We are new to the area & this is the best park around! It has treats and coffee and a cute store. The park is large and the kids love going all up and through it. They have a small area with many animals. You can even pet some of them. The workers are very nice and welcoming. It is a free thing to do with the kids that they will absolutely love. ??
This place is the best! We actually used their event venue Orchard Hills for the second time and it was fabulous as usual. We used it 2 1/2 years ago for my mother's 90th birthday and we used just a couple of weeks ago for her celebration of life when she passed away The service was phenomenal. The ambience was beautiful.
This is a great place to have a wedding. I have hosted three weddings here so far and they have been a great success. The staff is amazing and the owner is very responsive and helpful.
Very Family Friendly and Fun , Great Snacks and Apple Cider!!
Very pretty here. The drive there is always worth the ride. The store is always FULL of unique food, dressings, flavored popcorn, syrups, marmalades, spreads (apple butter is the bomb, like when I was growing up with my grandparents and had it with them). They have a variety of decorated cookies, pies, ciders, cheeses, funnel cake, unique donut flavors (that are gorgeous) and more. Like any specialty food or gift shop they are a bit pricey, we never get out under $50.00. This particular property is small bu
Came with a friend she purchased three Outfitters I only purchased one but it was absolutely delicious. Hassle but apples and apple cider and apple butter and pistachio peanut butter. It was a good time to go there because all the colors of fall were all around very pretty
We took our grandkids to Patterson Fruit Farm they enjoyed themselves so much they didn't want to leave. The apple fritter which is my favorite is sooooo delicious. I thought I was going to eat it when we got home to have with coffee. Due to the unforseen situation I was in I made the mistake of biting a piece it was down hill after that lol
Nothing like Patterson?s in the fall. Drinkin? some cider and picking some apples. There pies and donuts are delicious ??
This longtime fruit farm grows and carries quality products- pumpkins & gourds right now. Premium prices can be daunting at times, but everything is worth a look. Pleasing country store feel. Fresh baked goods and coffee.
Donuts, Pumpkins, and Pure Family Fun! If you're in Northeast Ohio, Patterson's Farm is a must-visit for any family seeking a delightful autumn adventure. Our annual tradition of visiting this charming farm never disappoints. The kids love exploring the playground, visiting the friendly farm animals, and of course, eating the delicious donuts. The pumpkin patch is the perfect backdrop for fall photos, and the overall atmosphere is simply magical. If you're looking for a memorable day filled with laughter, g
First time here and my grandson loved it! The playground was so fun and seeing the animals. It was free. They have tons of pumpkins compared to other places and a huge store. The funnel cakes were good as well. I will definitely be back.
I stopped in since I was in the area. It is a great place to pick up unique gifts and locally made items. They have a playground for kids. They have a bakery with mostly donuts and pies. They have frozen meats. There is a little something for everyone.
What a beautiful little place! We stopped here after a visit to Holden Arboretum just a short drive away. It smelled divine inside where all the pies were! Apple cider was great and they had a store with many other goods up for sale. Plenty of overflow parking!
Always love it here! Nice atmosphere. Went and took kids to pick apples. Very fun to do during week while not a lot of people are there. Have a great play area! Lots of great produce as well. Excellent pies. Are now setting up for fall.
Always a wonderful experience with high quality bakery items and a lovely country feel. Be sure to take your kiddos to their awesome themed playground! Don't forget to check out their animals too!
Wonderful place to visit and eat huge Apple Fritters with Apple Cider! Lots of veggies, fruit, jams, kitchen gadgets and other preserves, all reasonably priced. We went early September and picked Honey Crisp and Ginger Gold apples first, so much fun! There's plenty of parking, picnic tables, playground and a beautiful view of Lake Erie in the far distance!
Neat place with lots of fresh vegetables and other things such as honey, maple syrup, pastry, fruits. Great park for relaxing and playground for the kids.
We have visited yearly my entire life! A staple in Ohio. My little pumpkin loved it and we get apple cider, apples, and pick our pumpkin for the year. Thank you for being here and being you guys!
My clients Rebecca and Brandon had their ceremony and reception at Patterson Fruit Farm and it was absolutely stunning. They have a great space for the couple to get ready before their ceremony. The staff is easy to find and talk to. They were very helpful and super nice and accommodating. The venue in the fall is absolutely stunning with some of the most amazing fall color you'll ever see. Apples are ok during the season. No cider press and pasteurized product make it less attractive. Bakery is average. Fun to take kids during Pumpkin season otherwise just meh...
