Paradise did an amazing job on decorated donuts! The owner and staff were all great and price was reasonable. They definitely nailed it for what I had found as an example and they did a great job.

Best doughnuts in GI! I always try to stop here when I'm in town. The doughnuts are always fresh and a wide variety. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are popular, so they may sell out of your favorite variety. If that happens, try something else, you won't be disappointed.
Terrible customer service, the lady at the counter is very rude and disrespectful. If someone does not like dealing with customers maybe they should be in the back making donuts and not being disrespectful to customers. Previous owners 10X more amazing. Will no longer purchase donuts here.

Grandkids looked forward for months to try Paradise when they were in town. We went at 8 am sharp, and the donuts were glazed, baked, and chocolate. Much better variety at Super Saver across the street. And no greeting, very tired-looking annoyed counter people. I won't bother them again.

Supposed to be open til 11am!!!! Sood out and closed by 9am on a Thursday morning, wth is wrong with you people, bad way to run a morning business when u dont even get thru the morning rush, seriously poor business management. Have yet to be able to try them cuz they NEVER open as long as they?re business listings say which is 11AM. We were there at 9:15!!! Its called make another batch NOT CLOSE over 2 hours early - it was obviously closed for a lil while.
I've loved this place ever since I first started going there. I just took my wife on a early morning donut cravings run, and was amazed at the sight of a fully stocked counter. Why would I want a meager cereal bowl when I can have a cinnamon roll the size of a cereal bowl!. And not to mention a apple fritter the size of a dessert plate. But you definitely need to get here early these doughnuts have wings and they fly.!!
My father owns a bakery in Western Nebraska and I stumbled across Paradise Donuts this morning. The fresh donuts were amazing. A great variety. The bear claws looked amazing and the cinnamon rolls looked like they were to die for. I started off with my favorite, a maple long john filled with baverian cream.. which they fill at your request and a raised chocolate donut. I will definitely be back to try the rest.
So polite and such wonderful smiles for 1st thing in the morning. The donuts and the rolls are delicious. Grand Island has needed a place like this for a long time. Love the fritters and cinnamon rolls. Being able to choose your filling in the rolls is great. Just a wonderful touch to give the customer the choice. Great place. Thanks for coming to Grand Island.
These are the best donuts in Grand Island. They are always fresh and melt in your mouth. If you like donuts you have to stop by this place.
Came in this morning in a rush. First time customer. Greeted upon arrival. I asked jokingly for the fastest dozen they could get me. I think I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! Quality is superb, service as well! Will be returning 100%
Paradise Donuts in Grand Island is indeed the only stand alone donut shop in town and we are glad to see them finally here. The donuts are very good.... if you can get the ones you like.... such as chocolate cake donuts. If you don't get there before 9am they will be out of chocolate cake donuts. This store has been notorious for running out of product from the day it opened. So in short the donuts are consistently good and fresh and you will like them if they aren't out of your favorite donut. Steve
Superb donuts. Fluffy yumminess. So we had the bear claw, no apples...but damn it was cinnamon-y and fluffy! Donut holes and glazed-the same-pillows of sweetness.. And the finale - the filled Long John's. Unfilled until you request your flavour and so much filling found could fill 2 or 3 competitor's donut. The gal, not sure if she is the owner or not was very polite and friendly. Thank you Paradise Donuts to give a good start to our morning.

Really good donuts. Poor selection of your favorites during week days. This is really the only better than grocery donut store in the area. It would be easy to improve this place to an all-time favorite with more chocolate cake varieties or candy bar like toppings.

This is probably the best place to get doughnuts at in grand island, I apsolutely love there doughnuts and doughnut holes, I picked up a bag of them when I went to the harvest of harmony parade and man I wish I had bought another dozen. I did drop a bag of doughnut holes, and they gave me another bag free of charge I love them for doing that, Honestly worth the price of 10$ for a dozen they work hard to sell you doughnuts in the morning.
Was told I would not be waited on while on cell phone trying to show family what kind of donuts they had. Both lady and man were very rude to me and then I asked for three donuts. Got home only received. Two they don't give receipts. Wo u ld not recommend this place at all for customer service.

The donuts and rolls are wonderful! There is a huge variety, and several are decorated, with almost a painted look. The people who work there are friendly and gracious.
I've been there twice with my nephews around 10:30-11:00 on a Saturday & they've already run out of ALL donuts. I wish they would plan better for the weekend business.
Nice big warm yummy donuts but don't go too late they will be out. Always busy and I feel rushed to make my selection.
Sad to say... this place is gone... they've been "Sold Out" now for a long time and I don't see them coming back... such a wonderful place...
