assured, most of the food offered at Poke World?La Crosse is of great quality, so let's get the minor issues out of the way. The store needs to be more staffed, and the place is super busy. Due to this, you get a mixed bag of cleanliness at the tables. The front of the house is doing their best to get the orders out. That said. Ordering one, two, or three items is okay. I was fortunate to win a free ramen on Facebook. Super happy because I love ramen! I had the chicken ramen and it was fantastic!! Also tried the fiance's strawberry green tea with strawberry poping boba 5/5. Also tried my MIL Blueberry green tea 5/5. And I had 3 of the donuts that were so yummy. I also got the coco slush with oreos which is my favorite of the day 10/10. Overall 10/10 experience. Will come back ^_^

One of the best ramen places I?ve been to. I?m from Colorado and stopped by to visit family. Me and my friend came across Poke World and decided to give it a try. I got the chicken broth ramen and my friend had the Tonkatsu Black along with the crispy chicken as an appetizer. I really liked my chicken broth as it tasted natural and didn?t have the extra buttery or creamy taste. The pork broth is a little bit stronger for me but it really depends on your taste. I came to visit my family this weekend and I stopped by poke world and I tried the tonkatsu black ramen. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Best ramen I?ve had around here. I talked to the manager and the service was outstanding!!! They informed me that they spend 6 hours making the broth. Thank you for the experience !! :)

I was in the mall with my friends on a hot day looking for something refreshing to drink and came across this new place. I was shocked on how many options there were to choose from! The friendly cashier recommended a slush to cool me down. I choose grapefruit and it was finished before I could even pay!! It was so good and I loved the passion fruit pop boba added . I can't wait to come back and try all the items from this friendly place. I'll be telling all my friends

I can't say enough about this place. From the friendly cashier who helps pick out your items ..to the ramen staff or thr man who makes your bubble tea or the ladies making poke bowls the whole staff is so PROFESIONAL and kind. The food is amazing and I keep going back for more.

Nice location at one end of the good court. We both had Poke bowls and the ingredients were very fresh. Appreciated the checklist because of the numerous ingredients. Would have loved some poke bowl combination suggestions. Staff was helpful; store was tidy and had everything easily available.

Loved the food(s) I've tried so far. I know it's called Poke World but I tried the Chicken Ramen first with the brown sugar boba tea and it was very good! My only gripe is that the layout is kind of a mess in that you're walking through a group of people waiting on orders to get in line or you don't really know if anyone is in line, but it's a minor gripe!

Not a fan ramen was very bland. Oil needs changed in the deep frier chicken wings were burnt and tasted like burnt oil. The tea was good though.

I stopped pokeworld and my kids love Tonkatsu black Ramen. I ordered a poke bowl that is delicious! Their pokeworld classic and yumyum sauce together which is so yummy. We also try the brown sugar fresh milk and mango slush too. That's is so so good. To be honest I will stop here again.

This place has some very good food! Definitely would recommend, but DO NOT order delivery from them on a Monday night. I placed an order for delivery 1.5 hours before they closed and despite having 3 separate drivers check on my order, the restaurant said they never received it. Luckily I was able to get a refund.

This review is only based on the ramen noodles. I'll give it a 5/10. Broth is very plain. Order 3 different type of ramen soup. Super disappointed. Only good thing was generous size portion. I had better ramen else where!

The build your own (byo) poke bowl was decent. The (byo) ramen was ehh, it was pretty much the same ingredient wise as the house chicken ramen imo but lacking flavor also only half an egg not specified. No communication from the staff of how anything works. Their logo is also everywhere which makes it feel very clustered or noisy.

I was very pleasantly surprised from the service. :) The food was amazing and I loved the vibe the staff provided and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Got to talk to the manager and she was a very nice lady.

It?s pricey but it will be the best Poke bowl you will ever taste. All the ingredients are extremely fresh and the sauce and rice are just perfect. The fish is amazing and they don?t skimp on it at all. Very good value and proportions on everything. The milk tea is also very yummy but not overly sweet and they give you lots of tapioca pearls!

