I been coming to this place for years... Rosini aka "RoRo"... Is one of the best managers ever... We had an issue that happened the other day on their end and she handled the situation immediately without any questions asked... She's very down to earth she's a sweet heart always smiling.... Worst donut I've ever had in my life, the barbarian cream tasted like pudding from a cheap box, and the egg ham and cheese sandwich worse than something you'd buy at a truck stop vending machine. Will not return.

Paul's donuts is great they were open on a Monday morning. 2 other donut shops were not open.

The donuts were absolutely delicious. The old fashioned was probably the best sour cream donut I ever had and the service was very friendly

Wonderful. Appreciate that they are a classic donut shop and have a pleasing variety and stock, and don't do weird things to the donuts like put fruity pebbles on them. They are just good donuts that you will not be disappointed with. Always fresh. There are also savory items, including a turkey/egg/cheese croissant for people who prefer not to eat pork! And good coffee, hot or iced. Nice people, too.

The prices are great, but their food is somewhat lacking. I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and kolaches for a quick breakfast, but their iced coffees are nothing more than an overly sweet powder mix. Still, I would recommend out of convenience and customer service.

Paul wasn't there that day, but his sister Pauline was. I got her donut holes. Taste better than expected!! ????

Great donuts and kolaches. Nice staff. Area of town is a bit run down but well worth the stop for breakfast. They have a butterfly that was on point.

The times I have been here, they are consistent with service and food quality. First off the service is great they are always nice. The food quality taste fresh, not like it has been sitting around. I recommend that you try them .

The old store need makeovers were really good back 30 years ago . But today it was sad food was not the same. But the Bacon egg cheese ?? sandwich was really good food hot and fresh ??.

My opinion they blow shipley's out of the water. These are the very best donuts in Pulaski county as far as I know. FR FR. ????

One of my favorite spots to go to for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy are one of my favorite things there. It?s even a regular spot for breakfast dates. Also, the l people there are always super friendly. Always leave there with a big smile on my face.

Terrific glazed donut, warm and oh, so wet.

Excellent quality donuts. Their biscuit and gravy does not disappoint, and the croissant sandwiches are tasty, fresh and quite a portion. Coffee has improved greatly in the past few weeks. Their frozen blended ice coffee are a treat.

This is an awesome donut shop. The very professional and the service is very fast. I love going there to get my donuts. And the hospitality is awesome.

The 2 people running this location were very courteous and attentive, but definitely needed help. Their food is very tasty, their hot coffee is spot on. A little on the high price, but not too bad. Have a quick run in, would probably return.

Not gonna lie: This was one of the best tasting donuts I've ever sunk my teeth into. I had a chocolate long john with Bavarian filling. The cake was light and fluffy with no heaviness or oily film or flavor. The filling was delicious. The drive-thru window was convenient, and the service was polite and friendly. Will return!

I go here a lot. Besides donuts they have a large variety of biscuits and croissants among other things to choose from for breakfast. The food is really good. They have absolutely the best prices in town. Their service is wonderful and quick. Definitely give them a try.

Fairly priced, delicious donuts and friendly faces all around. Not to mention the savory options being some of the best you'll ever find at any establishment. The staff go above and beyond to provide the fastest, most accurate service possible during every shift. It's so easy to just open a donut shack on the side of the road and sell half-effort garbage these days but Paul's is a diamond in the rough with maximum effort put into every step of your experience.

It may not always be a quick trip (especially in the morning rush with all the high school kids) but the service and food are great!

Brought my father here from Chicago and he loved them. The line was kinda long but it wasn?t that long of a wait. There was two people working the kitchen and they had it going good. I?ll be back many times for these donuts.

This place is awesome. They are so friendly. They are like the Chick-fil-A of donuts. And they actually have warm donuts. It's been 20 years since I had a warm donut hole. I didn't know they still existed. And their glazed donuts are warm. Every other donut shop serves room temperature donuts. I really enjoy coming to Paul's.