Beautiful place to go for all your Halloween ?? and tons of apples and gourds! Great bakery ?? with butters and jams. Plenty parking but it does get crowded? Highly Recommend!
This is a great farm that we were fortunate enough to visit on a great fall day. Great grounds to walk and munchies to snack on. Everyone wearing masks was nice also. ?
We were able to pick our own apples while following there guidelines of what can be picked but we were also permitted to explore the orchards respectfully. They had tractor tours available as well at no additional charge. We bought Apple fritters in the bakery as big as his head and I was able to bake many tasty treats from my apples. We go yearly and it gets better every time
Very nice!! They have a small animal farm too. Nice views to sit and enjoy a fresh made donut.
Great place for fresh fruit, amazing donuts, and fun family activities! The apple cider is delicious, Friendly staff and beautiful scenery make every trip worthwhile!
Good service. Well staffed. The 3 varieties we got to pick are johnathan, empire, courtland, we like courtland the best. Other ones are just ok, price is $2/lb so actually a little expensive I think? But can?t beat the freshness. overall a good experience. Took less than 1 hr to fill up 2 bags. Each bag is about 10-15LB. Would return next year, hopefully they make the prices a little better.
Crowded when they first get there pumpkins in but the staff is friendly and makes checking it fast. Very knowledgeable about their fruit and even when busy will let you try samples and talk to you about the fruit! Plenty of space outside to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Great place for a visit! Pumpkins, cider, and of course apples! Fun for children and adults. Was not crowded when we were there and plenty of parking was available.
A fun fall experience. There is apple picking, a store with cider, apple slushies, pies, donuts, apple fritters as big as your hand, and other treats. There is a nice park connected to the property with trails and beautiful trees.
Adorable farm themed playground. Bakery was amazing. We got a Apple Raspberry pie. And I had a Maple bacon donut that was delicious. Great variety of apples.
Patterson fruit farms is a small piece of heaven, with some of the nicest and sweetest people working there.Their strawberries are the best on the planet.I ?? this place. Jeff from Parma
Awesome. Lots of hot food, jams ,cider ,honey apples and more. Pick your perfect pumpkin's and squash in the fall. With so many to pick from it will be hard to pick just one. A nice play area for the kids to play.
Awesome selection of apples, outside food vendors, pumpkins, goodies, bakery treats, and more! Patterson?s is a fall gem with activities for kids, ?real food? offerings, and of course amazing cider, cookies, apple fritters, and donuts!! If you go, you MUST try the apple fritters (they?re huge!) and at least a ? dozen donuts (cut em up, try em all!). I VERY much enjoyed the blueberry, apple cider, samoa, and cinnamon donuts. Didn?t get a chance to try the maple bacon but my grandpa gave it two thumbs up. I
The donuts and apple fritters are delicious here. They have a nice store with a great variety of products. It?s a lot of fun to visit here around fall but they are open year round. There?s a playground for kids and they also have bunnies and chickens.
We were there on a fall weekend and it was packed! Awesome selection of fall goods - all the pumpkins, fritters, apples etc you could want. Food booths and playground too. Very pretty - cool view that connects to a park that you can hike. Great family/date spot.
You can count on DELICIOUS Dutch Apple Pie from Patterson's. Their veggies are fresh. Their Apple Cider is excellent. All the people who work there smile. It's a great place to go to. They have a great playground for the kids. They have a Beautiful Overlook. Now it's Pumpkin Time so lots of pumpkins to choose from. Have Fun!
Patterson Fruit Farms has an orchard where you can pick-your-own apples. I visited recently, and picked some honeycrisp and ginger gold apples. Unfortunately, the pickings were a little slow right now, but I think we caught them at an in-between time. Other times I have visited, they have great selection. It is a nice place, and I'm sure I will be back!
MUST-DO for Fall activities. Excellent Produce and Marketplace AND their Baked Goods are outstanding! They are open year-round, so go at any time of the year!
We love this place! So many amazing food items and things to do with the kids. Only issue was a girl at the donut counter was a little rude but everyone else there is so nice.
Enjoyed the afternoon.Beautiful property, orchards, pumpkins, mums a nice market with reasonable prices. Plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the atmosphere! We will return ??
Between the 4 star products, services, employees and atmosphere. We looooove Patterson's EVERY trip has NEVER been a disappointment????????