Poke world was a lovely treat. Food fabulous & the staff were great with suggestions & offering different sauces. We had a pork & a beef Ramens & a shrimp poke bowl, all delicious & served in nice dishes in a clean restaurant & very filling. We also had appetizers of fried tofu, fried chicken gyoza & tempura shrimp, all served hot & crispy & tasty. Definitely recommend & will return

Amazing. The ramen was fantastic and the bubble tea was so flavorful! I love all the customizability. I am so impressed with this place and I think it may be our new favorite restaurant in the area. Being in the mall it is a bit more challenging to access, so I pray they are getting enough business! I want them to be open forever!! ??

We ordered the kids bowl with extra noodles and the chicken ramen. The shoyu broth in the child?s bowl was very flavorful and tons of umami. My child ate everything. The chicken ramen was loaded with a very tasty broth, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, chicken and fish cakes. Overall, would definitely recommend Poke World.

Amazing place, this is my to go place when it comes to ramen. Taste always fantastic and their mochi donuts are the best way to end your meal with some sweetness. toatally reccomend

Ordered a boba tea and upon receiving it tasted good. Before I even got out of the mall(I was out the door less than five minutes from getting the drink to leaving) it was empty. My large boba was filled with giant ice cubes. To see how much ice was in the cup I filled the cup with water after and poured it into a measuring cup. 6oz. I paid almost 7 bucks for 6oz of milk tea. The staff were extremely friendly, but unfortunately the food was very bland. We had a poke bowl and ramen. The poke bowl made my boyfriend and I both sick. We also had lemonade boba which was way too sweet!! I couldn't take more than a few sips for an almost $7 drink.

I?ve been here a few times since its opening. Overall, I did really enjoy the food, but a few things were lacking. I first of all want to acknowledge that this place is VERY busy every time I go, so the staff is always focusing on getting orders out rather than other things like cleaning the tables. I'm a picky eatter. I went to poke world with my grandma . I made a poke bowl at recommendation of cashier. I loved I got to choose my own items . It was so good. I'm now a big fan of yum yum sauce . I also really loved the strawberry milk tea with pop.bobas. everyone has so nice.

Nice to eat ramen, that is very addicting to slurp. I do think the ramen, despite its ease of eating, is a little bland, could've used the tiniest bit more umami, and the chashu pork was really bland and rubbery. The takoyaki was really yummy but is rather low on the octopus side. Their fried chicken is a just a tiny bit too salty for our tastes, but it was still pretty good and tender. They do not skimp out on the ramen toppings and meat additions but it just seems everything is missing something. I recomm

Some of the best Poke I have had, I travel a bit for work and have had it all over the US, and this location is only rivaled by some of the Poke on the West Coast. Service is always friendly and orders made accurately. Ingredients are always fresh especially the Salmon and Tuna which is the big deal breaker for me personally.

Poke world is to ramen what fazolis is to Italian pasta or McDonald's is to a hamburger. It's like fast food quality ramen without fast food prices. I've had authentic Japanese ramen, this is not it. The food was bland and I can't explain why everything tasted a little plastic like. I recommend making the drive to Sparta for the closest good Japanese food.

The pork chashu needs to be more tender and have a better fat to meat ratio. This was one of the toughest/fattiest pork chashu I've ever had in my entire life. It was so tough I had to use my hands to rip it apart. What I would like to see is a better fat to meat ratio and a more tender and edible meat. If this was changed the ramen would be really good.

Was excited to come here because heard many good things. The food 'looks' great but after living in Asia a few years, this food is very fake. It is the same if you bought a 3$ Ramen and boiled your own egg or grilled your own chicken or beef. After taste is salty. It's all fake material and whoever owns this is making huge profit while they're serving the cheapest ingredients to customers who aren't as familiar with asian food to know. I was excited to come across a Poke place in La Crosse! Every time we go to Rochester or Madison we stop and get poke because we didn?t have anywhere around us that served it. I was pleasantly surprised to see the winding line so I?m hoping that this place stays busy and in business. The takoyaki were amazing but I was less than impressed with the adagashi tofu.

Not authentic as the broth and noodles of Ramen are instant package made, it is not Japanese owned for sure, very salty and premade material. We thought it was a good try for weekend dine out, very disappointed.

I really wanted to like this place to have flavorful Ramen. I went to five star Egg Roll about a month ago and then two weeks ago and their Ramen dishes are awesome. I give it six stars out of five..
