We got a box of minis and two donuts for $16 and change at 8:30 this morning. A LOT of stuff was already sold out. My wife and a son said their donuts were good. I took one bit of the minis and spit them out. They were incredible stale and hard. My wife tried one and spit it out as well. She agreed with me. Sorry but I will not be returning.

Wanted to be the first to review Parlor Doughnuts in BG! Line was wonderfully long on first day. Owners and staff were very nice! Place looks amazing inside with comfy seats and a lounging area. Sells Doughnuts of course, drinks, and breakfast goods. Sandwich was great and donuts were too!

Ordered a few gluten free and regular donuts online. Told us our order would be ready but when we got there we had to wait an extra five minutes (there was no one else there). First guy says they don?t even have gluten free, then a manager comes out and tells them the vegan donuts are also gluten free so then they make our donuts. Had a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I got an iced lavender latte with oat milk 10/10 so good! I also got a turtle cheesecake doughnut-so light, so airy- delicious! The last item I got was a bacon, egg, and cheese on sourdough breakfast sandwhich. Simple but good!

Been to Parlor a few times in Nashville. We are also getting one in Owensboro soon. Sad to see the Bojangles biscuits go bye but Parlor Doughnuts is good. The honey glazed is one of my favorites. Reasonably priced. Would recommend if you like donuts and sweets.

Brandy gave great customer service..she was the only one working the counter and the drive through and she went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of on a timely manner and did it with a smile!! We love Parlor donuts and she made it even better!

I am so impressed by this place! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and the food is absolutely fantastic. And by the way - best cup of coffee in town. Hands down.

Coffee is mediocre at best but who goes for the coffee. The coconut cream is my favorite but theres nearly something for everyone. Lindsey C is the friendliest and such a welcoming face every time !

I?m sorry, but this place is now laughably inconsistent. Every time I go, their display case is at least 80% empty, even at 10am on weekdays. When I ask if there?s anything being restocked (because they claim to bake small batches all day), employees just say no & act completely indifferent. Even the one time they had some items availabl

Technically, it's not a doughnut. It's more like in between a bear claw, a fritter, and a cinnamon roll. That side, they are delicious. I have tried several different kinds, and they're all good. The best I'd say are the minis with cinnamon. My daughter loves them. I highly recommend giving them a try.

The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because I wish they had different size options for the beverages because almost $5 for a small coffee is crazy. The donuts are amazing though! I will definitely be back! The lounge area is very cute, love the atmosphere. Do recommend!

Although a little pricey, their donuts are absolutely exquisite. A helpful counter person made me just what I wanted even tho the showcase was out of stock. Fabulous products!

The franchise owner or corporate needs to figure out why they are having such a bad lag times for online orders. The staff did their best and were very helpful but the system has got to work for them. Other than that, wow the doughnuts are amazing!!

These donuts are the BOMB! They?re croissant-style so not your traditional donut. Very unique flavors and they have a great variety to choose from. Also they were continuously making them throughout the day to ensure they didn?t run out. Loved that!!

Went to the drive thru and I ordered vanilla latte for my wife and I ordered matcha and for some reason the employee asked me does it taste good? And I already had a weird feeling she doesn't know how to make a matcha and as soon as I left the drive thru and tried my matcha for sure did not taste good, all water down, could not taste milk, and so scorching hot and so bitter. I feel like this place went downhill really bad from the first month they open.

This is supposed to be a mini mix. There is no powder, no dipping sauce. Rate 0 in quality and presentation. They all look the same, can't tell what filling they have.

I have gotten doughnuts and coffee from here several times but it seems the last few times have been a chore. Extremely slow service. Lack of experienced workers, seem young. Just overall not been worth sitting in the drive thru of an empty place for 30 min for one iced coffee....

The donuts are superior to any donut I?ve ever had. The maple bacon was delicious. Perfect balance of salty and sweet! The drive thru staff were friendly.

