If you want good donuts come here!! Smaller size but very cheap and delicious!! A couple different kinds- sugar, plain, cinnamon but so good and local to island- made there. Very quick as line wasn?t bad and moved a long. A couple tables all out doors as it is a food truck so nice to eat outside but also can grab and go. FYI - small parking lot but Defs worth it. Great in flavor and nice little treat- recommend
Hot fresh and delicious donuts within walking distance of the ferry. Don't miss this spot. Try all three plain, sugar and cinnamon they are all amazing. If you get lucky you'll get them hot. Great donuts with a great view.

Classic cake donuts in three varieties, plain, sugar, and cinnamon. Nice crunch to the exterior and soft cake interior. Get them hot out of the deep fryer and they are superb.
Cinnamon + Sugar. Wow it was still warm and fluffy. I could eat a dozen to myself ?? Seriously though. Highly suggest a stop!
Great Doughnuts u wont find any fresher
Just like the donuts you would get at the apple pick or fair. Hot, dense, and delicious. We had a friend visit, and they made bread pudding with them! Plain, sugar, and cinnamon sugar. Why not try all three. Don't let the food trailer vibe fool you. These are worth the stop and only available for a limited summer season.

These were the best donuts we have ever had! We probably ate 16 over the course of 2 days.. not an exaggeration. When we visited the island in September, the truck was only open on the weekends. Find out their availability first and plan accordingly. So worth it!!
Rolled up on this place after hearing from a bunch of people and initially was unimpressed. Small, unassuming spot not looking anything like a donut place, with limited selection in donuts. Was immediately proven wrong upon eating one of their cinnamon sugar donuts. These folks have perfected the art of donut making. The texture and flavor were amazing. Go get one.

Fantastic donuts got there at the end of the day and bought all the donuts left and they were amazing. No pics because I'm an animal and devoured them luckily with some help but will definitely be back.
Great, if you can catch them while they?re open. They are often randomly closed when the signs posted at the location say they should be open.
CASH ONLY! Delicious. Go in the morning and they come out hot and fresh! Three flavor options - plain, cinnamon and sugar. Cannot go wrong. Little seating area available as well. Coffee available for purchase and I believe they also do a donut ice cream sundae that we never got around to trying. Mmm. Don't miss this quick stop
today was my first visit to block island. as we were walking to our dinner destination we came across Payne?s Killer Donuts. we both agreed we?d get some on the way back. unfortunately, we caught them just as they closed. however, the two lovely ladies there saw the look of disappointment on our faces and offered us some left over donuts. OH MAN! OUTTA THIS WORLD!!! if you like donuts, then don?t pass Payne?s up! They made us feel like family and it was lovely. i can?t wait to go back and repay the favor! Y
Hands down best donuts I have ever had! They are homemade warm and just big enough to have two! My favorite food is donuts so I know a good donut when I taste one.
Freshest Donuts I've had in a LONG TIME! They make them right there and they're so reasonably-priced! Definitely go if you're on Block Island for breakfast. Or lunch. Or dinner. Or all.
Yummy sugar shot on our bike ride around the island. The doughnuts are fresh and you can get other snacks too - Including cold drinks to quench your thirst.
Awesome donuts, or, as they say, killer donuts. Only three types, sugar, cinnamon, or plain, but that's all you need. Best time to get donuts is early in they morning. They are hot and delicious.
As they say it best, "If you could choose between having abs or having Payne's Donuts which would you choose? Cinnamon or sugar?" They are the best! (I choose one of each!)
