PANA Donuts & Boba Tea

Had a craving for doughnuts this morning and hadn't had Pana for 2 yrs or so and decided to try the Pana off of 96th St. Service was fast despite being very busy which is not a surprise after all it's Pana. We ordered a dozen doughnuts of various kinds and also ordered 2 croissants and ham. We frequent Pana about 2-3 times a month and it is the best. The variety of donuts makes it hard to choose because they are all so delicious! The donuts are always fresh and the team working is always so quick and friendly. We also enjoy their iced coffees on occasion, top notch overall!

Immaculate bakery with incredible donuts. It's better than Long's in my opinion. Utterly fresh perfect donuts. Tried the Ham croissant. They kindly heated it up for me for a quick lunch while doing errands. If it's your turn to bring donuts do not hesitate to bring them from Pana. Absolutely THE best in Indy.

Love Pana donuts! Fresh, sweet, soft, and yummy! They also have boba tea and smoothies. The prices are competitive. Great location for a quick stop to treat coworkers or family members.

I ordered a DoorDash and had called them prior to the DoorDash just to make sure that I could get a assortment of my choosing and they ended up just doing the their assortment and it was a mixup. However, I called him to let him know and went in there and they made it right. They were very friendly and helpfuland their donuts are amazing. So please go to support these guys and check it out. Came in and ordered a real fruit smoothie and a sandwich. Had 3 other customers come in behind me and order and get their drinks prepared before they even began making my order. The cashier added a tip to my bill without asking, then argued with me when I asked her about the total, instead of simply fixing the problem. This place is awesome! The two employees working on Saturday were so sweet and efficient. Clearly this place is popular because the line was nearly outside the door and customers kept coming in. Even with how busy they were, the employees got customers in and out quickly! The taro smoothie and milk tea were the best we've had. We loved all the sweet treats we got. The red velvet was my favorite! I'll definitely be back.

I?m going to try to make this succinct, but??. I was staying at a hotel near here from out of state, and as soon as I saw it, I knew that I was going to have to partake. I ordered the 3 item sandwich, 7 donuts, and a large iced coffee with mocha. -The only difference between the 2 item and 3 item sandwich is .50 cents, but with the 2 item you get choice of meat and the 3 item you get both sausage and bacon! Went here on our way back to Michigan. Their croissant lunch sandwiches are delicious. But their doughnuts steal the show! They are soft and made with care and love. I see why they were awarded the best doughnuts in Indiana. We will stop here again when we are driving to Kentucky!

I've been to all the pastry shops in my area. Pana Donuts is the farthest away. But OMG, they are worth the drive because they always have the BEST selection. Their apple fritters are more like dessert! The shelves in my picture may not look completely full, but I was there at noon on a Sunday.

Delicious melt in your mouth donuts. They had a wide variety to choose from. We got a classic donut, a chocolate covered cake, glazed, and a cinnamon roll donut. All of them were delicious. There was about 6 groups in line but the service was fast and friendly.

The customer service was excellent, our order was taken with efficiency. She was very kind and polite. We ordered the milk chia tea, the peach milk tea with popping bobba, the taro mango milk tea with popping bobba, the taro milk tea with lychee popping bobba and glazed donuts, with a maple log.

1/9/2025 I Got up an hour early to get here upon opening just to arrive to a hand made sign stating that they are opening an hour later at 6a instead of 5am. Bad business practice. Disappointed. For all the positive reviews, these are really disappointing donuts. The dough is too crumbly, they didn't taste good. My wife, kids and I all disliked them. Hard pass.

Delicious donuts my husband ate them all before I could get to one, had Boston creme filled and raspberry filled. Boba was good and a nice surprise. You could also get other breakfast sandwiches so that was neat.

Well I would give a product review if I could but they had the door locked 10 minutes before they were even supposed to close and there were a TON of donuts they were putting away, so it isn't like it was a product issue. They just had their grand opening and were giving away free donuts, and I was in the area anyway so why not pop in? Well just like crack, the first hit is free, but then you're hooked! The glazed twist was amazing. So light and airy, with the perfect amount of glaze. One of the best donuts I've had. I will be back I'm sure.