Best Apple Fritters in Ohio, possibly the world. Make sure to visit during the weekend.
Very nice store and the apple fritters are huge! So many neat items to buy.
A gem of a Fruit Farm Market. Open year around. Well known for their apples and Apple Cider. However, all their fruit is delicious as is their corn and any other produce Patterson's offers for sale. Their donuts are tasty. Their home made pies are sooo good don't wait for Thanksgiving to sample an Apple, Pecan, Peach, or a Berry Pie. Plan a visit on the weekend just to sample their devilishly huge and mouthwatering ?? Fritters. After or before your visit, stop for a stroll at near by Orchard Park. The
We come here every year and they never disappoint. They have the BEST APPLE CIDER in the state of Ohio! The staff is always efficient and welcoming. There?s a nice amount of activities for the family.
Love this farm! Strawberries were delicious. Love their bakery. Will be back here again soon.
Our favorite fall place. Beautiful area. Lots of fun things to do. Best pies around. Added a new petting barn. Plenty of places to to sit.
Apple's, pumpkins and pie equal loads of family fun on a cool Fall day. Tasty treats galore. Leave the diet at home!
No one does it like the Patterson Family. A Geauga County staple and mandatory stop on a day out. Pies! Fritters! Apples!
Loved it! Best apple orchard I've been to. So much to do.
This is a great place to people of all ages. They continue to strive for high quality fruit and all other bakery and food they sell. It's family owned and operated. Very caring service and variety of items solids 5+
Nice store selling all kinds of specialty items like pies, apple fritters, jellies and jams.. Pickles and specialty sauces. Of course fresh apples too! Great place to visit and bring to kids to play in their outdoor playground. I would recommend stopping in!
A beautiful space for families to visit. From my experience my children felt welcomed and comfortable we visit each year to purchase popcorn , caramel apples , and freshly baked doughnuts also we leave with pumpkins to paint at our home - thank you for sharing your family farm with us!
Always wonderful to go here! Fresh produce, apples are coming soon. Delicious donuts and pies to go or to enjoy with a cup of coffee or apple cider.
We had a great time. It wasn?t to crowded. Staff were friendly. My son enjoys the donuts. Great place to let the kids run around.
Love coming here. Aside from the multiple varieties of fresh picked apples and produce, they have tons of giftable, edible items too. Nice place to bring the whole family-- pumpkin patch, field of mum plants, farm animals and more
The smell hits you as soon as you get there, unbelievable. The quality of food was amazing. I now live in Arizona, but have to stop when I'm visiting. Thanks for always being there. I was able to get my Dutch Apple Pie fix!!
We used to love coming here for the baked donuts: apple cider, cinnamon sugar, plain. Apple fritters etc. Today, Patterson does more business than they're equipped to handle and if your not there by 1pm on Saturday, your not getting any donuts. Period.
Went looking for apples. Season was over, however I found a small selection not very fresh. The other displayed items appeared pretty expensive, though a lot of stuff is available.
Great play ground for the kids, amazing apple fritters, produce and kettle corn. Pumpkins are .80 cents a pound. The apple cider is also delicious worth the $!!!
Great family outing. Beautiful grounds with lots to offer. Chickens, turkeys, sheep and a bunny plus a few other animals. Apples, pumpkins, donuts, Apple Fritters and hot, cold or frozen Apple Cider as well as a ton of other yummy treats!
Such a wonderful place to go with the family. Always a good atmosphere and good people that work there. You can spend the day there and have a great time with your family. I highly recommend getting your pumpkin from here every year.
Baby bunnies, chickens, fresh berries, donuts, playground. Lots of picnic tables in the shade to eat your goodies. Truly a gem.
Donuts and pies, jams ect. Love this place. Cute place for kids to place aslo
Nice venue to pick apples. Lots of staff on hand to answer questions. I like the working farm and playground for young children. The summer sausage was amazing. Nice time and I will come back to visit.
I?ve been going to Pattersons for so long! It?s always such an enjoyable experience! We make it a tradition and go every year! It?s been so fun going with my husband over the years, and now we enjoy taking our kids!
Not gonna lie, this place fell off. I have fond memories of coming here all throughout elementary, middle, and high school with my family and friends. Typically you can pick apples until mid-November and find pretty good variety... what happened? My boyfriend and I went last week just to find giant bins of pre-picked apples being sold at an up-charged price? It was truly disappointing and broke my heart. It seems like the farm picks all of the apples before customers can even get there.