Absolutely love this place! We moved out of town and happily make the drive to come here. The food is fresh and amazing and the staff is so friendly and nice.

We were in Little Rock for a night on our road trip to Utah. We were looking for a quick breakfast place and we saw the sign for donuts but they have much more! Their sandwiches were great!! Would recommend and go to again!!

I ordered donuts and twists via the drive-thru. They were okay, but a little too doughy. Since I am not a huge donut eater, I would not go back for the donuts. The service to quite pleasant though, so I would visit them again for their other meals.

Fast friendly service. When the drivethru is backed up or moving slow they come outside to your vehicle to get your order. Very polite people. Welcome, please, thank you and have a great day goes a long way in customer service and not to mention the donuts are awesome!!!!

Best blueberry cake donuts in the world. This is the place that I have to consciously avoid going to because I?ll eat a whole box of donuts by myself and not realise it. Go here, you won?t regret it. Or maybe you will (because you?ll eat a whole box of donuts). :)

We stopped here for breakfast during our last day on vacation. My husband & I wanted to go somewhere close to our hotel and this place came up when searching google. We are so glad it came up. We ordered a bacon and cheese croissant and it was big and delicious. We also ordered some glazed donuts. They were not hot but were still very good. We will for sure come back if we are ever in town again!

Amazing, friendly employees always have a smile and happy to serve. The food was fresh and delicious and the store was clean, immaculate if I must say so. They have regulars they know their name and their "usual" and its refreshing environment based on my eating experiences in this area

Went to two Shipley?s locations and both were annoyingly out of original glazed. Decided to give Paul?s Donuts a chance and I couldn?t be happier. Not only was the line significantly shorter than Shipley?s, but they actually had glazed and they were still warm. The customer service was phenomenal. I believe I have a new go-to.

Super friendly service and a wide variety of breakfast items, from kolaches, biscuit sandwiches, croissant sandwiches and of course any donut imaginable! Many drink choices as well, try the blended coffee! It's run by a wonderful family who will step outside the order window just to make sure the drive thru doesn't get to busy.

Great place! The prices were decent and the amount of food you get is huge. We had the kolache, croissant, and burrito for breakfast and a butter roll, pinecone, cinnamon roll,and holes. The donuts were huge for a very decent price. We are used to going else where for our donuts but decided to give them a try and when I tell you everything was so good we will not be going anywhere but Paul's from now on!

Donut fillings were changed when they were no longer Shipley's Donuts. The fillings are pretty much non-edible as they are just plain nasty. This used to be my favorite donut shop but I no longer visit here due to poor/cheaper quality

Kolaches are hot and buttery! Coffee was a little burnt, but not terrible...I should have waited for a fresh pot. Lots of business in the morning and the employees were very polite.

AMAZING food for a very reasonable price. My bacon egg and cheese croissant and kolache were both piping hot, my Java chip frozen coffee was delicious. 1 breakfast sandwich 1 kolache and a special coffee for less than $10 in 2022 yall BE NICE TO THESE FOLKS AND DONT SPEED OUT OF THERE JUST CAUSE YOURE LATE TO WORK. I didn't enjoy the donuts I got on 6-1-22 from this location. I couldn't believe the taste of the donuts, they had like a bitter taste. So I googled Shipley donuts locations I thought this shop was a Shipley's, I double checked and they changed the name to Paul's donuts. I won't be coming back to this location anymore now I know I'm not buying Shipley's donuts.

Best Donuts ever. We get the filled , about 5.00 with tax form for a 1/2 dozen . They are stuffed with filling. And so fresh. It our must stop place, when in that area. Check it out, they have a huge variety and great prices . Yummy ??

Used to be Shipley's. Good food and nice people. On Saturday there was NO waiting like at Shipley's. Donuts have a little more texture. My wife loved the chocolate with chocolate icing. She said it reminded her of Kohler's. Will be going there again.

The staff are always pleasant and cheerful. The food is heated when appropriate, not just warmed over. They have an excellent selection of both pastries and breakfast-type items.