We love these donuts! They are reasonably priced as well as delicious. Today there was a slight mishap in line, and they showed excellent customer service making up for it (which you don't always experience nowadays).

We keep coming back to Pana at 96th because of the quality of their donuts, prices, and most of all their staff! Just this morning I had my two littles with me and we got a couple of donuts and the worker helping us was so engaging with my children and even threw in a bag of donuts holes for EACH of them for free! It's this kind of service (not just the freebies!) that makes me so appreciate the kindness and generosity that seems to get overlooked at times!

First time here and we loved it! Service was prompt and friendly. Donuts were delicious - baked well, good size, and not overly sugary. Frappuccinos were good, though in hindsight not sure if they were meant to have coffee or not. They were still tasty and a good size for the price.

We really like the donuts here, but I feel like the staff turned over in the past 6 months or so and the people working there are rude and appear to talk bad/laugh about customers in their native language. They will all look at a customer and mumble something in another language and the rest of the staff laughs. I've witnessed this on multiple occasions and it doesn't feel like a welcoming environment.

Absolutely delicious and prices are very reasonable. The Kronuts are so good and very addictive. The donuts are so light and fluffy and literally melt in your mouth. Highly recommend

The boba has a cute lid. I got a milk tea one with pearls. The tea is good (especially if you?re not into super sweet ones). I was disappointed about how the straws were too thin for the pearls to go through. The donuts were quite good.

Love Pana donuts ??. This establishment. Is on the north side, in Fishers. And I go visit my daughter, I then grocery shop and before heading back home I stop at Pana donuts. A dozen mix doughnuts and some Boba Tea ?? is a must have. Love the atmosphere and sandwiches also. TY PANA DONUTS!

I came up to the door at 5:52pm it was locked. Don?t get me wrong I get it, It?s right before closing but the cases inside were full of doughnuts which they could have easily sold. They were taking them from the case and putting them on rolling rack to take to the back. My fear is they throw they all away and the case was completely full. I was honestly really forward to a doughnut after the day I had. So I?m not able to give a product review.

I found them over priced at $1.49 for small donuts. To me the environment was classic counter serve. There were 3 people milling by wall near cash register and a couple in front of display case. Wasn?t clear where line was. The service was fast. They took care of three person line at display case plus one person at cash register was there for dozen donut order pickup in a few minutes. I was at a local vet and decided I wanted a doughnut...I love to try places and this was near..WOW...The red velvet cake had an amazing flavor ...the cinnamon crumble and the coconut...the flavors amazing...but the doughnut was like biting into a cloud..was so light..and the flavor so full...I normally scarf doughnuts down...but I took my time...the flavors were amazing ...I don't normally write reviews ...but this one ..I had to ...excellent! ...one of the best I've ever had !

When I first moved to Fishers, Pana was amazing. I used to talk it up to my co-workers and neighbors. The last 3 times I?ve been, it?s been terrible. At this point, I won?t be back. These are the best donuts. No gimmicks, just great donuts. Fresh, light, slightly crispy, all of the perfect donut qualities. Every flavor I've tried has been incredible. These are the best, end of story.

Drove all the way from Downtown Indianapolis to try this place with my entire family. Was very excited and had high hopes. They closed at 6 pm as stated on the door and website, yet when I arrived at 5:49 p.m they had locked up. Upon seeing a woman at the counter and a full stack of donuts available still? she decided to close the lights on me and did not acknowledge me at the door. Very inhospitable and unwelcoming place. Do not recommend now just due to service being as horrendous as it was.

Was very pleasantly surprised. By passed my goto donut shop to try Pana. All the racks were stocked and the donuts I received were fresh. The donuts tasted great. I will be going back soon.

