The place is super clean and inviting. Service was great. There was a small issue with my order and the communication between the store and doordash pick up. The employee had a positive attitude and we got it all figured out. Donuts are fresh and delicious and the vanilla iced coffee is just what I needed to continue my morning. 10/10

We frequently go to this location. Good atmosphere, they take cards and do provide receipts. The donuts are tasty, it?s no Long donut but I grew up on those. Place just opened last week or so. Bought half dozen donuts plus one free grand opening donut. Yeast are slightly firm compared to a competitor literally on the same street a few miles away but the oil here is better than the competitor. Ordered through door dash, next time I will just drive over to get them. The fees were higher than my ex's hairline. Doughnuts were fantastic. Everything was soft, fresh and worth the cost of the order itself. If you don't want to deal with Long's cash only nonsense I highly recommend coming here.

The best donuts I?ve ever had in Indy. The only donuts I?ve had that are better are from companies that make them fresh (Cuzins Duzin, Duck donuts). The service varies and oddly enough you aren?t able to earn points at this location which is super inconvenient and makes me feel like I?m losing money with every purchase but overall, great place. (I?ve only had their donuts)

Great donuts. Everything was soft and fresh. Not overly sweet. They really found a good balance with a good variety.

They are local, and way cheaper than Starbucks! My only go to coffee spot now. Iced mocha coffee,maple bar and the mocha frappochino are my favorites.

My donut had to be the fluffiest donut I've ever had. I paired the sugar dusted donut with a chai tea frappe and that was enough to confirm that I will definitely be returning.

The donuts didn't last long enough for a picture, but were super tasty! We also tried this mango slushie with peach popping pearls! Absolutely delicious. Several customers saw ours come out and ended up adding one to their order! Sooo good. Can't wait to come back and try more!

These donuts were great. I was surprised at how good the buttermilk donut was. Staff was friendly. They had a wide selection of teas and drinks. I suggest the mango milk tea.

The boba was not good. I have always enjoyed all the boba drinks since they opened. Lately our drinks have been horrible and the boba taste weird. Are you guys so popular now that the quality of the boba drops significantly.

I've been here before and had a delicious milk tea. I went back today, and the milk tea wasn't cold... and tasted really gross. I threw it away. The person with me ordered a smoothie that tasted like it wasn't made with any actual fruit or quality ingredients. I don't think I'll return. Very clean. Staff was polite. The best donuts I?ve ever had. The only negative thing I can say is the Carmel Frappuccino taste mostly like milk and not Carmel, but overall definitely a good place to go. My daughter loved it as well she got a strawberry boba and was very pleased.

Used to drive 40 minutes to Greenwood for the original location it was so delicious. Went to the east Washington street first time and it is just as good as the Greenwood! Glad I don't have to drive so far. Never knew donuts could be so soft. We first sat and had three donuts before buying a dozen for home. My husband had an apple fritter, saying that it was perfectly cooked, not dried out. Decently priced, deliciously sweet, made fresh donuts! Love this place! I'm a sucker for Long's but Pana is a heck of a lot closer and just as tasty! I'm Commander Shepard and these are my favorite donuts in the city. The croissant sammiches are really good. They just build a Dunkin behind this place but Dunkin never has donuts - just avagodro's toast or something and coffee so Pana should have nothing to be worried about.

Best doughnuts I or my husband have ever had. Everyone crows on about Longs and Jacks and those places are very good, but Pana is great. Not too sweet, but still very imaginative options. Well priced. Fast service and it looks like they can accommodate large orders if you're ordering for an office or other large group (there are always people leaving with 4 or 5 dozen).

First of all, I am NOT a donut eater but, I do like a certain place on the west side of town. Now, I have 2 places I can eat donuts because PANA DONUTS are so good!! I don't have to travel across town to have a donut now. At PANA, we purchased 2 donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches. Been coming to this location since opening day, the food and drinks are fantastic, and service used to be too. Recently there are some new folks working in there that are very rude and off putting. Not welcoming anymore.

The best! Loved them in beech grove, but happy they are on this side of town now. First time trying the kronut and it was fantastic. Maple bars are also very good. The best part of pana is you can go later in day and they still have big selection unlike competitors. The donut cravings hit later in day not morning anyway!

This is my absolute FAVORITE donut and boba place! I used to order for delivery from their south location, but I was so excited when they opened up shop just 5 minutes from my house! PANA Donuts are delicious the day they're made, & stay soft & fresh for several days after. My girls love their boba & breakfast sandwiches too.

The donuts were really good. If they were not so pricey I would make them my regular donut shop stop, but even with the high gas prices, Sweet Shop in Greenfield remains the best choice for donuts.

I visited this location for the first time on 1/8/2023. Absolutely wonderful staff! The gentleman who helped me was helpful and so kind. The doughnuts were amazing as they always are, but the customer service really stood out to me on this visit!
