Piedmont - J&J Donuts

We randomly found this place on Google while on a road trip to OKC. We came around 11:30 on a Friday and we were so glad it was open until noon! Most donut places close much earlier. We tried a few kinds and everything was delicious! Sausage rolls had a sweet buttery dough. The ladies were so nice and gave my kids some donut fries. Never seen those before! The cronut (croissant donut) was my favorite!! Definitely recommend stopping by!

I took my grandson here to get donuts, he wanted a minion donut, when he got to case there wasn?t one, the owner went to the back and made him a special minion donut right then and there! That is service!!!! I would never have asked for them to do that but they are just amazing for making this little guy so happy!

This donut shop is amazing! They always make us feel so welcome, and even made a special donut tower with candles when we came in on my daughter?s birthday! Thank you for making her feel special on her big day!

I LOVE j&j donuts their character donuts are the best but this specific shop is the WORST!!! The lady that works there is so rude it?s unbelievable and the donuts from here are ugly!!! Ones I have got from the Edmond location were unbelievably amazing, they looked like the actual characters and tasted great!!! The ones I got from the piedmont location looked just awful!!!. I live in Bethany. I drive out here as often as I can. I always get What I call a jalapeno roll or kalachi. Peach fritters, apple fritters cronuts. I've tried other things there every is so soooooo good. Thank you to the owner for getting me addicted. LOL keep up the good work.

My son and I have been going to J&J Donuts for 3+ years now. We love going in, its my sons first choice for donuts ALWAYS! From the quality of each donut to the beautiful lady (Nancy) that runs it, always a great experience! The customer service is absolutely amazing here. They always make the experience so special for my daughter. Today she went in with her dad for a donut for her birthday and they gave her a birthday crown, a special plate, and lit a candle on her donut to sing her happy birthday. Love this delicious donut shop right near my neighborhood. For those that live in piedmont and north Yukon this place is a great place to frequent for your donut cravings. The yeast glazed are perfection. Not greasy and perfectly glazed. We loved the apple fritter, red velvet and my kids are always begging for the sprinkled donuts. The absolute worst customer service and rude staff. Tossing sacks and donuts on the counter because you?re busy and have no help, is so unprofessional, to include it?s unsanitary. Having a language barrier and not understanding a basic order is a problem. This is the first and last time to visit this donut shop. The donuts are ?? Do not recommend this place!

The Donuts at this place are very delicious. If I had to compare it to any other donut shop it would be Krispy Kreme it's probably even better than Krispy Kreme. You can't go wrong if your thinking of stopping here.

This is the best local donut shop for the town of Piedmont/Yukon area. The owner and employees here are always very helpful, polite, and cheerful. They get a little busy from time to time, but I?ve never waited longer than a few minutes for service and always have a great experience here. Without a doubt, would always recommend.

Absolutely amazing place!! I needed 4 dozen donuts and forgot to place my order ahead of time, fortunately they were able to get me 4 dozen this morning with no problems! We have lived here for over 7 years and have always loved this donut shop but today is the day that ended. I?ve witness the owner be very rude to people in the past but just chalked It up to her having a bad day because most of the time she?s very nice. It?s all mediocre, the donuts are dry and not any better than your regular fast food donut shop. For two donuts and a coffee it was $10 and it actually wasn?t even $10 it was $7 and some change. I gave $20, I only got $10 back so I guess it was $10. Don?t go here it?s expensive, go to Dunkin it?s better and probably cheaper.

I have been going to this shop for 3-4 years. The old owners were wonderful! The new owner that took over has been rude to me and my sons. She told one son to shush every time he spoke once. When I went with my other son (with no one in there) I was ignored then told to hurry up while I was ordering. She also doesn?t give change back. I live across the street, but will never be back. Very RUDE!!

This lady was very rude, not only were the donuts over priced, she stole my change and then told me I was done and motioned me to go away. Later my daughter needed toilet paper because the bathroom didn't have any, when I came to ask her for some she told me "No" and that I was done. So I had to grab napkins so my daughter could clean herself. Very rude will not be coming back.

Was picking up some treats for my student athletic trainers. The donut case was full and there was a lot of variety to choose from! The multiple flavor/decorated donuts were awesome. Always excellent donuts here. Went in really early this morning (3/20/22) and the owner was still stocking the main display case with jelly donuts. Took some time to pick out a variety. She was very patient with the little ones. We sat down and ate what we could. Eyes bigger than stomach we didn't finish but the owner was curious so asked to see how many we did eat. She laughed and proceeded to restuff our box with a few new items for us to try before sending us on our way. Love this place for sure and glad

This place has changed. The old lady at the register seems almost angry that I asked for some of the donuts to be placed in a separate sack for my daughter, before she even started gathering the donuts. Literally argued with me about the separate sack. The selection is smaller too. The mood there is just not the same. I won?t be giving anymore of my business to this place.

Very good! I honestly still like daylight donuts the best, but this place is up there in my top 3 donut places to go, especially since it's only 3 minutes from the house! They had a nice selection still even further Into the day. Red velvet is a favorite and theirs is pretty good with a little glaze crusted on top...mmmm!

My favorite doughnut/Donut Shop! Their donuts are super soft and seem like they stay fresher longer. The owner has always been great and hooks me up when I place a large order. If you haven't tried "cronuts". Then you need to try them! I was hesitant at first but they let me try the cronut hole and it was delish!

Best donuts ever! Seriously!! They're better than Duncan Donuts, Krispy Creme, Daylight Donuts. So many different kinds and other foods and drinks. They beat them all. They stay fresh for days, oh sooooo delicious!!! I stop every chance I get. They open early like 6 a.m. and get busy. Very reasonably priced!!

This is the third time I've been there on a weekend in the last few months when they're out of donuts before 8:30. It doesn't matter how good the donuts are if they don't exist half the time. They were completely out of sugar donuts, maple donuts, old fashioned, AND regular glazed. I understand not wanting a bunch of donuts left over at the end of the day, but how do you run out of the basics?

Their donuts are always fresh, good, and not greasy. My son loves them. I prefer the breakfast sandwiches they are made on croissants and delicious! The prices are very reasonable and we visit often. Way better than McDonalds.

Have been coming here for 3 years as we live in the neighborhood behind the store. Ever since new ownership took over, this shop has drastically gone down hill! Product availability is terrible, store hours are so inconsistent, customer service has gone away, and passing your credit card charges onto the consumer is a terrible message. Too bad new ownership ruined something that was so great before.

If I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend pre-paying for an order. It was for my sons birthday and I had went in and ordered a few days before with specific instructions, my husband went to pick up the order that I pre-paid for and the order was wrong (it was for school and they only allow glazed) and they made him pay for it again. Melt in your mouth donuts. Better than the Donut House in Hayden ID and that's saying a lot, because DH donuts are absolutely amazing. J&J has great service and extremely delicious donuts.

Pulled up at 10 am on a Thursday. Closed with a sign saying they were sold out. Saw multiple other people pull up right before and after. Says they close at 12:30 so seems like poor management of product.