The donuts here are soft and delicious. The glaze isn't too sweet, which I love. They aren't expensive either. I really like the Apple fritters. It was crispy on the outside and soft inside. PERFECTION!

I prefer Donut/Coffee shops where I can sit & enjoy. Only 4 stools here - not a place to sit, sip & savor or meet friends. Really GOOD selection. The three different items I tried are very light & fluffy, which is great. The glazing is mediocre, and the flavor is somewhat odd.

The BEST powdered and glazed twist donuts I?ve ever had. They have a fairly good selection of specialty and classic donuts. I?ve turned most of my family and friends onto this place, especially my dad and I who love powdered. My daughter loves their colored glazed sprinkles selection. The donuts are always fresh and so soft!

Fantastic donut and coffee shop. Cannot speak for the boba but I assume it is also fantastic. The donuts are made fresh, coffee is consistently fantastic and staff are always friendly. Even today on a busy Sunday with a line out the door, I was in and out in no more than 5 minutes. Best donuts in Indianapolis.

I myself do not eat donuts but my wife said it was some of the best donuts she had ever had. The Caramel Frappe was not strong but tasty. The associate greeted us upon entry and acknowledged when we were leaving, very attentive. Would recommend giving them a try.

Fantastic donuts. Just tried this morning for first time. I went with 6 different donuts to try a decent sampling All were excellent including the Kronut, Apple fritter, red velvet cake, maple frosted long John and a donut which looked like a flower. Very friendly service and also reasonably price in the current climate we live in. Highly recommended.

Fantastic doughnuts, and even better staff. Called first thing on a Sunday morning for 4 dozen, with 2 hrs notice, showed up 45min early as they were filling the order... no hesitation, and the best customer service with all the smiles. Bought for all the nurses in the maternity ward of Community North, for all their hard work and making us all feel so comfortable for the delivery of our son. Everyone absolutely loved them as well.

I drive 35 minutes from home to go here. The donuts are always so soft and yummy. I also like to get the flavored tea with popping boba. This is a place I like to go when I want to treat myself, just for fun! The service is friendly and the prices are great! Worth the trip??

Meaning I don't taste the old fryer oil. The long Johns are the best I ever had! Found this place simply based on their 5 am opening time. I needed to pick up donuts for a very early event so I went here. I was blown away by how good the donuts were. The donut selection is very simple, nothing too crazy, but delicious. Far and away, the best yeast donuts I've ever had! Plus, who doesn't love to support locally owned businesses? Definitely worth a try! Will be back for sure.

Easily one of the best donuts in the city. The selection is wide and varied, and everything I've had in my numerous trips has been top notch. I hesitate to say they are better than Longs but even being mentioned in the same sentence is a great compliment.

When Pana first opened, they were really good. The buttermilk and old fashioned donuts really were amongst the best I've had and the service was great. I'm not sure if there's new owners, but this place has gone downhill. The donuts seem dry and the service has tanked. The newer guy has no customer service skills and I heard the new lady almost yelling at someone. I will not be back.

Delicious donuts! The storefront is a bit small, but I think that's because so many people grab donuts to take home or to an event. My only experience has been during a Sunday morning rush so it wasn't very easy to understand the staff, but I think that's totally understandable and everything in my order was correct and completely timely. I do recommend others try it, and I will be back.

Maybe I stopped on an off day as this shop has been recommended to me by many. Donut holes were very dry. Some had no glaze and the others had a minimal amount. Buttermilk donuts was ok. Jelly donuts everyone agreed were good.

Quality has gone way down. It looks like they are trying to increase quantity and in doing so have lost quality. The apple fritter used to be fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside, and now it is dense, soggy, and oily. The croissant on the breakfast sandwiches used to be light and crisp, and now it is flat with no flavor. This is disappointing as I was so impressed with this place when it first opened.

To be completely honest, this is up there with the two best donut shops I'm the San Francisco Bay area! Mazzetti's bakery in Pacifica, California and Andy's donuts in Richmond,California!!