I've visited other Parlor locations, but never any with the full hot breakfast menu (and whew, have I been missing out!). Everything we ordered was hot and delicious, and the wait was very reasonable for the high quality of our meal. For those looking for a place to sit and chat while enjoying breakfast, Parlor is perfect! Service was great and the workers very friendly. Placed and paid for a pickup order using their website on 5/4/24. Arrived for pickup and they didn't have the order in their system nor was it ready. They had to take a picture of my email receipt so they knew what I ordered. Long story short, it took nearly 45 minutes for them to prepare the order while I sat in my vehicle in their drive through. Our first visit was today. First off, the staff was terrific! The doughnuts were good. But the downside is it was incredibly hot in the dining area, and it didn't feel clean. The hours of operation aren't going to work in their favor in the long term. I think the 3 pm closing time will hurt the business.

The best donuts I've EVER had!!!! They are extremely good and have a variety a unique flavors. Best ones are turtle cheesecake and coconut cream. Been twice and they forgot to make my coffee once, just ask them kindly and they're more than welcome to fix it.

My daughter placed a large order Saturday night to be ready for pick up Sunday morning May 5, 2024 at 7:30. I arrived there at 7:30 only to find a nice employee outside locked out of the building. Note for the Keto folks - The keto donuts *contain coconut*. I'm not allergic but I know some people are and thought you should be forewarned. It's not labeled on the menu as containing coconut. I loved Parlor when I first found them in Nashville and it's nice to have one closer to home.

I'm a sweets girly, so before we headed to a cave I need to find a local jem. This place was across from our hotel, so gave it a try. And OMG these donuts are so good! Light, flaky, airy and little chewy like a croissant. Stuffed and filled with all kinds of goodness and varieties. They ran out of a few before we got our turn, but they'll quickly run back and make some fresh. The coconut cream and blueberry Hill were my favs. We'll stop next time we're in town!

Overall, it is a great establishment with an excellent atmosphere and friendly staff. However, I find the pricing to be excessive for the quality of the product. I have visited various gourmet doughnut establishments across the United States and Canada, and this one stands out as being quite different. I have attempted to visit on three separate occasions, but I have not been impressed with the quality of the doughnuts, nor the uniqueness of them as well.

This staff were very friendly and professional. The blueberry doughnut was over the top delicious and the Mayan Mocha washed it down superbly. I will be returning every time I want a an awesome breakfast.

Went there today for the first and last time. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and after not getting it for 15 minutes I found my order sitting on the counter in a very greasy bag and upon opening it I found it was burned. It was supposed to be on a "donut" but was in fact on a croissant. All their donuts are croissants and not donuts at all from what I saw. I found it over priced and totally disappointing.

First visit, we received an incorrect order after waiting a FULL 45 minutes - pulled away, realized it at home but not even heading back out. Second visit, explained the issue and asked for replacement specialty very expensive doughnuts - was told they were in the box and NO, no they absolutely did NOT. Will not return, we vote with our dollars.

Stopped by to try something new. Walked in, and the place was empty. So I went to see what they had, and the display case was about empty too One kind of something I had no idea what it was, and after asking the girl at the counter, she didn't k ow either. Love these doughnuts!!! They are a cross between a Donut and croissant. Great flavors!! I wanted to try just a mini doughnut bite with just powdered sugar and they cooked me 4 of them fresh!! Great service!!

Best matcha in BG. Donuts are yum, especially the coconut custard minis. Drive thru is an added bonus! Breakfast food is just ok but matcha and donuts make up for it.

The cronuts (doughnuts) are okay. I think they are receiving glowing reviews because Bowling Green residents never had anything like Parlor Doughnuts in their lives so they are overrating it due to excitement. If you live in a boring town then this will be the highlight of your day/life.

Top Tier Donuts that are worth the price, in my opinion. Staff are friendly too, so it's a good place to get donuts if you're willing to pay a little extra.

Some of the biggest donuts and pastries you will find, covered in glaze and toppings. They are a little messy when eaten but oh so delicious.

I can?t rate the food because I went into day just before 2 and no one was at the counter. No one came to the counter. I waited a few minutes but the back looked like a ghost town even thought there were 8 cars in the parking lot and 4 ladies eating at a table. You only get one shot to make a first impression.
