Pat?s donuts is one of those staples in Houston that is worth adding to a bucket list visitation. It is just 26 miles from downtown Houston. Now don?t get me wrong. I love all donut places, however, Pat?s is the ultimate when it comes to their glazed donuts, kolaches, croissants, coffee, and amazing bear claws! Each time we have made a visit, the staff has been so awesome and so friendly. We moved from the Woodlands, Texas to Austin, Texas. But every once in a while, we must travel to get that taste of hom

Just went this morning, ordered one donut and a chocolate milk. Got to work and opened my chocolate milk and discovered it expired on May 29. It?s June 12. That?s two whole weeks!!! I do not want a refund, I do not want a replacement, I just want the establishment to know that they need to check their inventory. I called them 3 times to speak to someone about this and no one ever answered the phone nor was there a voicemail option for me to leave a message. They need to check their inventory daily and ensur

Very good customer service here! They had drawn faces on their tip jar and we commented on it while paying out. Cashier then drew faces on our drinks without asking just because! Very fast service, kind people, and good food! Their strawberry shortcake donut is amazing!! One of my favorite donut places, Shirley?s hardly wins over Pat?s!

I've been here a few time and it's always awesome! The cashier is so sweet and helpful he even gave us little cute drawings on our cups! The food is great and the service is excellent ?? 10/10 should recommend

Tacos are divine! On a recent visit we tried their breakfast egg rolls- delicious!! They also made a Cookie Monster doughnut for my daughter to try Not only is it adorable, but it was also tasty (yes, she let me have a bite) Great people, very creative, and willing to frost any doughnut- even those that may appear to be sold out.

I've driven by here for more than a year and hit the drive thru a few times. After finally making time to go in I realized I've been missing out the whole time! The staff is always friendly, the food is always great and the prices can't be beat. This is my go-to place for breakfast from now on.

This was our first time in here and we were treated so amazing! We took forever trying to decide on donuts but she was so patient with us! We were also given an ice cream filled donut to try out and it was AMAZING! Thank you for the great hospitality??

The food is great. The prices Are great. The service is absolute garbage. Tired of the mistakes and errors. They put a tip from my card on there system without my authority. They'll give me a bag and I'll get home and items are missing. I've let it go three times but I just left there and they forgot my chocolate milk and my chocolate sprinkles donut. Wasting my time in the morning.

Very friendly staff. And professional. The inside is nice and clean. As far as the donuts and other offerings they have, I've had the apple fritters, and my father even got some maple glazed bacon donuts that were to die for. Their coffee is actually pretty tasty also. I was thinking of rating three stars, but they pretty much hit all the bullet points except for two. I wish they had some kind of a customer loyalty system for customers that came often such as maybe a coffee discount, or bring your own cup

Loved this place. The guy talked too much but the wife checked him from way in the kitchen. The tacos are good. The kolaches are good. All of my orders were correct even if I only gave them 1 hour for 20dozen items? even after I had previously told my bosses it was best practice to give them a days time to prep. Not only once but three time this happened and still this place delivered.

Love this place! Their breakfast tacos are so delicious. The staff is always so friendly and half the time they will throw in an extra donut with an order. I usually always use their drive thru and the wait is always a reasonable amount of time. The prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

I?ll stop by Pats donuts about once a week to pick up donuts and kolaches for customers. The service is always really friendly and quick and their food gets rave reviews. I really like supporting local as opposed to big statewide name brands. You have to go early to get the spicy kolaches, they sell out quickly because they?re so good. The owners even remember me and my order preferences. Easy location to get in and out of, I really enjoy coming here.

It's the typical donut shop, my daughter loves the kolaches. I do like that they have other options like breakfast sandwhich options. I wish they had more coffee options though. Edit: they did just come out with 2 new Boba drinks. We love Thai (tea) and oh my goodness it was on point. ???? they now have different coffees and the Vietnamese coffee is hands down my favorite. My favorite place to go to for coffee and the breakfast is also good so why wouldn't u come?

All the donuts here are amazing. That classic crispy outer edges, soft fluffy inside and perfect glaze. Their kolaches are awesome too! Gave me some free donuts with my order which was very kind. Highly recommend.

The products are not up to the same standards as the Pat's in New Caney. My taco was overly salty and many of the donuts looked like the icing had melted. This was my first time at this one so I hope it's not always like this. Edit: My second trip there was fantastic. The breakfast taco tasted perfect. It was the size of three regular so I had to eat it twice and it was still good the second time around.

LOVE pats! Every location but this one is nice for when I head through to my doctor visits... the healthy choice lol. Their chocolate donut holes and Vietnamese ice coffee are an addiction!