Fun fall atmosphere. Great place for kids. The farm connects to a metro park with some nice trails. Most prices are reasonable, but some things are very expensive so read signs!
Great place! Fruit is the best here. Kids can play and have cider slushies! What a beautiful farm they have.
Cute little place but a little pricey compared to other farms. The blueberry pie was okay and the donuts were mediocre. Wasn't expecting the bill to be $91 for 5 items.
I have always loved Patterson fruit farm, especially in fall. There is no better place for apple fritters and donuts!
Visited here in Oct 2024 and loved it! Lots of sweets and a cool play area for kids. It was very busy and the staff did a great job helping people and keethe lines flowing
Awesome place, home made pies. All kinds, donuts, apple fritters. Apple cider donuts, delicious ??
Really nice fall outing. Beautiful location and nice products. Slightly pricier than a retail store, but worth it for the experience.
Loved it! The apple cider donuts are the best! Lots of fresh apples, butter, mixes, and pastries. A must see during fall season! ????????????
Wonderful Quaint newer addition with Bakery. Nice selection of items. Apples and Apple cider are always delicious!
I used to go there regularly when I lived in Cleveland. There was a golf course behind the existing market and you had to walk through apple orchards to tee off. I stop by every time I'm visiting. Their product line has expanded a bit but I'm still a huge fan of their cider and of course apple pie. Well worth the ride where ever you are on the north coast. There is also small play area for kids when they visit and that can occupy one adult while the other shops.
My friends were treated horribly by ?Ted the tractor driver? very mean towards the children and when they asked to get off because of his mistreatment he refused!!! The children were scared as he continued to look at them while driving jerking the trailer the entire time! It was also reported by several attendees. The owners were also informed and they said ?Ted stated otherwise so that?s that? What!!! I and my sister use too attend as well as some of my students but I have informed them and we have decided
Earlier this week, my friend wrote the following: ?We made our first annual visit to Patterson Fruit Farm. We were so excited to be able to enjoy and celebrate the fall season with a visit here with our family/friends. Today we were met with EXTREME disappointment as we were treated in a VERY unkind way by a tractor driver named TED! Ted not only was rude, ( initially he did not greet us, but told our kids to ?get on the tractor and sit down? VERY AGGRESSIVELY. The kids, without standing, slide their bodie
Overpriced and disappointing. Baked good are frozen and thawed to sell. Nothing is freshly baked. The donuts are worse than Dunkin? but double the cost. It?s a nice fall atmosphere but not worth the money.
Patterson farm apple cider is the best fun time here with the grandkids
My family recently visited the Patterson Fruit farm. We?ve visited this farm since the 90?s. What saddens me is how now all the joyful memories have been tainted with feelings of anger and disappointment. While on a fun hayride the operator, Ted, spoke to my sister and nephews in a disrespectful tone and proceeded to slam on brakes of the trailer while they were on the hayride. They were terrified and asked to be let off and was not. Im equally disappointed that no one has yet reached out to my family and
Always make a special trip when camping at Punderson SP. Awesome donuts, cider, jam, and apples. A good place to pumpkin pick and grab mums as well. They have it all!
Students on a field trip were profiled and mistreated. These Black students were followed around the entire property by two employees like they were criminals and all the students were doing were taking pictures. When we reached out to Patterson?s, absolutely no one responded or even called to apologize. Absolutely shameful. We won?t return.
If your looking for the best Apple fritters and pie you?ve found it. All of their bakery is amazing and it?s a fun spot to apple pick. The workers are willing to help you even when it is busy. The pumpkin pie is amazing and can?t be beat. The apple cider is the best in town.
I loved everything about the orchard!!! There was a wide variety of merchandise available in the store. The bakery items were fresh and had excellent taste & texture. The porch was set up so that our 97 year old cousin could enjoy the view. The landscape surrounding the main building was well laid out.
All local products. Apples, maple syrup donuts and so much more.
First time to this location. Heard from a friend about their apple fritters were to die for. So, I had ordered some on the phone to be picked up. There were a lot of people there with a police officer directing traffic. There was a long line waiting for bakery...the apple pie I bought was not baked to a light golden color like the display case. I had to bake it a little more before eating it. The apple fritter was a little under cooked in the middle and had too much glaze on top which covered the apple an