There are some people that I have known for many years and they are still working they are very kind and with a good attitude, but there are new people working there of the worst attitude lousy customer treatment and racial profile is the worst

Paul?s donuts used to be my favorite donut shop in North Little Rock but sadly the ownership has changed but not for the better. The current owners are not Friendly nor welcoming & they have cut costs two examples being the cherry filled doughnuts aren?t made with good cherry pie filling as before but now are a ?Cherry? jelly which does not taste like cherry & not up to the old owners standards. Their Breakfast sandwiches aren?t as hearty either. Less meat & a really thin piece of what seemed like eggbeater

They are always friendly to me and my daughter and there donuts are pretty good.they are getting better with what I'm about to say but sometimes we are served cold or slightly hard donuts and you have to ask to fresh or warmed donuts I guess depending on how busy they are??.last time we went I got a glazed donut that tasted so good and fresh and my daughter was happy with hers also??????

Paul?s is one of my favorite places for Donuts in Arkansas! The donuts are large and yummy and the prices are good! Staff here are also helpful and friendly! My family and I enjoy eating at Paul?s!

It was average. The cinnamon twists, however are giant! Could have been better warm, maybe. Donut holes tasted at least a day old. Nothing beats Shipley! Wish it had stayed Shipley!

Jalape?o cheese sausage kolaches are great! Like a hot yeast roll with a jalape?o cheddar sausage stuck in the middle. Blueberry cake donut was wonderful as well!

People are always friendly even when it gets busy, the prices are unbeatable, and the food has been really good in my experiences. As long as this place is on my way to work I'll never stop at a different donut shop on the way in!

I have evaluated at least 9 Shipley Donut stores in the greater Little Rock area. This store is the worst of those I have experienced. Their dough is unusually heavy for a quality Shipley Donut. I have been to this Shipley location twice - and will not return. The only reason I rated them a 2 is because their donuts look great. However, I do not buy donuts for their looks.

This place is always great as far as service and quality of the product you get it's easy to mess a donut up but they don't it's convenient to get into and out of and I have been there many many many times and no others that make it a regular stop

These are the NICEST PEOPLE ON EARTH! They do something nice and extra EACH TIME I GO THERE. Extra donuts, free donut holes and again JUST THE SALT OF THE EARTH. This is a wonderful family operation. Go there anytime you get a notion.

First time to visit Paul's Donuts was earlier this week. Absolutely the best donuts I have ever eaten. I only purchased the glazed donuts and they were amazing. I will definitely be visiting them again.

After working all night and being up just before dawn, a stop off at Paul's Donuts was the best thing to do. Not only did we get half freshly made with full glazed and the other half glaze with chocolate. Just out of the blue, I ask if they have biscuits and gravy. What do you know, this wonderful little donut shop had what I was craving on a Sunday morning like grandma would always do. This was a first time visit for me, and I will definitely be back for another large biscuits and gravy. #ibeforkinit #ibet

Best donuts in North Little Rock. Absolutely will not buy donuts anywhere else in town. The people that are there every Saturday morning are some of the nicest people you will meet.

The nicest lady works here who is very caring. I bought chocolate- filled donuts and a French vanilla cappuccino. Both were delicious.

I am not a donut eater, but pick one up for my grandson most days. I take him to school. These guys HUSTLE! If drive thru starts getting long, they come to your car, take your order and deliver it back.

It is a little mom and pop shop with wonderful food. We got three breakfast sandwiches and coffee for under twenty bucks and they were huge! More Donald's for me

I always get their sausage burritos and sometimes add extra items along with my order. It is so close to where I live

The selection could be better. Too many cake donuts and I am not sure they even sell a maple icing, which is my favorite. If they do, they never make enough because they are never there.

Love their food, love their service. They make sure that they speed up the morning rushby coming to the cars in drive thru and filling their orders instead of making them wait.

Maybe not a ton of variety, but the donuts are great and everyone's so nice! The cinnamon varieties could use a bit more cinnamon, but aside from that, no problems at all.