My husband and I stopped in to try this place. Wow! The place is clean inside and out. Very inviting and family oriented atmosphere. Fun and friendly employees! Now let's get to the food: The kolaches are amazing! The flavors are truly unique, there is nothing to compare it to anywhere as far as taste, quality, and appearance! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. These people genuinely enjoy what they do and the customers they interact with and it definitely shows. And omg, the brisket kolaches are insanely good. Really enjoyed the sour cream kolaches too, I think they had bacon and jalapenos in them, but I ate them so fast I dont remember! Give this place a shot. The quality of food and service is next to none. Edit - Deducting 2 stars for being closed 30 minutes after store hours say you're open

Not bad, not great. I've been three times, and the pictures you see in the other reviews are not what you see in the visible inventory. Very limited selection of doughnuts, even going early morning or afternoon. Nice staff. Good prices. Probably won't go back.

I would easily compare the quality of this donut shop with Shipley's Donuts. Easily the best tasting donuts in town with quick and precise service. The wait for them to finally be open for business was worth it. Whatever prolonged their business from operating suggests sabotage. They always have customers yet somehow manage to keep pace with the demand for their business.

My kids love coming here before school, Kevin is always so kind and happy in the mornings. It?s great to see Pats still going they have definitely improved over the years.

Love the variety. Boudain kolache was great. Good big breakfast tacos. Friendly service. Going to try their Boudain egg roll next time. My only criticism is that the donuts don?t travel well in bags and need to be boxed but besides that It?s our new donut spot.

Hey it's not just a donut shop,they offer awesome western breakfast burritos. And they are awesome folks drop in and try all the different breakfast food they are great.

Amazing food. The kablosniks are the best ever. One Sunday my son and I stopped at 1430 only to find out they close at 1300 on Sundays. The lady inside, the owner I think. Let us in so we could get a couple kablosniks and she gave us a bunch of free donuts. Amazing place

2 stars for the maple bacon donut and how soft it was. Really it was too sweet. The icing taste like maple flavored sugar. Yes I know glaze is made from sugar, however this was overwhelmingly sweet. I got the maple bacon donut, a maple long John, and a chocolate twist. The maple bacon was too sweet, but the bacon was really good and salty. That was definitely needed to cut the glaze. We recently moved from Kingwood and Pat's was one of our favorites. When we found one up in Conroe, we were excited and planned to treat ourselves this weekend. What a disappointment! The restaurant was clean but not prepared to service customers. One counter person who also served drive thru customers and even had to make breakfast tacos, etc. Meanwhile another employee is out playing basketball in the parking lot (No kidding). Not just a donut shop. Unique menu options & friendly staff who are eager to please. Not the greatest donut holes, but they will dress them for you with chocolate, sprinkles, or whatever suits your taste buds. Plus the Vietnamese coffee kicks!

So good always! Their bread is so soft and sweet on the kolaches. The icing on their donuts is flavored as well not just colored. Their strawberry pink icing is my fav!

Excellent place to eat! Clean, courteous, and good food! My only complaint is that I wish they would use a kind of paper sided foil to wrap the great tasting breakfast burritos instead of just straight foil.

This was my first kolach. The cream cheese, jalape?o, bacon was excellent in a fresh and wonderful dough. My husband's sausage and gravy kolach was equally good. The donuts and apple pastry are beautiful, I am saving those for later. Plus the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful.

Pats has the best service and best creative staff. They always remember what your favorite donuts or kolache is and have it ready to eat. Our favorites are the Jalape?o popper kolache, spicy boudin, brisket kolache, and whatever the donuts they gave us with bacon on top were. You will never meet a harder working staff who genuinely care and aim to make more creative foods.

Very good donuts, kolaches and biscuits! A regular stop for my boys and I. Prices are reasonable. One word of caution...I've had way too many coffee cups leak!!! Double check your cups.

Great people and even better donuts. I think the best around. The owners are caring kind people and I would recommend anyone go and see for them selves out I'm lying about how good they are. You won't be disappointed.

Good Eats! Everything I have ate here has been above and beyond. The brisket kolache, jalape?o cream cheese kolache, breakfast egg rolls, boudin egg rolls, and the famous donut burger. These are all exceptional. Staff is very interactive and friendly. I work in the area and this is a regular stop for me! Check them out for sure.

Who doesn't like Pat's? Their breakfast burritos are worth the visit. They also have Jalapeno and cream cheese Kolaches that are always worth grabbing.

Visited from out of state and hadn't had a kolache in several years. So glad I stopped at Pat's and had one of their sausage and cheese kolache. They were so good!

Once last week and once this week. I went there specifically for a jalapeno cream cheese kolache. Both times they did not have them. But they advertise that they have them. I also waited in line for 12 minutes. When I got up to the window they didn't have them. What kind of donut shop is this?

I ordered Pat's donuts from Uber eats today, I'm extremely dissatisfied, the mix batch of 7 donuts where shoved into a box one on top on another causing the icing to stick to the roof of the box, my cinnamon roll might as well of been frozen, everything I ordered was ICE cold, and it took an HOUR to get food from a place that is literally 6 minutes down the road. I don't recommend ordering for delivery.

I recommend this place, as I stop by when I'm out in Conroe, and still often find myself impressed by their customer service and the tastiness of the food. No playdough flavored donuts and a good amount of food in their biscuit and croissant sandwiches. Seriously YUMMY!
